This probably should have been started Monday, but
I began using my first CEE on Monday. I didn't expect results for a few days anyways so here goes:

I had the CrE2bolics for awhile now, but was waiting to get back into my training routine after a layoff due to a nasty flu bug which was a pain.

I used Nutrabolics CrE2bolic:

Serving Size: 4 Capsules
Servings Per Container: 60
Amount Per Serving:

Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL 2000mg

Designer Nitro-Oxiding Complex: 810mg
L-Citrulline
L-Norvaline
Betaine Anhydrous
Glycocyamine

I started using 4 caps before and after my workouts which is only 2g before and after, but realizing the increased absorption of CEE and breaking up the doses I thought this was fine. It's what was recommended by Nutrabolics also. I only take 2 caps on non-workout days.
I tried the water test and for the most part it passed... it needed slight stirring to dissolve remaining, but it does have other ingredients as well which may factor in. I'm quite confident it was CEE based on what I saw and read here lately... It dissolves much better than Monohydrate.

My Stats done Monday:
Age: 30
Weight: 215
Height: 5'11 ft.
BF: 12-14%

My complex current supplement routine:

Pre-Workout: 1hr-30 mins before.

Only before my Monday and Thursday workouts! Nutrabolics CrE2bolic is taken before and after every workout.
ON's 100% Whey or Cytosport complete whey with low-glycemic carbs. (puts BCAA amino acids & glucose into blood to be delivered into muscle cells once exercise increases blood circulation) Maybe better than post workout!!
AOR's Ortho Core 2 caps (Best Multi nutrient complex bar none)
AOR's Cardio-Mag 2.0 + Mag Malate Renew (Magnesium and other nutrients for energy production and strength)
AOR's Zen Theanine + 2 Ortho Mind (focus & concentration)
AOR's Bone Basics (calcium and other bone minerals)
AOR's 100mg Acti-Cyclase contains 10% Forskolin, a potent vasodilator and it increases intracellular cyclic AMP and stimulates Ca currents which may improve muscle contraction of the myocardium (heart) and other muscle.
(Energy Booster) Guarana, caffeine, etc... low dose
*Nutrabolics CrE2bolic*

Post Workout:
Whey + insulin-boosting carbs (dextose)
Zinc 15-30mg + Chromium 1000mcg, Apple Cider Vinegar caps, Cinnamon stick, cocoa and white/green tea. (all improve insulin function)
AOR's Network Synergy (antioxidant complex and source of r-lipoic acid.)
500mg NAC + 250mg Vit.C (raise glutathione and antioxidant status)
Benfotiamine to reduce glycation (sugar + protein cross linking) which causes aging.
*Nutrabolics CrE2bolic*

Before Bed:
Glycine + Niacin + Choline Alfoscerate (Growth Hormone Secretion)
300mcg melatonin occasionally for sleep and antioxidant functions.
St. John's Wort 300mg (improve mood & cognition, lessen stress and help sleep)

Once/week: take with meal with fat (improves absorption)
AOR's Total E Max to increase blood levels of the 8 vitamin E isomers (4 tocopherols & 4 tocotrienols) and CoQ10.
SAMe 400mg + Methyl Donors to improve methylation essential to health.
ALC 2g + R-LA 150mg for health, anti-aging and mitochondrial regeneration
Benfotiamine to reduce glycation (sugar + protein cross linking) which causes aging.

EVERY DAY:
Ortho Core 3 + 2 pre-workout
Fish Oil 4000mg (lower inflammation and improve overall health)
AOR's Bilberry-Grapeskin and EGCG Max (potent antioxidants shown to improve athletic performance and prevent disease)

My workout routine:
I train on instinct and like to mix up exercises, reps, sets, rest, etc constantly... I train with intensity.
Monday and Thursday I do chest and back together like Arnold used to do throughout his career. In his words, feeling the entire upped body pumped simultaneously is truely awesome.
I prefer dumbells to prevent shoulder/rotator cuff injury and to use the stabilizer muscles while using arms to lift weights.
I usually start of with 2 warmup sets on flat press and move on to my heaviest set when I feel my strongest.
Chest:
Flat press 3-4 x 4-12
incline press 3-4 x 6-12
flyes or pec deck 3 x 6-14
dips bodyweight + 20-40lb dumbell

Back:
Lat pullups (bodyweight + 20-40lb dumbell) or lat pulldowns 4 x 4-12
Chins
seated row 3-4 x 6-14
Deadlifts 3-4 x 6-12

Tues/Frid I do shoulders and arms and add a leg workout on one of these days:
Shoulders:
Dumbell press 4 x 6-12
Dumbell Lateral raise 3-4 x 6-12
Bent over Lateral raise 3-4 x 6-12

Arms:
Dumbell Biceps curl 4 x 6-12
Hammer Curls 3 x 6-12
Cable curls or concentration curls 3 x 4-12
Close-grip bench 3-4 x 6-12
Tricep pushdown 3-4 x 6-12
Tricep extensions or pullbacks 3-4 x 6-12

Legs:
Squats 4 x 8-12
Hamstring curls 3 x 8-12
Leg extensions 3 x 8-12

My Stats done Today(Friday):
Weight: 219 (4lb increase)
BF: 12-14%

Strength increases: most notable
Dumbbell press from 100lb of 8 reps to 105lb for 9. That is gains from just Monday's workout.
Biceps curls went from 50lbs for 7 to 55lbs for 8
Overall my muscles feel tighter and fuller this week during/after workouts. And my strength has been going up in most exercises.
Energy levels have been great which is nice for a change.
I'm trying to gain strength and size quickly before I try and lean out so this is very optimistic for me.
CrE2bolics is the only addition I can point to in my suppplements. It's working I am sure of.
I hope to get up to 220lb next week without adding extra calories and start getting into the 110lb dumbbells for chest presses. Chest is my weakness and what I like to see improve most.

