I have been selected to test Blue Rhino by Controlled Labs. Lot #0503162, exp 03/08.
I got my Blue Rhino on Monday 4/25 and started using it on Tuesday 4/26. Currently I am 30 yrs old, been into bodybuilding for 10 years now. Im 5'8" and 179 lbs. I had been cutting for the past month. This is my first experience using a natural testosterone booster. My goal during the next month is to add some lean mass, but Im not going for an all out bulk. Therefore I will be watching my diet closely.

I took 2 Blue Rhino capsules about 40 minutes prior to my workout this morning. I took them on an empty stomach since it doesnt say whether or not to take it with food. I took some L-carnitine, Green Tea, and Kaizen V3(Vanadyl Sulfate, Selenium, L-Taurine) about an hour prior to taking Blue Rhino.
I wasn't sure what kind of energy I would get from Blue Rhino so I brought along an energy drink just in case. I started to feel more Alert and somewhat energetic about 30 minutes after taking Blue Rhino. Similar to what I felt while taking ECA stack.
I worked legs and due to a sprained ankle I went light on this day. I did not need the energy drink as my energy seemed to be very good. I was noticeably sweating more than normal. Did not feel jittery or unusual in any way. I worked legs for about an hour and 15, then did some abs for about 15 min.
Summary for day 1 of using Blue Rhino:
Seems to have given me some energy similar to when I was taking ECA
Also I seem to sweat more
Overall I was pleasantly surprised that it was not necessary for me to use any other supplement source for energy.

Again I took 2 Blue Rhino capsules about 30-40 minutes prior to workout on an empty stomach. As before I noted an increase in energy and mental alertness as my workout began, as well as an unusual amount of sweating early into my workout.
I worked chest today and went heavy. I felt fairly strong, it was the first time I had done regular flat, incline and decline bench in about 5 weeks. I usually do dumbbells or machines.
I got 260 X 4 for flat bench which is about as good as I have ever done. I didnt try to max though which was 340 back in the fall but I havent maxed in about 6 months.
I felt pretty exhausted after my workout, went to meet my folks at Cracker Barrel for breakfast and ate like a horse. Big plate of pancakes w/strawberries and whipped cream and maple syrup, 2 eggs over easy, 3 slices of bacon, and hashbrown casserole. I usually dont eat that much immediately following a workout so that was a bit unusual. Plus I had a protein shake prior to breakfast.
I went home feeling kinda irritable as I do now, maybe Im just tired. But I also felt really horny today for some reason. So I took care of myself twice today since my wife is on the rag.

Today I had a great shoulder workout. I did military press on smith machine, upright rows, dumbbell shoulder press, and a couple of other exercises. I actually felt a burst of power on my last db shoulder press and I was able to get 6 reps at 80lbs. I was hoping to get 4 but something kept me going for 2 more. Immediately following my workout I felt irritable again, almost depressed but not quite. Now I am tired and getting ready for bed. BTW I work 3rd shift just in case anyone was wondering why Im going to bed in the middle of the day.
Also noted again was increase in energy, mental alertness, and sweat. Biggest difference noted today was that burst of energy I had while doing db press. I dont feel horny today like I did yesterday.
Im taking tomorrow off and maybe Saturday too, Im not sure.

