Hi. Started my Max LMG cycle today. Will only run one bottle (90 tabs, 3 a day, 4weeks total). I will finish off with a bottle of Ultra H.O.T.
Aim: Gain 1-2kilo of SOLID muscle that I can keep. Get to 87/88 killos and still have abs.
My stats are as follows:
Location : Australia (yes both got through customs fine)
Age: 24
Height : 192 - 6Foot 2
Weight : 85.5kg
Body Type : Slim
Body Fat : Guessing about 12% - can see abs. WIll post picture in a few days.
I have just changed my workout program this week to a 4 day split. Each body part will get three exercises. Set range will be 3X6, then 2X10 then 1 X 20.
Diet. I eat 5 meals a day always. Going to try and push a bit more food in. I am not going to be strict on sugar/fats too much etc, I have a very fast metabolisim. I am however changing to mostly egg protein as my staple supplement over Whey, just for a change. Misclear Casein and Whey will be used before bed on training nights.
Cardio. I ride a few times a week, for 30-60 minutes. ANd I go dancing on the weekend, so I got that covered I think.
Alcohol/Drugs: Being young I drink on occasion, smoke socially and occasionally take recreational drugs. Will be stopping all of that during this cycle.
I will post changes/extra weight etc every few days.

Hey, it had a customs tag on it and looked like they opened it. However inside the package the maxlmg and ultra hot were wrapped together and they didnt open that packaging.
Yeah, i kinda didn't realise the Ultra H.O.T would be a problem till I double check. StilL i have got PH through the mail before. I think customs are OK in small batches.
Well its the morning of the second day. Only thing to mention is slightly increased libido.
I should probably note that my genetics are not that great for bodybuilding. I have done aas in the past (over a year ago) and was doing dec/test for 8 weeks then some winny, and only gained like 4 kilos, and didnt keep any of it. (did PCT).
Will be interesting to see how this goes.

Well, I dunno if its in my head, but strength feels slightly up.
Bench'd my first 75kg bench today. Not for many reps, but hey I got there.
Pumps at gym felt slightly better.
Taking a days rest tomorrow, then two more days at gym.
Will post each Gym day.

4 Days in. Libido is definately up. Not super Horny or anthing, but tending to get exciited more than often.
Strangely, my appetite is up, which is great. Eating a bit more, trying to get in an extra meal each day to make it six.
I "feel" a bit stronger. I know thats a bit subjective.. but I do.
Noticed a little bit of joint pain, similar to when i have taken Stanzolol in the past, but no where near as bad. Then again it could be the weather as it is coming into winter in Australia. Will keep an eye on this.
Gym in a few hours, doing legs, will see how that goes.

Ok, did Gym at Midday Today (as per normal).
Bodyweight is up from 85.5 -> 87.6. Quite a jump. Attributing it to a bit more food and the LMG. Can't just be food alone.
Strength: Did my frist 90kg squat today. Wasnt perfect form, but hey, normally i dont even want to touch that the weight. So yes, confirmed, my strength is increasing. Other leg exercises were up slightly, but not as much.
Did some crunches to finish, normally after 60 crunches and 90 toe taps i am flogged, but today i was feeling ok at the end. Seems LMG may help in endurance, if thats possible.
Could just be helping in muscle recovery though.
Anyway, all looks good. i would be interested in trying double or trip the dose per day, but will save that for next cycle, and when I am in the US and can afford the stuff, rather than paying high postage etc.

someone else who is doin a lmg log upped the dose to 4 caps to 100mg a day. maybe try that.

No gym yet today.
Side Effects: More erections. Starting to get some zits now. Few pimples on the forehead, and a few white pussy ones on the back and chest - not too bad but there.
Feeling "good" though, more energy.

