As many of you may know ControlledLabs was nice enough to give many of us an opportunity to test out there product. I just received mine today and I'm anxious to get started. I will take my first dosage today and will record all my thoughts throughout the next month. White Blood is an NO booster and I've taken one other NO product before and got pretty solid results so hopefully this will be the same. Here are some of stats and things I will hoping for throughout my usage of White Blood.

my diet is very clean I eat all clean foods most of my diet is made up of whole grain oats, whole wheat bread mostly organic stuff like sprouted grain or eezekil, plain chicken breasts, salmon, lean ground beef, almonds, fruits such as apples, bananas, berries, veggies like celery, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, natural peanut butter, brown and white rice, whole wheat pasta, eggs mostly whites but some yolks and of course whey protein. I shoot for 3300+ calories a day.

other supplements

other supplements I will be taking along with WHITE BLOOD are...Bulk CEE from TP, Whey protein concentrate from ON, Dymatize and Higher Power I like a variety, flax seed.

training routine

monday: chest & calves
tuesday: back
wednesday: cardio & abs
thursday: Quads, Hams, Calves
friday: Bi's and Tri's
Saturday: Shoulders and Traps
Sunday: Off

I shoot for 8 to 13 with rep ranges from 4 to 12 I mainly like to stick to the 10, 8, 6 range but some things vary.

goals

my goals on white blood are to break through on some of my lifts that have plataued. I'd like to gain about 5 pounds on this as well. Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish all this.

DAY 1

just got back from the gym I hit back today also hit a little bit of bi's my workout went like this...

Bentover Rows 135 x 10, 135 x 8, 145 x6
Deadlifts 175 x 8, 185 x 8, 205 x 6 (I just started doing deadlifts I wish I would of started doing them earlier I love them but better late than never)
Lat Pull Downs 160 x 10, 180 x 9, 180 x 6
Cable Low Rows 120 x 10, 130 x 8
Straight bar curls 75 x 10, 75 x 8

I only did 2 sets of biceps but my Biceps were really pumped. Overall I felt I had more endurance, more focus, better intensity and I also was sweating more than I normally do while working out. Felt a good pump in my forearms as well. Can't really make any determinations yet but I think I'm going to like White Blood stacked with Bulk CEE should be a great combo. My back feels really good as well definately had a great workout today.

DAY 2

Today was an off day from lifting just went to the gym and played some basketball to warm up then did some cardio. I had a great session I feel refreshed. I had great energy and intensity. Normally I don't really enjoy doing cardio that much and I lack motivation well today I had a drive in me to keep going. I was sweating more than normal as well which isn't necessarily a bad thing just an observation that I made. Well so far so good on White Blood I look forward to getting after legs tomorrow I'm going to need some intensity as I'm going to try and break my squat plateau.

DAY 3

great workout today I hit legs my workout went like this....

Squats 185 x 10, 205 x 8, 225 x 6

DAY 3

great workout today I hit legs my workout went like this....

Squats 185 x 10, 205 x 8, 225 x 6
Lunges x 2 with 50 pound dumbells

DAY 4

Alright today I hit Bi's and Tri's here is how my workout went....

Chin Ups x 2
Close Grip Bench x 3
Straight Bar Curls x 3
Tricep Extensions x 3
Concentration Curls x 2
Preacher Curls x 1
Dips x 3

So all in all I did 9 sets for Triceps and 8 sets for biceps. The pump I got was incredible my arms got really pumped. After I was done I went to put my shirt on and they were practically popping out of my shirt. Reminds me of my days on Xpand when I had really awesome pumps. Focus was solid could of been better but hopefully as my time on White Blood goes on it will begin to reach a new level. My intensity was solid like the focus as time goes on it will probably only get better. I think I'm going bust past a lot of my max lifts I can just feel this stuff starting to kick in. My pumps have been lasting a lot longer than those that I had on Xpand which is nice I like to feel that I had a good workout. All in all I'm happy with where this is headed it's only been 4 days and I feel it kicking in. Should be a fun next 3+ weeks seeing how well I respond.

my pump in my arms lasted a pretty long time yesterday. I had this sensation in my arms it was kind of cool. My tri's are pretty sore this morning but minimal soreness in my biceps. Shoulders today this is the part of my body that I really need to improve on my traps are good but my lifts on my shoulders have not been increasing all that much.