Today I had one of the most unusual workouts Ive had in a long time. I woke up around 10:00 am and felt like total S#@T! I had a headache, my whole body ached and I felt kinda nausus. I get like that sometimes when a front is moving in I can feel it in my body.
So I drank some Muscle Milk at 10:00 upon waking up and took my multi. I did some stuff around the house and was still feeling pretty crappy so I decided not to go to the gym and to just workout at home since I have some equipment in my basement. Around 12:00 I ate a banana and a fruit cup.
At 12:30 I took my Blue Rhino. I continued to feel like crap and was wondering if I should even workout today. At 1:00 I went down to my basement and started stretching. As soon as I got warmed up I started to feel much better and my aches started to diminish.
I decided I wanted to go for power today so I started with a couple of warmup sets of squats. I started to get real shakey and had a sudden craving for sugar. So I went upstairs and had myself a Krave bar (6 g of fat, 7 g of protein and like 40 g of carbs I think) . I went back downstairs and did another set of squats, going heavier for like 8 reps. I was still feeling very shakey and went back upstairs and ate a banana. Went back down and did another set of squats for like 6 reps. By now I started shaking so much that I thought I might need to stop my workout. I went back up and was still craving sugar so I had another Krave bar. The shakes slowly started to go away and I went back down and did another set of squats.
Basically, I think my body was trying to go from 0-60 in 3 seconds with no fuel. I felt the way I do after a long cardio session and you need to replenish all your fluids and carbs. But this was at the beginning of my workout so thats what made it so unusual.
Anyways the shakes went away and I was able to get really focused mentally and finish my squat routine. Ended up getting 395 X 4 which I thought was pretty good.
I was still feeling good so I decided I wanted to see what my 1 rep max is on bench press. I started with a warmup and slowly worked my way up. Did 295 X 2, 310 X 1, then I had my wife come down and spot me as I attempted 325. I was able to get 325 X 1 by myself with her standing there just in case.
I was very impressed with my bench today. My all time max is 340 which I accomplished in October 2004. I havent tried my 1 rep max on bench since then so I think I did very well.
I decided to call it a day after that and was pleased that I was able to get a decent workout in today as horrible as I felt earlier.

way to pull through bro, but in the future if you arent feeling well dont be affraid to skip one day of the rhino, wouldnt want you to get hurt.

Ok so today is back day. Stopped by the mall around noon to pick up some stuff at GNC, checked out all the cute girls but had to hurry so didnt stand around and talk to them, lol. Anyways at around 1:00 I was hungry so I had a couple slices of pizza then took my Blue Rhino just a couple of minutes after eating. Before I had only taken it on an empty stomach but I wanted to see how it worked on a somewhat full stomach.
20 minutes later I started my workout. Felt a bit sluggish, didnt seem to be powering through the workout as I had before. I still got a pretty decent back workout in and then I played some basketball for about 15 minutes and called it a day. Total workout time about an hour and 1/2.
I think I will take Blue Rhino on an empty stomach from now on. What would you recommend Tank? The directions do not say.
So I stepped on the scale today and Im at 183, 4lbs up from just 5 days ago, though Im sure its all water since I switched from CEE to Creatine Monohydrate and man do I feel bloated. I definatel like CEE better.
I did notice a couple of pimples here and there but no huge outbreak. Im not feeling quite as irritable today, but Im getting tired. I also notice the past 5 days I seem to need more sleep and I am actually sleeping better.

Yes, try to take blue rhino with as little food as possible if you are taking right before the workout to it can "kick in" right away. if you absolutely need to take with food take it at least 2 hours before the workout.

Biceps day. Took Blue Rhino on an empty stomach about 30 minutes prior to workout. Energy kicked in and felt pretty strong throughout my workout. finished with some abs and a little bit of cardio. No additional acne just a couple that popped up last week after I started using BR. Been sleeping very sound lately which is unusual for me as I am a light sleeper.

Leg day. Once again took BR about 30 min prior to w/o on empty stomach. I also started taking Nitrix and switched creatines to Trac creatine since Ive been feeling a little less pumped lately, even though I have noticed some strength increase. Did squats, leg press , hamstring curls and calves. Very stron on squats once again and leg press I did as much as I ever could at 680x6. Very happy with that. Shot some hoops for 10 minutes then did 2 sets of leg lifts and crunches and called it a day. Been feeling much less irritable past couple of days.
Nothing unusual to report so far besides my one workout a few days ago. Energy and strength both are up and my libido has increased slightly.