I don't have time to do this daily and believe that is unnecessary anyway.
Progress takes time so expect another report early next week.

Okay, it's officially been a week on CEE

My Stats done Today(Monday):
Weight: 220 (5lb increase)

Not only did I get to 220lb for the first time in my life, but my strength has continued to increase since last week.
Diet hasn't been very strict... I've decided I am still going to 'quick' gain (bulk)because I had a long layoff from working out this winter. My Bodyfat is too high for me... but I'm not worried because it comes off so easily when I want it to - maybe in 3-4 weeks.
Just keeping the calories high, the weights heavy and the sleep regular.
5lbs is quite a lot in a week, but my energy levels have been very good and I've been able to keep my intensity high without feeling 'burnt out'.
I was off creatine for my longest stretch in the past decade, so I think much of the weight is due to being back on creatine and restoring my muscle stores. I believe the CEE form has allowed this faster without having the bloated look I have had in the past. :)
My mood and my energy levels have been surprisingly great all week!!
I think there's something to be said about the neurolgical and all-around health benefits to creatine. I've really believe this and I've read numerous studies that give credit to this theory. I can get them for you if anyone wants them.

My notable strength gains:
Today I added two more reps to my flat press for 105lbs for 11 and then did 10 reps with the same weight. I think I'll move up to 110lb on Thursday.
Seated row I used the machine's entire weight stack??? not sure exactly what that weight is, but that's the first time I've done this with higher reps of 8-10.
These are definitely my most notable gains to report and to me they are significant considering my 10+ year experience working out.
I can tell if something works for me or doesn't. I have ruled out other variables of diet, other supps, etc...
Creatine has always worked for me and I was a great responder since the monohydrate days, but I often had that bloat going on. This is nice.

During/after workout I had a great pump going and I'm 'pumped' about my results with the CrE2bolics thus far.
I haven't told any of the guys at the gym about this creatine product YET, but I'll let them in on it soon enough. I don't think they have even heard of CEE creatine before. I just want to keep them guessing a little longer. lol.

*Recently I was one of the 3 lucky testers to be picked for Nutrabolics CEO - a brand new creatine ethyl orotate and Magnesium creatine chelate blend.
It will be interesting to see If I can push my gains further after my CrE2bolics test is complete with the new CEO.
In my scientifically-honest-humble opinion, CEO on paper, looks to be the best creatine yet to hit the sports supplement market. Why?
Based on the ingredients and their clinical evidence, energy and strength from CEO should be increased over regular monohydrate or CEE products.

Ironically I was recently (three weeks ago) looking for a magnesium creatine chelate supplement and now CEO is being introduced.
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=5377147#post5377147
Study conclusion: The peak torque changes were significant only in the MgC-Cre group, which had increases in ICW that may infer more muscular creatine due to its osmotic effect, and with increased cellular hydration, perhaps increased protein synthesis.

I'll be testing CEO out free, but you can bet I'll be one of the first to buy once it hits the shelves. And I'm a picky person. I only use the best!!
I suggest others do their own CEO test log when they can and compare to mine.

I hope to eventually take a before and after pic of CEO and post it here if anyone is interested.

I'll post again after my Tuesday workout and see if I can push my gains further and higher.

Just thought I'd inform anyone interested in my CEE experience that I've had positive results now on day 16.
I missed 6 complete days since my last report due to a bad head cold.
Back into my routine full gear, I have increased bodywight to 224 and last chest workout I was up to 115lb dumbbells for chest press for 8 reps and then 6 reps in second set. This is the best I've ever done.
Spotting me was none other than Ryan Rowsell, a 16-year old local powerlifter who's heading to the World Powerlifting Championships... Next time I'm talking to Ryan I'll get the #'s of his lifts and when he's going. That guy is incredible.

Anyways,
I'm now using 60's for dumbbell curls with little trouble getting 8 reps and back exercises have gone up in weight and reps.

I'm on my way to the gym soon, so after taking a few Cre2bolics I think I'll go for 65lbs on curls.

Yup. 65lbs for 8 reps in two sets each arm on dumbbell curls. I'm 5'11, 225 and actually getting leaner.
Shoulder dumbbell press getting significantly stronger as well as just about every other exercise... I'm working out so intense it's crazy... every set, every exercise I push beyond the pain barrier and then keep going. It's only temporary pain right.
This is the biggest I've ever been and I'm actually thinking about competing in my first competition if things keep going well for me.
CrE2bolics works and I'm proof of it. I like the lack of bloating that I've experienced from my last creatine product.

If somehow I can keep gaining and lean out a little, I'll be very happy. I'm only getting back into training seriously again so it's very possible. :)