DAY 5

Today I hit up shoulders & Traps my workout went like this....

Military Press x 3
Front Raises x 3
Rear Delt Raises x 3
Shrugs x 3

It was kind of a rushed workout but I got a solid workout done. All in all I felt great had great energy I lifted more weight than normal on front raises as I think my intensity was up today. I felt great afterwards had a good sweat going. I felt like I could shrug the universe today too. I stacked 4 plates on each side on the shrug carriage and did it with relative ease I'm not use to doing that much it felt great. Nothing to extraordinary to report just my lifts are going up a bit, my intensity is up and I got great energy hopefully next week will be even better.

Well today was day off from the gym I took White Blood in the morning, since I didn't workout I don't got much too report. I'm hitting chest tomorrow going on day 7 of white blood I'm expecting next week to be really solid.

DAY 7

Just got back from the gym did chest today here is how my workout went....

incline barbell bench press x 3
barbell bench press x 3
incline flies x 3
dips x 3

12 sets total for my chest workout today. It was probably my best workout yet on White Blood I had great energy while lifting today I really kicked it up a notch. I pushed up a few more reps than I normally do on Incline barbell press. I think I'm starting to get stronger. My pecs were rock hard after my workout as well were my triceps. It was an awesome pump my upper body was just rock hard. Definately an awesome workout this stuff is starting to kick in hopefully I'll increase my deadlift tomorrow. Until next time...

Nice progress and log bro. This stuff sounds good....however, my question is.....are you pumped pretty much all day long or just in the gym and a little thereafter? I like to go for NO2 supplements that give me "that look" all day long and I have it when I wake up and then intensified later in the gym. Let me know....b/c there aren't too many no2 products out there I thought were worth it.

Keep up the good work! I plan on purchasing some White Blood with my next order if I see good things from these logs.

The pump in my arms lasted longer than any NO product I have tried out. Yesterday I hit chest and my triceps feel bigger today than they did yesterday. I'll probably be able to make determinations later when I've been on the product longer but early indications for me atleast are showing that the pump just doesn't go away after you leave the gym it stays with you for awhile.

DAY 8

Well today I had great workout despite not being able to deadlift today. I went to do them and I felt a sharp pain in my lower pain around my ass but it quickly went away but decided not to push anything and err on the side caution. Here is how my workout went I did Back and a little Bi's....

Chinups x 2 (bodyweight)
Barbell Rows x 3
Lat Pulldowns x 3
Cable Low Rows x 3
Straight Bar Curls x 3

Today was really important was I had the ability to push out those last few reps. On Lat Pulldowns I did 170 x 8 and then bumped it up to 180 and shot for 6 but I reached down and pulled out 8. That has been my main weakness so far in my weight lifting experience is having my strength go out to quickly and not being to push those last 2 reps. Lately I've been focusing on this and improving it and today it definately paid off. My pump in my arms was awesome my forearms got so pumped felt like they were going to explode. Overall great workout I had good energy, good determination, good pump and my bi's are starting to feel fuller. Tomorrow I'm either going to do legs or have a cardio day I'll decide by tomorrow. IMO....i would actually hold off the CEE. if you've taken CEE before, you know what to expect from that. run the WHITE BLOOD test alone so you have a clear evaluation of the product. its lookin good so far, keep it up!

I thought about that but I've never taken Bulk CEE before I took Xpand which had CEE in it. I knew I was going to be on White Blood awhile ago so I planned on taking CEE a few weeks before starting white blood so I could get a firm understanding on what it was doing for me. While I got solid pumps and my energy was up with white blood thrown in there my pumps have been way better and my energy has been up to.

DAY 9

Today I hit legs my workout went like this.....

Squats x 4

Calf Raises x 3
Hamstring Curls x 3

Awesome workout. I put up 10 more pounds on my squat than normal and had an unreal pump in my legs. My legs felt like they were going to bust out of my pants. I had great energy I felt like I could of just kept going. I'm really starting to feel it kick in now. My mental focus is really starting to turn around which enabling me to push those last 2 all important reps out. Hopefully when I'm off white blood I can still maintain this. Overall I'm having awesome workouts everyday. Until next time....