Chest day. Started off with Bench press and worked my way up to 295 X 3, the most reps I ever did at that weight. Did Incline Bench and worked up to 235 X 5, also the most reps Ive ever done at that weight. I was feeling pretty good and my pumps were starting to increase again since I started with the Nitrix and Trac products. Might have to give White Blood a try Im hearing good things about it. Decided to try dumbell flat bench. Worked up to 110 lb dumbbells X 5, not my all time best, but not bad. Then I did Incline db press at 90 X 6, most reps I ever got at 90 lb dumbbells on an incline. Did a couple of machine presses, shot some basketball for a few minutes and I was done. Ate another huge meal at Cracker Barrel this morning.
So its been just over a week and so far I am impressed with what I have been able to accomplish since I started with the Blue Rhino. Im not ready to say just how much the BR has contributed to my gains in strength, but Im sure it has at least a little. I can say that the weight I have gained( Im now up to 185) is more than likely from the creatine as I stated before I had been on CEE and lost a few pounds of water weight and since I swithced I seem to have added some.
Im going to try my max bench again this weekend. I hope to get at least 330. Again my all time max is 340 and it took me about 8 weeks to get it from 295 - 340 when I was on a bench press program. Last time I did bench before I started the BR I could barely get 305.
Nothing negative to report besides the irritability and the couple of pimples. The irritability has subsided somewhat. Im actually sleeping better lately maybe cause my body needs the additional sleep in order for my muscles to recover.
Cant wait for my shoulder workout Friday. Tomorrow is an off day.

So I wanted to see how many I could get with 90lbs. Of course, my dumbass never uses a spot except on max bench press day. Anyways I got them up even with my head but couldnt lock my elbows out then suddenly I got all lightheaded and had to drop them. I figured A) I should have used a spot and B) I didnt take enough time in between sets. I think I could have got like 3 or 4 had I not screwed those two things up. I didnt try another one at that weight and I dropped down to 80 and got 8. I was pretty content with that. Did some other shoulder exercises, basketball, and abs. Long workout today almost 2 hours total. Felt good though.

nice bro, yeah always have a spot for big jumps in weight like that. nevertheless that is an impressive gain in lift. :cool:

Didnt sleep well, only about 4-5 hours so Im kinda tired. A lot going on right now.....6 week old baby, had to help move my grandparents this morning, grandfather is in hospital near death, had to work this morning. Anyways I felt like I had to keep my santity so I decided to give it a go today anyways. Since I wasnt feeling very strong I decided to just get a good triceps burn and do some cardio. Did about 5 or 6 different triceps exercises at 10-15 reps, went fairly light. Really nice pumps, felt very energetic despite lack of sleep and all. Good cardio workout today too. Worked out for about 1hr and 1/2.
Went home, was wearing my tank top as I usually do when I workout and my wife said ' holy crap your shoulders are getting huge' , lol, I didnt even work shoulders today but I think she meant my upper triceps area cause they were still really pumped. Havent weighed myself for a couple of days but probably will this week sometime.

Did you ever feel like you owned the gym? Well, that was me today, I owned that mofo. Yeah, my arms looked that big. I didnt measure them and havent measured them for a long time, but they looked bigger than ever before.
I however stepped on the scale this evening and weighed in at 181. My pants feel a little looser too so maybe Im losing some bf. I dont know how considering Ive been eating junk lately.

thats awesome, so you are up like 2 pounds and have been losing bf. This is what is supposed to happen, a lean bulk.

Still felt exhausted this morning, but I gave it a go anyways. Ended up getting another good workout in. Did barbell rows 12,10,8; shrugs 12,10,8
; T-bar rows( I think thats what their called) 12,10,8; Pullups 12,10,8; And a couple of machines for back at 12,10,8 also. Then I did some abs.

