Abbreviations:
BIA - Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis on Tanita Scale, measured first thing in morning before food or drink to provide consistancy
SSC - Steady State Cardio

Notes: I am not counting calories, but prior to this cutting cycle, I was consuming roughly maintenance calorie levels. I estimate a 10-15% calorie reduction as I have cut portion size slightly, and reduced starches some. Every 4th day I will increase nutrition back up to maintenance levels. I have also increase my cardio from 1-2 sessions to 3-4 a week. Workout have remained unchange, but will change next week. I am drawing not conclusion of the effeciency of VPX Redline, nor do I plan to, as I have changed too many variables to conclude any effectiveness of this product. In addition this is my first use of a fat burner, as well has my first "controlled" cutting cycle.

I will post new data upon the end of week 2.

This past week was pretty smooth. I am not experiencing a energy "kick" from the product, though I do feel I have more energy from taking the product. I am satisfied with the results I am experiencing, but cannot contribute them solely to VPX Redline, as I have reduced caloric intake, and reduced starchy carbs in place of more fiberous carbs, as well as increased cardio sessions. I am approaching the end of this bottle, and plan to transition immediately into an EC stack of DNE Bolt Ephedrine HCL and a generic caffeine supplement. It will be interesting to monitor results into this transition, as I will not be changing my cardio, resistance training or nutrition, at least not significantly.

I finished off the bottle VPX Redline, so I am ending this Redline Cycle, and will be transitioning to EC, as I am confident it will be more effective as well as more cost effective.

I have felt fatigued through most of the last few weeks, and I attribute most of that to reduced carbohydates and my excessive training. I certainly did not get the "energy boost" I was anticipating with the Synephrine/Caffiene/Yomhibine supplement, Redline, and having been my first documented cutting cycle, I really cannot comment on the effeciency of this product in reducing my overall body fat.

I am pleased with my results, as I can safely say I have lost about 10lbs of fat of the last couple monthes, with minimal muscle loss, if any. This equates to approximately 25-30% reduction in my body fat mass, depending on which BF% method I use.

I realize people like to hear "this stuff is the bomb" or "this product is a waste", but I cannot positively make any substantiated claims in my experience. Perhaps, after my EC Cycle, I will at least have some comparison data.

I have some body composition charts that I will post up too.
