Hi guy's. Over the last year I've learned alot about how to build muscle and lose fat through trial and error and researching, but being a guy myself I don't know if the guidelines I follow would work so well for women since we're built differently. I was wondering if the same routines would work for women that the men use. Or maybe someone could tell me where to find a good lifting routine and diet etc. article for women. Same with supplements. if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.

Muscles are designed the same in men as in women, it's just men produce more testosterone, inturn, building larger and stronger muscles.

As for a routine, it would depend on the woman's specific goals. Does she want shape and tone or mass? If it's mass she's after than she could benefit from heavy lifting, progressive overload and eating a lot of macronutrients as well as added supplementation. It all breaks down to specific goals.