Interesting, weighed in today at 178. After gaining for the first 10 days of use, the past 4 or 5 days Ive been dropping. i'll have more to say about this then but on to my workout. Leg day. Sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 for the following exercises: Leg press, Squat, Extensions, Curls, etc. Again I felt exhausted prior to wo, but got the blood flowing and had a good leg burn.
For those of you who have been following my log, you may have noticed the first week I started lifting very heavy for just 4-6 reps. I wanted to get a better burn and better pumps so I dropped the weight some and went for higher reps this week. I may go heavy again next week, though Im not sure.
Also, my weight. I went from I believe 179 at the start of this log, to about 185 after about a week or so, down to 181 a couple of days ago, now Im at 178.
I think there is a logical explanation for this jump up and down in weight that likely has nothing to do with BR and more due to the fact that I started laying in a tanning booth on Friday, about the same time I started dropping weight. Ive felt severely dehydrated the past few days and I think the tanning booth is absorbing a lot of my moisture. Im going to research this, but I still want to ask a question for Tank.
Would BR in anyway cause dehydration that would result in a loss of water weight of about 6 lbs in just a few days? I think I already know the answer is no, but I thought Id ask anyways.
So Im going to try to drink as much water and use as much moistureizers on my skin as possible to see if my weight doesnt come back up.

Blue Rhino should not dehydrate to this degree at all, the only miniscule dehydrating effect will be from the caffeine, but if you have a couple of cups of coffee it would be the same, I think the 6 pounds is due to another reason.
Remember though to get plenty of water in any case.

I would think if anything the yohimbe may cause some water retention. The caffine "should" offset this, but everyone is different.

Sorry Im getting behind on my posts. Anyways today was chest day. I felt good this morning. Dehydration and exhaustion are gone. I determined it was caused by the tanning bed, not using enough moisturizers, and not drinking enough water.
So I started out today with flat bench db press. I wasnt feeling all that strong at first so I started with light weights and worked my way up. I did sets of 90 X 12, 95 X 10, 100 X 8, 110 X 8. I was very impressed that I was able to get 8 reps at 110 lb dumbbells. By now I was feeling a lot stronger than the very beginning of my workout so I decided to try the 120's with a spot. I was able to get 5 with some help on the 5th one. Very nice! I cant recall ever trying the 120's before. I moved on to incline db press, machine presses, pec flyes, and cable crossovers( I think thats what they are called.)
Another very good, strong workout today.

Shoulders today. I started out with db presses. I was hoping to work my way up and attempt the 90's again today but I didnt quite feel the strength today. Could be because I did chest yesterday. Therefore I only worked my way up to 85lbs where I was able to get 6. I then went a little lighter on the rest of my exercises going for 8-12 reps.
Not as strong as last weeks shoulder workout, but still a pretty good burn so I wasnt really dissapointed.
Did some abs and cardio today too.

Yesterday was an off day. Had a wedding to go to and got a little lit at the reception. First drink in about 2 months. Was a little worried this morning when I woke up with a semi hangover. Turned out to be a good day.
So good in fact, today I worked biceps, triceps, calves, and played 1/2 hour of basketball. I felt like I did when I was 19 I had so much energy.(Im 30). I know some of you are going to scrutinize my routine on how Im overtraining, but I say when your feeling the energy, let it burn!
I went relatively light today going for 10-12 reps for bis and tris and 10-20 for calves. I did a total of about 18 sets of tris, 10 sets of bis, and 12 sets of calves. Awesome pumps again today.
Something to note happened today during my calf routine. There was a pretty nice looking MILF training close to me and it was obvious she wanted attention. Now, remember Im married and have been for 2 years now, and Ive been with my wife for over 7 years. I never approached another woman in an attempt to hit on her during the past 7 years.
With that being said, I didnt just say hi or talk to the MILF, I ended up getting her #. Its been a while since Ive had a chance to read another womans signals, but I swear I could have banged this hottie in the parking lot if I wanted. But my morals took over, though I couldnt resist asking her #.
I just thought that was interesting, the fact that I was more aggressive towards a woman than I have been in years. Of course, she was flaunting her stuff so who knows maybe I would have hit on her even w/o the BR. But I did note in someone elses log that they also felt more aggresive towards women.