Forogt to mention, I have been having VERY vivid dreams, EVERY night. This is extremely rare for me. I may only remember or feel like I had a dream perhaps once a month. Really digging it :)

Weighed myself on different scales tonite so I wouldn't trust the results :(
It said 91.. I am thinking more 88/89. But I think i am definately up a little bit from my last weigh in.
Gym tomorrow, in the morning, will do another weigh in then.

u should be weighing urself on the same scale in the same location. just make sure the scale is fixed so its correct. but ones weight would fluctuate do to gravity and water levels if u moved the scale around. just some food for thought.

Vivid dreams have gone. Don't mind either way.
Had sex twice today, in sucession, which is a little strange, I think i can thank the LMG a bit for the second erection.
As for the most important part, GYM, that went well (below).
Got back on my usual scales today, weight was 89kilo. Sweet. (up from 85.5 at start).
Strength is up a bit.. just feeling good and strong.. kind of like when I did a test cycle years ago. Certainly not as strong as that, but feels similar.

Feeling very strong today. Did Gym tonite, results below.

Feeling really strong today. Weight was the same. The flat bench result is AWESOME for me. I am quite tall and skinny, so my bench press sucks ass. And I did tricep work yesterday, so that has to drop me down a bit. But no, handled the heaviest flat bench ever, and with perfect form. Was unreal. Pumps were excellent at the gym. Eating heaps. Training partner was impressed with improvment. Rest day tomorrow.
Noticed perhaps a very slight testicle shrinkage.

Up 3.5kilo's in 6 days. I think some is water weight, some is fat and some is muscle gain, as my arms are slightly bigger. can't you tell the difference between lean mass and water retention ? Do you look puffed out ? Did you lose some definition ? Vascularity ?

Was a general comment.
Specfically. I have gained a little bit of fat/water around my mid section. I would attribute this evenly to fat/water. I havent lost much (maybe 5-10%) vascularity on my arms/chest, so i think not too much water bloat.
My legs are bit bigger, not as defined as they were, so there may be a bit mroe retention there.
So of the 3.5kilos put on so far, I am going to take a guess that 2kilo is lean mass and the rest is water/fat.

I am not questioning you, but I thought this was suppose to be a dry compound, so how have you put on that much water weight so soon into the cycle?

No idea. I have heard/read the compound should be similar to Tren.. which would mean you wouldn't put on water.
And with the supposed non eostreginic compound, that shouldn't be a problem either.
Still, different horses for courses. I could be one of those individuals that this compound does illict some water retention. Water retention is certainly common in many of the AAS's out there.
Normally, atleast from what I have read, the most common, fast producing results compounds tend to illict this type of result.

I did a cycle of AAS (Dec/Test/Stanazol) over a year ago. I didn't gain that much muscle, but gained heaps of strength and water. yeah I would say I am prone to water retention. haven't had any gyno or anthing like that though.
Judging from my weight increase, 3.5kilo is 1 week, all of that can't be muscle, just not possible.
Could be lean mass, extra nitrogen/water in muscles, some fat, some water. I think its pretty much that mix, and I'm am happy for it to be that way.

Squats, Warm up, 80X8, 90X6, 90X8 (Reps up from last week)
Seated Nautils 200X10, 200X10 (Weight Up from last week 10KG)
Lying hamstring 64X10, 73X7
hack Squats 40X20 (Reps Up)
Weight: Steady at 89
So, strength is still going up, its awesome. I think i could have pushed more, but last week I hurt my back, so decided not to push it too much this week. Legs is the one area where I never push it hard because of my back, and it shows. However, Squatting that much weight didn't hurt this week, which is a BIG improvement. Feeling very strong. Going to hit the gym again tomorrow and the next day I think, I think I can handle it.
AGGRESSIVENESS!!!
Ok my agro level has gone up. Normally i am fine, but if I get riled up at the moment, it turns bad. I smashed three holes in the wall today at work.. which is ****n stupid... I dont blame the LMG for it. Just my aggression is up and I have to learn some self control on this stuff. Must focus on using that energy at the gym.
SlEEP_ been sleeping like a baby. its awesome. Not sure if it is the LMG or the extra training load, but its nice :)

Yeah I got into an argument with my boss over the phone yesterday. Anyway, I ended up smashing some holes in the walls in my office over here. Stupid thing to do. They are getting repaired shortly.