Today I hit shoulders and traps here is how my workout went....

Front Raises x 3
Dumbell Military Press x 3
Rear Delt Pulls x 3
Sides raises x 3
Shrugs x 3

Another good workout. My intensity has been way up which has helped me greatly. My shoulders felt awesome after working them out. My shoulders are the weak point of my body but I put up 2.5 more pounds on my front raise than I did last time so I'm building strength. Overall I just feel a lot better I got a new energy to workout my intensity levels are up I'm looking forward to seeing what Bi's and tri's brings tomorrow. I'm expecting a sick pump.

today I hit bi's and tri's my workout went like this.......

Standing barbell curl x 3
Dumbell behind the neck Tri Extensions x 3
Sitting Dumbell Curls x 3
Dips x 3 (body weight)
Hammer Curls x 3

Great workout. Pump was phenomenal my arms were blasting out of my sleeves. I had great energy I played basketball for an hour before working out with my friends and I still had great intensity to lift for another hour after. I thought I'd be drained but didn't notice any sign of being tired. My strength definately seems to be on the rise which is great. Until next time....

DAY 12 and 13

After working out Monday thru Friday I decided to take the weekend off. I feel great though nicely and recovered my body is feeling bigger so hopefully I'm making some gains I'll assess those at the end of my cycle of White Blood. In the 2nd week of White Blood I noticed more intensity, better pumps and good recovery. I'm excited to head into week 3 and hit chest tomorrow hopefully I can up my bench a little bit. DAY 14

Today I hit chest and 3 sets of Tri's here is how my workout went....

Incline Barbell Bench x 3
Barbell Flat Bench x 3
Dumbell Flies x 3
Dips (BW) x 3
Tricep Pressdowns x 3

Overall I felt great today I was motivated to get to the gym to try and set some personal bests. I noticed on barbell bench that I was pushing out more reps than I normally do. I'm able to explode through those last few reps that sometimes normally I can't do. It's a good feeling. My strength is going up I'm feeling all my weights I normally use I'm pushing out more reps. My weight has been at a stand still though I'm at about 182 I've been stuck on this for sometime now I have to find away to break through it. I've been eating tons so hopefully I get up to a clean 185 soon. Overall I'm feeling good and excited to hit back tomorrow hopefully my lower back allows me to deadlift tomorrow.

DAY 15

Yesterday I hit back and a few sets of Bi's I had a good workout here is how it went....

Barbell Rows x 3
Deadlifts x 3
Close Grip Lat Pulldowns x 3
Straight Arm Pulldowns x 3
Barbell Curls x 3

Good workout after only 3 sets of biceps my bi's felt really pumped I'm not use to get that feeling from don't doing very many sets. My back felt ok so I did deadlifts I didn't go to heavy just wanted to get back in the rythem of them. My strength is slowly creeping up and my stamina has increased I can workout longer and still have intensity towards the end. I'm about halfway done and so far I've noticed....

-Increased Pumps
-More energy and stamina
-Strength up a little
-Weight up 1 or 2 pounds

Hopefully I continue to see more gains in the strength department. So far I'm enjoying white blood. Today it's cardio and abs day.

DAY 16 & 17

On wednesday I just did some cardio so nothing really special to report since it was my off day from lifting weights. Yesterday I hit legs my workout went like this....

Squats x 3
SLDL X 3
Hack Squats x 3
Leg Press x 3
Calf Raises x 3

Not too good of a workout just really didn't have a lot of motivation for some reason. I put up a good amount of weight about the same as I put up the week before. My squat is up about 10 since I started White Blood so that is good. Today I'm hitting Bi's and Tri's and will not be repeating yesterdays crappy performance.

Great workout my arms got absolutely pumped. Biggest I've ever seen them I almost didn't recognize myself (jk) This was probably the biggest pump I've ever gotten. I've put on a few pounds the scale showed around 183 to 184 so thats good. I've been home from the gym for about 2 hours and I still feel the pump in my arms. My strength didn't increase but my endurance has. Hopefully going into week 4 I will notice more dramatic strength gains.