LOL Tank, I dont think I have it in me to hurt my wife like that, but it was awesome to get some digits for the first time in years.
BTW, Im about halfway through my bottle and I wanted to give an update on my overall experience to this point.
My workout energy has been great, I am starting to notice some fat loss as my abs are starting to show more, no significant increase or decrease in weight since I started, Ive seen a nice jump in strength over the past 2-3 weeks, this is particularly interesting considering the loss in bf. Ive never been able to gain strength while losing bf as I seem to burn myself out more.
Slight spike in Libido at the onset of taking BR, but since that hasnt been significant. A few pimples, but nothing out of the ordinary. Some irritability has been noted but no significant anxiety or depression. Im probably going to go with ECA stack to compensate the workout energy, but my pecs wont turn into tits will they? And do you think my strenght gains will stay? Maybe that is why I am testing this product to see the post effects also. Im kinda scared but I guess I will see how things go when Im done taking BR.

shouldnt really notice much of the estrogen type effects since there is no synthetic test going into your body, but to be safe you may want to run some 6 oxo or rebound xt.
you should keep the stimulant up and ease off a bit whne coming off as well so you dont feel groggy after you are done taking the product.

I took today off. I bought an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen yesterday and I decided to eat that and not lift today. Its nice to be able to eat junk and still be losing bf. Im still getting plenty of protein, but the carbs, man am I ever downing the carbs. Remember the good ol days when you were like 18-20 and could eat anything and never gain bf? Thats how Ive felt lately.

Good back workout today. Did a total of about 20 sets of various exercises at 10-12 reps. Seemed to be able to get higher reps of heavy weight today. I was actually going to go heavy but when I got the 12 reps and thought I would only get like 8, I just decided to go for the reps. My weight is continuing to hang around the 178 mark, no significant changes since starting the BR. Body fat is noticeably down, however. Finished the day with an ab workout. I think tomorrow will be leg day.

Today was the worst workout since I started BR. In fact, I think its the only bad workout Ive had since starting this log. It was leg day. I started out stretching, trying to get the blood flowing. Then I did a few warmup sets of extensions and reverse leg curls. Moved on to leg press, still no energy. Usually if I feel crappy, once I get the blood flowing I can still have a good workout. Did some squats. Man, Strength and stamina just wasnt there today.
Struggled through for about an hour and called it a day. I think Ive been burning myself out, overtraining, and most of all, didnt get much sleep yesterday. Going to shoot for 10 hours of sleep today. See how I feel tonite. I might take tomorrow off.

Another bad workout. 2nd worst right behind yesterdays w/o. Im fairly certain it has nothing to do with BR. Im still trying to figure this out cause none of my supplements worked the past 2 days. No pumps from the NO products Im taking, no energy, and I dropped a couple more pounds. I might not be eating enough carbs and Im overtraining. Who knows.
Anyways there was good news today. No, I didnt just save a bunch of money on car insurance by switching to Geico. LMAO.
It was chest day and I got 120 lbs dumbbells for 5 reps again. I think thats a sign that I am preserving my lean mass and strength, and the weight Ive been losing is bodyfat and water.

Yesterday was off. I must have slept 14 hours between yesterday am and this am. Anyways I did shoulders today. Felt much better, energetic and all.
Moved my way up to 85lb dumbbells X 7 again on shoulder press. Didnt feel comfortable yet moving up to 90's, but I think I will next week. Also did shrugs, barbell raises, military press on smith machine. All and all, it was a good shoulder workout of about an hour or so.
Leg stretching and cardio planned for later this afternoon. Will not be taking BR prior to that since I already took it this morning. Tomorrow is Tri's/Abs, and Monday will be off. At least thats the plan for now.