Took three days off training. had a big weekend of dancing and some drinking (wont do that for a long time I think). Messed with my training regime a bit, but going to kick it back hard this week.

Hi Guys,
Living in Australia I dont have legal access to Novla or Clomid. I was very lucky to get a bottle of Ultra HOT through customs. can people suggest anything else they think i will need for PCT>? I was going to just run one bottle of Ultra HOT.
Think I should add some Tribulus and ZMA into the package?
Of interest though, I will be in the USA in June. I will try and pickup some Novla during this time, and maybe some SuperDrol and HEAPS more LMG for my mates back home - just going to be hard to get it back through customs.
Anyone suggest any other stuff I should stock up on whilst over there that isnt available in AUS>? (Epherdrine HCI comes to mind, but that would get me OWNED coming back through if customs find it, as it is classed as a base for amphetamine in Aus and you do jail time)

Glad the weight is up, been eating a lot.
Trying to eat Super Clean over the next few days.
Frankly, This stuff ROCKS. Not super strong, but still stronger. Not super big, but bigger. And testicles dont see any signs of being smaller.
My training Regime is basically, Heavy Set, Medium Set, Slightly Lighter (3 sets of 6, then 2 sets of 10 on diff exercise, then 1 X 20 on diff exercise ). Got this off bb.com. Find it excellent for me. Would recommend to others.
My aggression has gone back to normal, Which is good.
Feeling very "good" though, kinda like a small dose of test. Sense of well being.
Sleeping well.
Appetite is back to normal.

Well, All in All, an awesome workout. To go up weight on Bent Over Rows, and Behind Head Triceps is AWESOME. Up REPS on weighted Dips. This **** just keeps on getting better!
Rest day tomororw. Maybe two. See how I feel. Feel like a bit of a cold coming on, so best not to risk it.
Looking for feedback on PCT too peeps. Ultra HOT is all I am doing for it atm.

Ultra hot or Rebound are both good for max lmg.
You have probably read this before but heres what **** says about PCT...
Suggested use:
We have had our best results from a very basic protocol of the following:
Weeks 1-6 Max LMG
Weeks 5-8 Ultra Hot
Weeks 5-10 N'Gorge
Repeat...
If you have problems with increased fat durring lean tissue gaining periods add 2 caps XXX Rush 2 times daily. The product is an excellent anti-catabolic with themalgenic value (burns fat as heat) as well as a nice even increase in energy to fuel harder training.

Had a big night of dancing last night (3 hours).
Considering I was straight (no stims as normal) I think i did well, and can attribute this to LMG in some sense.
Starting to get a lot of acne. No big deal, but hey its there.
People have started noticing my increase in size, especially in my arms, much more noticable there than anywhere else.
Weight: Unknown till tomorrow, but seems about the same
I think i am putting on a little bit of fat, probably cause I am eating like a freak though, just chucking in whatever I can. I am a natural ecto, so I will burn it off if I get too fat.

Well I hurt my left calf yesterday after all the dancing, so that has impacted severley on my gym today
Legs/Shoulders.
did some light weight hack squats - 5 sets
Seated leg extensions, 69X12, 74X12
Seated Shoulder Dbell press warm, 17.5X8, 22.5X8, 25X4
Smith pull ups 30X9, 25X10
Seated side raises, 10X10, 10X10
Standing two arm raise, bar - 8X14
finished with some situps, crunches.
Wasn't the best workout, but I missed a few hours sleep cause of my g/f last night (not all bad :)
Weight: 89.6 (down a few hundred grams)
Well my weight has stablised, not abnormal at all. Even on a big test/dec/winny cycle i only put on 8 kilos. So I am real happy with this weight. A bit is fat, but thats my fault, and no big deal. If I was eating a bit cleaner I thikn it would be all lean. But hey, you can still see my abs so thats good!
Going to try and up my calories a bit this week, as its the last week of LMG for me. If I had more of the stuff, this is the week I would BUMP up to 4-6 pills. But I only got the one bottle, so this is fine.
Libido : Its down. No biggie. Could be anything, not ready to attribute it to LMG yet.
Dreams: Still having some vivid dreams, not as much as before, but they are there.
Sleep: Finding it a little harder to wake, but feeling very rested when I do.
Any suggestions from people?

