Johnny2swole's CONTROLLED LABS LOG Blue Rhino AND White Blood!! 30 days 4-27-05

Hello fellas this is my 30 day controlled labs DUAL STACK (Blue Rhino and White Blood) My first dose's will start tomorrow 4-27-05 My goals for this stack is to aid my current bulking cycle, hopefully gain 5-8lbs.


I will be taking 2 pills of Blue Rhino in the morning, And 3 pills of White Blood prior to lifting in the evening.. Sometime i lift early so it will vary.


My Routine is basic:
Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Biceps
Day 3: Legs/Abs
Day 4: Shoulder/Traps
OFF
Repeat

Im currently on day 3 so tomorrow will be legs/abs

My stats and maxes are:

Weight: 170-173
Hight:5'8
Body fat %: 10% give or take
Maxes: roughly

Bench: 255x4
Squat: 300x4
Dead Lift: 265

4-27-05, first dose of blue rhino was at about 11 am, felt kina energized maybe is from the caffiene and yohimbe, and just took 3 caps of White blood and will be going to the gym!

Had a good leg day, legs felt more pump and lifts were better, placebo maybe? i kind of felt short of breath tho, i dont know why my heart was racing

Leg press: 630x6
Squatted: 290x4


so far so good, we will see what tomorrow has instore

sounds good so far, the hear may be becuase of the yohimbe in there. monitor your situation and if it races too much cut back on the blue rhino by dividing the doses into half twice per day.

Day 2 4-28-05

I took 2 Blue Rhino this morning at 10:30am before work, i felt more alert and awake gave me good energy, Its 9:00pm im about to drink a shake and take 3 White blood and go to the gym..

well todays gym session felt good shoulders/traps had a good pump,

seated military press (in front) 185x6

dumbell press-65x5

so far so good, off day tomorrow, than chest!

nice gains for now, you may lose them (total pounds) in the short term if body fat goes down from the CY.

Sorry for te lack of updates...about 5 ays ago i went to te ER i could not breath, and i was coughing blood, i ended up having a stomach ulcer, nemonia, and some liver infection. i dont know how this was coused, but im slowly recovering, i was on IV for 2 days and breathing aids, ive lost about 11lbs and its still dropping, im sorry for the inconvienence once im restored ill buy another bottle of each and start a new log, pray for me fellas this is bad :(

no clue what caused it bro, most newbs would say "just started taking controled labs now sick.." DISCLAIMER controlled labs is a great company and had nothing to do with this so do not asume! thanks bro ill try and rest up, i still need to send you the fax if the position is still open.
