I got by bottle of Blue Rhino yesterday and am eager to try it out. Unfortunately for medical reasons I will have to wait between 2-3 weeks to do so. I want to make sure that I give CONTROLLED LABS the best possible test and that both my body and my additional supplements are in a state where I can openly and honestly evaluate Blue Rhino. I do not want to make possible assumptions on what is causing "such and such." Instead, I will be starting my Blue Rhino log within 2-3 weeks and can't wait to do so.

One question to those starting your logs or to CONTROLLED LABS:
The directions state to take 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before workout. They do NOT state anything about non-workout days. I would assume, then, there are no non-workout dosings (which seems logical). In that case, the 60 capsule bottle will last 30 doses, or about 6 weeks for many people. Just wanted to point that out!

gonna post and catch up here...
DAY 1 -- took Blue Rhino 45 minutes before workout. did shoulders/abs followed by 30 minutes cardio.
impressions: not much to say here so far. perhaps a little more stamina but that's about it. early to tell.
etc: i'll be taking this on a cut, so i'm curious to see if the natural caffeine/yohimbe bark help with this or not.

DAY 2
no workout for today, though I did cardio. cardio seemed to go well but i haven't noticed any extra energy so far. took 45 minutes pre-workout, so let's see how it goes going forward.

DAY 3
again no workout but went mountain biking for 4 hours. took blue rhino about an hour before hitting the trails and stamina seemed to be pretty good. i don't know the half-life of this stuff, but i can say that i think it's helping me out and giving me an extra push so far. haven't lost any weight yet, but i'm just beginning the cut, so it's gonna be a tough road ahead.

DAY 4
LEGS: still on schedule, Blue Rhino before workout and I definately saw an increase in strength and stamina. i lifted all day and all night it seemed like i had more power. no weight loss but perhaps i've cut some fat and added a little muscle though i know that's pretty hard. feeling good about Blue Rhino so far.
Hack Squat: 4 sets, 360 x 8 went smooth
Leg Extensions: 4 sets, 160 x 8 easy
Seated Leg curl: 4 sets, 80 x 8 were a bitch as always, hate this exercise
Toe/Calf Raises: 4 sets, 460 x 10 -- again, no issues, usually i peter out here
hip abduction: 3 sets, 205 x 10 -- gay
hip flexor: 3 sets, 160 x 10 -- man these suck... but i had plenty of stamina today
that should catch me up on the log so now i can go day-by-day going forward. sorry about getting behind Tank... all looks good and I really think that Blue Rhino, if anything else, is giving me more stamina and allowing me to do a few extra reps.
on another note, I've caught a damn cold but I'm gonna fight it. it affected my post workout cardio, but that's ok... who needs cardio anyway... oh wait i'm cutting... sigh

DAY 5
CHEST AND TRIs
Okay, I definately have a cold, which is running me down. What's the deal with this sickness stuff going on around the boards here? Seems like everyone doing a log and testing is sick lately. BAH! I got home, went to sleep, took some Blue Rhino, which really did help me wake up and busted out a pretty decent workout. I think this product, if anything else, gives me some great energy when working out.
Flat DB: 4 sets, 80s x 8, with warmups, went easy
Skullcrushers: 3 sets, 75 x 12, easy day today, though forearm continues to hurt a lot -- less stamina than usual
Incline DB: 4 sets, 70s x 8, hard as hell as always (do most people typically do heavier incline than flat? wtf is wrong with me????)
Flat Fly DB: 4 sets, 50 x 10, hard as hell, not as much stamina... last set was probably 8
Pushdowns: 3 sets, 110 x 12, not too bad, but hard. again, no stamina, but i'm pretty sure it's because i'm sick...
My workouts are probably less than most people, but they're actually pretty challenging for me. Crazily enough, for me less is definately more. Every set for me is with a workout partner and is very close to failure. I have long rest periods, but then my set of 8 is until I'm about ready to bust. I've seen others that do tons of different exercises but it's not for me. I still get sore, see results, and keep going hard. I also do change up exercises more often than most too. Next week I'll do flat BB instead and flys may change as well.
I'm thinking I'll be over my sickness in a couple of days so I can better evaluate Blue Rhino. Kinda feel like I'm letting tank and CONTROLLED LABS down a little being sick, but that's how it goes so far.
My impressions are positive so far. FYI, other may be expecting to grow with Blue Rhino, but I'm on a cut, so I'm not expecting super gains here at all. If it helps give me more energy and stamina, which it definately is so far, I'll be very happy. If it helps to keep my lifts the same or higher during my cut, then again, I'll be VERY happy. In my previous cuts I typically feel VERY weak. so far I feel much better while on this product. And yes, if Blue Rhino didn't do squat for me, I'd say so ;)

Gonna take the day off from working out. Feeling VERY sick today. Stupid cold is draining me. I'm still gonna take BR and see how it goes. We'll see how it makes me feel. Maybe it'll give me some energy (I have zero). Stay tuned...

Rest day. sicker than a dog. Hopefully I'll be good to do back/bi tomorrow. I typically tough it out though... just no energy at all... bah, no fun.

DAY 8
Sry, went out of town so I have to update a few days here.
BACK / BI
Still beating the sickness, but that's how it goes. Cold hit me hard and energy was WAY down. Very undecided as far as the effects. I had a headache after I took blue rhino today, but that could be me being sick, taking supps and my body telling me I'm an idiot. Anyway...
DB Curls: 1 warmup, 3 sets 50 x 8 / 1 set 50 x 3
Lat pulldowns: 4 sets, 170 x 10 ... very difficult
DB hammers: 4 sets, 50 x 10, felt like mush
Lawnmowers: 3 sets each arm, 80 x 10 -- difficult, almost to the points of death i think... just sickness just sucked the life out of me
preacher curls: 3 sets, 55 x 12, not bad actually, and better than most days... perhaps i got a little ooomph from the Rhino... could be i wanted to get outta there
lower back extensions: 3 sets, 230 x 12 -- easy, i haven't done these in a while, so it could that i'm a stronger there than i remember
Overall, crappy day... I wouldn't put much stock in this... it's hard to tell any thing when you're sick.

DAY 9
Felt better, did about 35 minutes on the treadmill, no problems whatsoever. Knee was a little sore, but the sickness is subsiding... or was beginning to subside (as I'm catching up here actually)
Didn't feel much from blue rhino as far as energy or feeling sick today.

DAY 10
Coughed up some stuff in the morning, that's about it. Felt perfect but just need to get the rest of the crap out of my system. Ready to roll...
Did 45 minutes on the treadmill, took some Blue Rhino beforehand and definatley felt like I had more energy than normal. Again, I'm taking this on a cutting diet, so it's hard to gage weight gain from BR. stepped on the scale and I'm down about 5 lbs in 10 days... that's pretty damn nice. I've noticed no strength loss and definately think that Blue Rhino gives me an added boost. Still too early to tell if it's placebo or not.

Day 11
Well, I decided to go Doggcrapp. Yep, that's right, cutting AND Doggcrapp. Today will start it and we'll see what happens. Perhaps that'll throw off opinions on BR though but I have to do it.