Feeling good. Going to try and do chest and biceps tomorrow. Might take four pills tomorrow, as three days gym in a row is going to take its toll, and triceps are a bit knackerd.
Still, I was really happy with the workout, wasn't huge, but I trained back/triceps on friday (5 days ago), so this ok. Going to do them again in three days, get em really smashed up!

Good workout. PB on Bench Press!. Reps down on the drop set dbell curls, probably didnt give enough rest between that and last exercise. And arms were hammered as I upped the number of rets on previous exercise.

Libido: Down.. and balls look slightly smaller
I am taking 4 pills today and will do for rest of cycle, feel stronger, better on this many pills.
I have ONE bottle of Ultra HOT for PCT. I am considering adding another bottle for some rebound XT as well. What you think?

Yep, dosage up to 4 pills a day is good. Would like to try 5 or 6, but not much LMG left :(
Rest day today, so not much to report. however I rode in to work this morning which i havent done in weeks. it felt pretty easy, which is strange. Props to the LMG, certainly increases endurance.

Ok, there is now definately something wrong with my libido.
I started having sex with my g/f last night and couldn't keep it up. Thats very ****in strange for me, especially at age 24.
So i only got a few more days on LMG, will see how it goes.
Got gym tonite and eating six pills today, lets hope I can break some of my records :)

Well, I am bulking, so I dont "feel" leaner, but considering the crap I have been eating (anything I can get my hands on basically) I aint fat :)
Feelin "HARD" I would say... which is decent.
i would actually rate LMG over Winistrol/Stanazolol for its effects. Strength is nearly as good, and size/hardness is better!

I would try this stuff on a cut. People have responded rather well to it.
I can't get my weight above 90.5 kilos on this stuff, but thats up 5kilos man, which is awesome.. I am an ecto - 6"3, 90kilos now.
Strength is awesome on this stuff. You have to "use" it though, like Winny. Its not like test where you are just ****ing strong, you are strong on LMG but you have to push yourself to find that extra strength. Where say on test, i just feel ****n strong all the time, and my joints give out.

Only did back/triceps three days ago. I think i have trained em again too soon, and it shows in my weight. But It was still a decent workout.
I dont think LMG helps THAT much with recovery, but its still awesome stuff.
I have started on 6 Ultra H.O.T tabs a night now, to try and fix this libido problem. Only have a few more days of LMG left, so hope the erection stuff gets sorted.
Waiting on more Ultra HOT in mail, hope it gets through aussie customs again.

Libidio : Ok I think the 6 ultra's last night helped, because I awoke with an erection this morning that lasted about an hour. Only time will tell if this is an ongoing effect of Ultra HOT or a one off.

Forewarm roll warm, 26X10, 26X6
Weight: 90 - stable
Have already started PCT of Ultra HOT. All looking good. Will post results at end of three week Ultra HOT PCT and see how I am.