Took BR then didnt get out of work til an hour after taking it. I felt like I was ready to go but I think waiting an hour was too long. I usually take it 30 minutes prior. Didnt feel as strong as I was hoping but still had a very productive leg workout.

Decided to workout in the evening instead of the morning today. Felt really depressed, grumpy and tired for some reason. I felt like that Saturday too. It seems like when I go for longer than 24 hrs without a workout and not taking BR I get all depressed and ****. Then I start to feel better during and after my workout. I think it has something to do with the BR and the ups and downs in testosterone levels it creates. I have 7 servings left and Im considering cutting to just one capsule per day even on non workout days. What do you think Tank? Im just afraid that after this cycle Im going to crash big time. Depression, fatigue, loss of strength, fat gain, lots of things Im worried about after going off of BR. I guess that shows that it has definately helped me in many ways. Ive decided Im not going to run any PCT Id rather spend my money on something else.
Back to the workout, it was back day. Fairly good energy, Very strong, I was still moody throughout the workout but got better towards the end and now I feel pretty good. Hang in there buddy....lots of good reading in here from you. I get that way to if i don't work out. I think we all tend to be 'routine' type of people. Get out of your routine and it messes you up sometimes. Hang tough!

you should maintian full dosage every day including non-workout days, that way you will not get those sides youa re experiencing.

Quite possibly my greatest chest workout of all-time. Definately in the top 5 and Ive been doing this for 11 years. I didnt feel all that strong at first when I did db flat bench. Still, I was able to get 120 X5 again. Then I did incline db press and man did I ever start feeling strong. I worked my way up to 95 X 6. After that I knew it was going to be a great workout. I then moved to Decline machine press, Seated press, Seated incline press, and Pec machine. I went for 6-8 reps and was able to get 6 at all time highs for each exercise. My chest was feeling huge and it actually still is, but I can tell its going to hurt tomorrow. Finished up with some abs. Man, what an awesome workout!

Awsome job there JRR. I can always tell when i have had a great chest workout too if I can feel some good tightness the following day or so. A good feeling that is!

biceps/calves
Started out with standing curls using the curlbar. Did sets of 12, 10, 8, 12. Then I did some seated alternating db curls. Again, same set sequence. Hammer curls were next. By now my arms were feeling pretty good and pumped. Energy was good as it has been through most of this experience w/ BR. Then I finished up with 1 arm db curls and moved onto calves. Did about 10 sets of calves in the rep range of 8-15 then did a little cardio and called it a day. A good workout of about 1 and1/2 hours total.

Shoulders day again. I was pretty excited since I slept well last night. Started out with Military press again on the Smith machine. Strong as Ive ever been today on that exercise. Moved over to db press as I have been doing lately. I started with the 75's X8 , 80 X 8, 85 X 8... I was impressed with this so I attempted the 90's and was able to get 6. Another personal best. Im not even sure I got the 90's before, I will have to check this log and see. I then moved on to several isolation exercises for the front and side delts. Also did some shrugs and threw some abs in there too. Another great workout today.
Weighed myself this evening, weighed in at 180. Up a couple from last time I weighed myself.

Anyways I did legs at home but first I wanted to try my max bench about 40 minutes after taking BR. I had my wife spot me for my final spot as I attempted 330 and was able to get it without her help. I was very pleased considering I havent attempted my max in about a month or so. Just 10 lbs off my all time max. Anyways that seemed to have taken a little bit away from my leg workout so I went lighter on squats today.

