I am 18 and playing college football. I am 6' 210 with about 12% bodyfat. I have been lifting for 4 years, the last year on 5x5. I am benching 325, squatting 410. I would like to get to 220-225 over the next 12 months but keeping 12% bodyfat. Can I achieve this on my frame? Can it be done again the following year, getting to 235? I saw some tables in a westside book saying that my 'genetic' limit on BP is around 400. Once I acheive this, I am assuming that I can't put more muscle on. How can I figure out how much weight I can put on my frame keeping fat % the same.