That is awesome bro, the first time I got that Monster pump it was way freaky and scary, but kinda cool at the same time.

DAY 19 and 20

Yesterday I hit shoulders and today was my off day from the gym. I had a great workout yesterday it went like this...

Barbell Military Press x 3
Dumbell Press x 3
Front Raises x 3
Incline Raises x 3
Side raises x 3
Shrugs x 3

I've had trouble with my delts building them lately so I decided to up the volume a bit. I did that and I felt great. My intensity was on all workout. My weights didn't move up to much but just like most other workouts I was able to push out a few more reps. I got so much energy at the gym lately I like it. Only 10 more days on white blood so we'll see the last 10 go so far I'm impressed.

Today I hit my chest my workout went like this.......

nice progress so far. I think the Ornithine Ethyl Ester may play a role in size and mass gain, as well as your caloric intake obviously.

I had a massive pump in bi's and back it felt great. I had good energy and intensity my focus was great as well. The first 2 days of this last week I have really been seeing it kick in massively. My pumps are longer and more intense and overall I feel great. Tomorrow I'll probably run and do abs so I'm hoping for a good energy pickup. Until next time...

Today I just ran and did some abs I had a good workout good energy I sweat more than I usually do I got in a zone and beat the **** out of my abs. Tomorrow I'm hitting legs I hoping my strength and energy will be up.

Do you feel like your muscles feel fuller throughout the day besides during your workout? Just curious, cause I've never really liked prvoius NO boosters but htis looks good.

More so than the other NO boosters that I have tried. I took Xpand back in January and while the pumps were nice in the gym they would quickly fade away. On White Blood the pumps last longer and my muscles feel bigger. Hope that answers your question.

DAY 24

Today I hit Quads and light chest my workout went like this....

3 sets of dumbell squats
3 sets of barbell squats
3 sets of Deadlifts
3 sets of Barbell Bench

Overall solid workout my back started to flare up again but I won't miss a workout I don't know how I did it but hopefully I'm fine tomorrow. I had a nice pump going in my legs and chest good energy felt really good until my back was going out. Tomorrow I'm going to destroy my bi's and tri's. Overall I'm up about 3-4 pounds. My arms and chest feel harder as well.

Today was Bi's and Tri's my workout went like this....

3 sets of close grip bench
3 sets of skullcrushers
3 sets of Dips (Bodyweight)
3 sets of standing barbell curls
3 sets of EZ Bar curls back against wall
2 sets of Hammer Curls

Good workout today I had good motivation and energy. My strength is starting to go up as I'm reaching the end of my white blood cycle which is encouraging. I upped the weight on most of my exercises and suceeded in putting up atleast 4 reps on each weight. Had a good pump didn't last as long as some of the others I have had but I still was feeling jacked. I think my bottle has more pills in it than 90 Tank just to let you know. If I've been counting correctly I will have 5 extra pills when my 30 days was suppose to be up so looks like I will be going 31 and a 1/2 days :)

thats odd, maybe you missed a day or two? I opened a few bottles of each when they came and counted to makes ure the count was dead on. Either it was a miscount or a fluke bottle.

thats odd, maybe you missed a day or two? I opened a few bottles of each when they came and counted to makes ure the count was dead on. Either it was a miscount or a fluke bottle.

I've taken 3 pills daily everyday I'm almost certain I haven't missed a day. But either way I'm not disappointed it could be a bad count on my part just thought I'd point it out to you but I have an uneven amount of pills left and I know I haven't under or overdosed any day. So far so good though hope business is going well for you guys.

More so than the other NO boosters that I have tried. I took Xpand back in January and while the pumps were nice in the gym they would quickly fade away. On White Blood the pumps last longer and my muscles feel bigger. Hope that answers your question.

DAY 26 & 27

Just to update I took saturday and sunday off as I was having a lot of aches and pains and thought it would be best to let my body rest. I feel recovered now and will be ready to hit chest tomorrow. My last few days on white blood so far I'm up 4 pounds! Look forward to last few days to see what they bring.