Sorry its been so long since Ive posted. I finished up the bottle of BR on 5/31 with a back and biceps workout. The past few days Ive been taking Lipo 6 original formula with ephedra to help with workout energy and it seems to be working for my energy. However, I did shoulders 3 days ago and chest yesterday and was noticeably weaker on my lifts. Not significantly, but definately noticeable.
So here is the breakdown of my experience with Blue Rhino: 1-10 point system.
Energy- 9 There were only 2 or 3 workouts that I just wasnt feeling very energetic and that may have been because I didnt eat anything. Overall I was very pleased.
Strength-10 For me, strength gains were noted from day 1. I just felt very strong almost every workout. The strength gains slowed after week 1 but I was very impressed with how heavy I was able to lift.
Fat loss/Lean mass gains- 8 Im definately leaner than I was before starting BR. I would estimate I lost between 3-5% bodyfat. Im not very fond of bodyfat testers I just let the mirror show the results, and my physique looks about as good as it ever has. Im definately below 10% now as my abs are showing nicely. I was eating good, lots of carbs, though I wasnt 100% comitted to bulking. My final weigh in a couple of days ago was 178 lbs. I think there was little if any change in my weight. Though I did go up and down in weight a couple of times due to dehydration. I seemed to be able to eat whatever I want and I was still looking leaner and getting stronger.
Mood/Anxiety-5 There were definately some moments of irritability, and I thought this was very interesting as on nonworkout days I chose not to use BR and I felt severly depressed on those days. But I was able to bounce back and overall it wasnt like it was a horrible experience with lots of anxiety. I also didnt feel overly aggressive or angry, just a bit irritable at times.
Other things to note: No more pimples than what I normally get, no hair loss or shedding anywhere, I seemed very fatigue and tired after my workouts and needed at least 8 hours of sleep per night. That could be due to the heavier weights I was lifting and really pushing myself in the gym for almost 2 hours per workout.
Overall Grade-9 To sum it up, I was most impressed with my strength gains. To be honest I didnt think my strength would increase at all and really didnt expect anything from Blue Rhino besides an increase in energy due to the caffeine and perhaps a little fat loss. Im planning on purchasing a couple of bottles toward the end of summer as I want to try to achieve some personal goals in strength. Im thinking an 8-12 week cycle. Id love to hit 400lbs bench max and I think with the right bench press routine and blue rhino and creatine I feel confident I will be able to achieve that. Also, I will cut back on cardio and probably only lift every other day to see if I can make any size gains. I want to stay lean for the summer plus Im going on vacation and stuff so theres no sense in me starting another cycle right now.
Thanks Tank for letting me test BR. I hope this information has been helpful and if you ever need another tester then give me a shout. Im gettin tired its late and Im just rambling on. If I can think of anything I left out I will post it when Im not so tired.

So its been 18 days since my last post and since Ive been off the Blue Rhino. Im still looking pretty lean, weight is still around 178, but strength has definately dropped slightly, though not significantly. I started an ECA stack immediately following my BR cycle and had to stop after about 10 days as it started to screw my immune system up. I felt pretty sick last week, got a nasty canker sore in my mouth, and sores on my legs. Spleen and liver also became enlarged. I dont think I will ever go on an ECA stack again.
So I decided to purchase a couple more bottles of BR to get my strength and energy back on track. I was going to purchase some White Blood but Im not sure it would work for me. Tank, do you give out small samples? Just thought Id ask. It just seems like some NO products work very well for me and others do absolutely nothing for me. The powder forms seem to work better than the caplets for me anyways. NOX3 didnt do crap, Syntrax Nitrous didnt do crap, Nitrix made me a little more vascular but when combined with NOxplode I got pretty good pumps. NOW A/O plus Universal Storm also seems to be working well. Trac Creatine plus NOW A/O gave me great pumps for a couple of days then quit on me. Nothing really out there has taken me to the next level on a consistant basis.
Well, I look forward to going back on BR.

Been back on BR for about a week now. Workout energy and strength have once again shown an increase already. Im back up to 180 lbs. I want to try and stay lean for a couple more weeks then Im going to increase my caloric intake and go for a bulk. I plan on being on BR for the next 2 months probably til almost the end of summer. I'll keep updates on how things are going.

the stim free version will be out in less than 2 weeks, you can use that while bulking. :)

So the only difference is the caffeine? I'd probably still go with the original, that way I wouldnt need any additional preworkout energy supplements.
