Well I've decided that I want to give the velocity diet a run. Here's my stats:
5'8"
168-170 lbs depending on the day
Bench: 210
Squat: 345ish
Dead: 345ish
My calorie limits:
Non-workout days - 1300
Workout days - 1600
What I will be drinking/eating on non workout days:
9 protein shakes (Nitrean protein powder which is a blend containing, whey and casein etc. It has 24g of protein per scoop so I will have 4 shakes with 2 scoops and 1 shake with 1 scoop. Each scoop has <2 g of carbs) 1st shake of the day will have 16 oz of skim milk for added cals and energy.
- 1150 cals
10 capsules of flax seed oil capsules

20 Fish oil capsules

-200 cals
Total - 1450 cals
The only thing I will change on workout days is perhaps a gatorade or some orange juice during the workout for added calories and carbs.
I also have a lot of fiber supplements around my house so if needed I will take those.
Does this seem right to you guys? I really really do not want to mess this diet up so please give me any criticism you might have.