DAY 28

Today I hit chest and light chest my workout went like this....

3 sets of barbell bench
2 sets of incline barbell bench
2 sets of dumbell incline bench
2 sets of dumbell flies
3 sets of dips
2 sets of skullcrushers.

My strength has been going up. I picked up dumbells to do incline dumbell for the first time in a few weeks and my max previously I pumped out easily. I was kind of surprised I wasn't expecting it to be that easy. It was nice though and I had a good pump, great energy. Scale showed 184 pounds today so I'm up 4 pounds my body feels tighter and my abs are still slightly visable. Few days left look forward to giving my final analysis.

DAY 29 AND 30

On tuesday I just did some cardio and yesterday I hit my back and light bi's my workout went like this....

3 sets of bent over rows
2 sets of close grip pulldowns
2 sets of wide grip pulldowns
3 sets of one arm low cable rows
2 sets of wide grip cable pullovers
3 sets of bicep curls (2 barbell, 1 dumbell)

Overall my back felt great I've really been making good improvements in my back after I neglected it at first when I started training a few years back. I got a good pump in my bi's from only 3 sets and had good energy the entire workout. My strength has gone up in some departments which is always nice. I got 1 day left today then thats it.

FINAL REVIEW

alright now that I have time to reflect back on my time on white blood I will share my final thoughts with you. I have completed my month long test and here is what I discovered.

BODY CHANGES

When I started out I was at about when 180 now that I have completed I am at about 185. I meet my goal there and the weight I put on feels clean I follow an extremely strict diet so generally I don't gain too much fat when bulking. My upper body feels tighter and harder than before especially my biceps. I got a few new veins that pop out in my arms which I like. I'm happy with what I gained and hope to continue to gaining when I'm off it.

COMPARISONS

I have tried 2 other NO/Arginine typle supplements they are Dymatize Xpand and NOW L-Arginine. While Xpand is a CEE/NO type product and I enjoyed it very much, White Blood definately surpassed it in terms of pumps. The pumps I got from White Blood were crazy some of the time they blew previous products I had tried out of the water. Xpand gave me more mental focus but White Blood gave me more energy/stamina and better pumps. L-Arginine didn't do much for me just some slight pumps nothing dramatic. If you like the pump/fullness feeling White Blood suits your needs as it does both.

STRENGTH GAINS

Strength gains were noticeable in some areas and some areas didn't change much at all. The most impressive stats that changed were my bench went up about 5 pounds with increased reps in a lot of areas. Squat went up about 5 to 10 pounds, Incline dumbell chest press went up 5 to 10 pounds, I can do more chinups now and dips. Overall I just feel stronger some shoulder injuries prevented me from making a lot of progress in the strength department in the past but luckily that is finally behind me. My lifts I need to work on now are Deadlift, Barbell Row, Barbell curl, skullcrushers these are exercises that I want to put up more weight on in the future as I didn't gain much on them in the last month.

NEGATIVES

It's tough to say anything negative about a product when you can't really pin it on the product unless it is totally obvious. Pretty much I had no side effects at all but lately I've had groin pain and leg aches but I think it was a basketball injury that occured last week. Some days I felt a bit weaker in the gym than other days. 90% of the time though I had great workouts and great energy so I can't really say anything bad about White Blood. Going into it I wanted to put on about 5 pounds accomplished that, make some strength gains accomplished that and just move to the next step in my workout lifestyle.

OVERALL

Overall if your looking for a product for a product that will give you great pumps, good energy/stamina and the ability to push out more reps than White Blood is a product to look into. When paired with a good diet I think you can make some gains off a bottle of this stuff. Some people love the NO supplements and this product should fulfill your enjoyments of NO supplements you have taken in the past. I meet most of the goals I wanted to obtain when I started so therefore overall I'd rank this product a 9/10.

SHOUT OUT

I'd like to personally thank Tank and the guys at ControlledLabs for living up to the end of the bargain and supplying testers with a bottle of this stuff. ControlledLabs appears to be headed in the right direction and I wish them the best of luck getting started.

My next review of products will be a M.A.N CLOUT stacked with Scivation XTEND :) I'm pretty excited about that so be on the look out for that early next week.
