Hi guy's. Over the last year I've learned alot about how to build muscle and lose fat through trial and error and researching, but being a guy myself I don't know if the guidelines I follow would work so well for women since we're built differently. I was wondering if the same routines would work for women that the men use. Or maybe someone could tell me where to find a good lifting routine and diet etc. article for women. Same with supplements. if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.