Summary Below:
Flat Bench Press - Up 10 kilos
Squats - Up 10 kilos
Behind head Tricep extensions - Up 7.5kilos
Weighted Dips - up 5kilos
Seated arnie - up 5 kilos
Dbell curls - up 2.5kilos
That should give you a pretty good idea of how my weights went up. Pretty much every gym session I could either do more weight, or more reps. Sometimes both.
Recovery : Was slightly improved with this compound. Not like AAS recovery, but noticable none the less.
Appearance : Looking very hard, vascular. not bloated.. Great stuff.
Sides: Libido - this went to the **** in week 3.. no biggie though.. started on some ultra HOT and it seems to be fixing it. Libido went up for weeks 1-2.
Weight: Started at 85.5 - finished at 90.2 - Thats approx 5 kilo's, with no b/f increase. Excellent. I am very happy with this result. I just hope I can keep 80% of the gains!!!
PCT: I have started on 6 Ultra HOT a day (before bed). Planning on doing this for 10 days, then all fingers crossed my next bottle gets through customs, do 3 pills a day of ultra for another 20 days. That should be enough PCT for this compound from what I have read.
I would give Max LMG 9/10 as a supplement. Its awesome.
Lets hope I can keep my gains, because I am loving this bodyweight/strength at the moment

Running 6 Ultra H.O.T tabs a day. Brought my libido back up pretty quick. Still feeling strong, haven't lost any weight.
Will report back in another 4 days and see how I am looking/feeling. Hope my lifting weights stay the same or go up, that would be unreal during a PCT :)

Well. Weights at gym haven't decreased this is good.
Weight is UP! I am 91.5kilos now - awesome, havent lost any mass since stopping LMG. WIll update again in a week, but so far looks like I am recoverying perfectly.

I think Max LMG is a great cutting supp... so if you're cutting, use Max LMG. Don't waste Ergo on a cut... use it to bulk (or sell it to me). Same with SD...

Frankly dude, I would stack it - get the best of both worlds. Run the LMG at three a day for the four weeks, and run superdrol at 10 or 20mg for the first three weeks.
Save the ergomax for another cycle as its an awesome compound on its own.
I would also run Ultra HOT at three a day whilst you are doing the proposed stack above, and use something else (impact ultra/rebound etc) for PCT.
I am going to do the exact mentioned above in a few weeks when I have had PCT finished and taken a few weeks off any hormone supps. The LMG/Superdrol stack with enough calories would be a very formidible combination.

Actually, Ergomax had the least amount of sides, at least for me it did. Max LMG did not shut me down hard, but it did reduce my sex drive pretty significantly. I didn't have any bloodwork done, but I had no negative sides to report from Ergo.

Weight is Down to 90 (down 1.5kg) . This is fine though, as I weighed in the morning after a ride and some breakfast.. I normally weigh in the afternoons.. So I think weight is pretty stable.
GYM: During PCT I am trying to cut down the amount of time I am at the gym and go for intensity. I hear this is better for cortisol levels. Trying to keep weight as heavy as I can.
So anyway, I squatted my first 100kilos today! During PCT! Fukn insane for me. Felt tired as **** though afterwards, and cut my workout a bit short. But still... this is great. It means my strength has stayed with me during the PCT so far. Certainly have lost some of the hardness that LMG gave me, and I am noticing a little fat/water around my abs, which is weird considering I am using Ultra HOT for PCT, you woudl think the opposite is true. Still who knows, could be anything (too much sugar, too many benzo's at night to sleep etc etc).
I am STILL waiting on my next bottle of Ultra HOT from bb.com.. I am suspecting it got caught in Customs in Australia.. which would really suck arse as I NEED it for PCt.. cant get anything legally over here for PCT except ZMA and Tribulus.. and that would suck for a real PCT. Wish me luk guys :)

Also, I will be in the USA in one weeks times, in Downtown San Francisco. Any guys here live near that area and want to train sometime? I have been to a few gyms in there in the past. The 24 HOUR gyms are UNREAL! No such thing in Australia.

Weight : 89.3 - lost a few hundred grams.
BF: 12.4% - measured on very accurate machine using electrodes etc.. Happy with that, havent put on any fat since start of LMG cycle. DECENT!

Decline Flyes 20X16
Incline Bench 45X10, 45X7, 40X10
bent over reverse flyes 4X12, 4X10, 4X10
Drop set cable curls (did biceps two days ago also)
So, weights are starting to feel bloody heavy, but strength is still there, so thats good. Could be a mental thing too.. I dont normally train in the mornigns but have been lately.

