I've been to other forums and seen this cool thing. It's like an adoption program were really experienced Body Builders take "newbies" and take them under there wing. Almost like a Personal Trainer over the internet. I've seen it on another Body Building website and thought it was really cool. This has might have been brought up plenty of times though. Just my thouht.

most people seem to help anyways.but having someone keep track of you and everything would be kinda cool.

well yeah it is, but its more personal then out to the public.

yeah, but it's hard to get help on here cause every body takes enjoyment in ripping beginners apart.