Do any of you know if LMG has any kind of anti-progestin properties? My thinking is that Nolva is an estrogen and it inhibits the receptors natural estrogen would bind to; in comparison do you think these progestin compounds do the same for progestins?

Yeah cheers :) I am very happy with LMG and Ultra.. Just wish my other shipment of ultra would get through :)
If I can stay at 89kilos for the next few weeks... then I will be totally convinced of a decent PCT and solid gains :) The challenge continues :)
In the past I have rebounded REALLY hard from AAS, and lost like all my gains.. sucks arse ( only used Nolva for PCT in past ). Could by genes, could be anything.

Also may want to try some fenugreek herb. Its cheap and effective according to many whom have used it on this board and AM.

I can't get Nolva quickly in Australia :(.
Tonite is my last dose.. Tomorrow is Thursday.. I am flying to the states on Sunday, so if all else fails, I will wait till the Monday to get some supplies for PCT in the US. Four days of no PCT isnt great, but it shouldn't be lethal :)

Still having a few erectile problems. Getting it up isnt the problem, just havent been interested. I am ****n stressed from Uni at present, so I think this may be it.. but still.... its weird.. Thought Ultra would make it the opposite.
I am sleeping badly for some reason, but managing 7.5-9 hours a night..
Any ideas people?

Strength is good, still got some pimples on my back. .this kinda indicates to me my test is still good.. testes are normal size.

My weights are basically stable form my last back/tri workout whilst on Max LMG - ****n yeah!

Like I said, libido is fried. I have just started on some multi vitamins today, thought it might be a zinc/b6 deficit.. normally i take multi's but like to take a month off them from time to time.
This libidio is shattering me though.. I cant get it up.. really sux.. I got some viagra off a mate today, so I hope that will sort me out for the next two nights.. cause I'm off to the US of A on the weekend, and need to leave my g/f with some decent thoughts of me while I am gone :0

A friend of mine has just finished a 4 weeker of Max Lmg and he said he has had no loss in sex drive, in fact he said his has increased. He started with 4 pills and said that was effecting his libido a bit so he dropped to 3 and it had a positive effect.

I hurt my back a few days ago doing aerial flips for dancing, so today was easy at the gym, doing Legs

Libidio is still ****ed.. I dunon what is going on.. I am REALLY depressed also.. like on the verge of tears all the time.. hard to know whats going on. I got some rebound XT in the post.. going to try that. And get my blood work done when I get back to Australia next week.. until then, I can't really do much, going to try and not worry about it.

Well, I have started Rebound XT and ZMA at night (added some 5-HTP as I have been feeling a bit depressed lately).
Today is a rest day.
But I did wake up with an erection this morning, so that is a MAJOR improvement. Normally I always awake with a wood, so its good to be back in that regard. I still have absolutely no ****n libido.. which is even weirder as I am overseas at present ( in the USA ) and far away from my g/f. Normally I just want to **** anything that walks whilst I am away from her, but not this time.... Lets hope that changes.
Anyone know if you can buy beta-glucan from GNC and if so what they call it here? I would get some off bb.com, but I am flying out in two days, so it wont get here in time.
Btw, its bloody hard to avoid sugar in the US! You guys eat some really rank ****. Atleast out that is... and coffee! Man! No1 here know what a "flat white" is.. or how to make real coffee :)

i know it could possibly be kind of hard to tell the difference from the RXT and the NGorge, but as far as you can tell....do you like the NGorge?? My last cycle of ErgoMAX LMG, not MAX, but the original, almost felt like the cycle continued when i did RXT for PCT, that **** is unreal. but please, let me know waht you think/thought of NGorge.

Frankly, I think Ngorge is pretty average
I have been taking it for a week.. and.. I get slightly better pumps at the gym, thats it.
I am a total non responder to creatine though..
Author has said i should up my sodium intake, so i am not going to make any comments of any certainty until i try it for another week with some more sodium in my diet..
I think ngorge is making me a lil more horny though.
