View Full Version : Cool's first ergomax log (started 4/18)

I am a week in but I really wanted to share whats been going on. It sounds like a fair number of people managed to get some and are sitting on it. I know there have also been a number of threads, but this product is really exciting. I've been taking 3 a day, one almost every 8 hours. I wake up to take in 1-2 shakes a night, I always do that when bulking. I'm also taking Cre2, glucophase and 900mg ecdy (I know everybody thinks its a waste but I like it in a stack). This summer will make 3 yrs of real training, had a good base from football in highschool. I've done about 4 M1 cycles over the last 2 yrs, never done illegal gear.
Diet: all approximations
Protien 350-400g mostly whey blends and chicken
Carbs 400-450g maltodextrin (I know people dont like it either), yams,
fruits
and some other veggies
fats 75-85g 'Smart Balance" oil blend- stuff has O3's and 6's, really
cheap
I train usually 5 days a week, cardio 2-3 times.
If anyone is interested in regimine I'd be glad to share but I don't assume people are.
So in 7 days- I'm up 10 lbs 187 to 197. I was pretty lean going in around 9-10% bf, and I'm hoping I keep losing fat of course. Strength didn't really jump the first week but today was awesome. I had been finishing dumbbells with the 100s, caught my 4th set (at 6) with 120s. Pec dec final set up from 80 to 95 at 10 reps. My chest looked like it would burst. I've gone up a belt size but my abs look pretty much the same. This stuff is special. The real test will be what I keep post cycle. Comments, questions and advice are all welcome.

Change your workout routine at least once during this cycle for even better gains.

I kept 1 bottle of this just in case I decide to try it out... but with the good possibility of hair loss it just might go unused. Congrats on your progress and keep it up man. I wish people would post before and after pics though.

Well so far water retention obviously, libido increase. Nothing negative to report.

Day 8- up 2lb from yesterday, thats 12lbs in 8 days. Diet is being well maintained. I weigh same time same scale in same clothes, or lack there of. Workout was light, back- lots of trap work, calves and abs. My rotator cuffs were wrecked from my "awesome" chest work out. When your muscles get stronger its easy to forget that your tendons dont do the same. I love watching this weight come on, just hope I dont watch it leave as quickly when I'm done. I'm gonna try to get some pics up. May take tomorrow off depending on shoulders. I am large.

Day 9- I did take off, shoulders should be fine by tomorrow. I did get to a scale though, another 2 lbs (1.9 actually). I'm up to 201, almost 15lbs in 9 days, incredible. My stomach feels a little bloated but I am eating like every 2 hrs. Top 4 abs are still visible. I'm up almost 2 belt holes. I don't remember my waist increasing like this on the M1 but, I think my gains are coming faster. No negative sides to report. Thinking about lowering dosage to run it a little longer, we'll see.

man u seem like a strong guy for your size i got 3 bottle of ergomax. i want to be your size and strength when im your age. right now im 5'8 195 and 12 % bodyfat at 20 years old. good luck with the rest of your cycle.

Day 10- another 2 lbs! actually like 2.5. The weight gain has to start tapering down soon, this is ridiculous. I was at 203 this morning, probably up another lb or 2 by now. Workout was sick, bi's and tri's and abs. Triple dropped barbell curls 80,70,60. The pump was incredible, I could barely move my arms between sets, it was unusual. Product continues to impress, its a real shame they pulled it. If its not illegal, how come nobody has copied it? Somebody finally asked me today what was I on? I said OTC supps, how great is that.

Day 11- weight finally held, I'm actually glad. I kinda figure the more I gain, the more I may lose post cycle. Hit chest today, strength up- final set on pec deck up from 90 to 115 at 10 reps. shoulders still tight from mon. Taking the week end off should have em back to normal Mon. Nothing negative to report, except maybe my clothes and watch barely fitting.

Day 15, Teus.- strength and weight still rising. Gained a lb over the weekend and 1 mon. I'm 205. My stomach is kinda bloated it seems, very unfortunate. It really just appears to be water, I can see my abs, my stomach is just big. Hit bi's and tri's, went up from 40's to 45's hammer curls and 35's to 40's preacher curls. I super setted em and almost quit after 2 sets. It wasn't an easy jump but I did it. Last set of cable pull downs was up from 65 to 75 at 10 reps. Workouts have been great, pumps and soreness. Probably go 2 more wks then hit PCT.

And you mention your waist growing, so would you approximate you are putting on a decent bit of fat with this bulking cycle? Just trying to get an idea of how much actual muscle is in that 18 pounds.
Im gonna start an Ergomax + Max LMG cycle soon (Probably Friday if my shipment of LMG arrives before then). Pre cycle I started loading creatine, so I have already put on a lot of water weight (I was previously doing an E/C/Y stack) so hopefully my results will not reflect much sudden additional water weight, and mainly just muscular gains.

I'd have to assume normal water levels going in. I don't think its fat at all, I think alot of it is eating every 2 hrs also, its water and its a belly full of food. I don't think I'll know for sure whats water till I come off. I don't look soft, my abs look really good this morning (didn't drink a shake during the night).

Day 18- Fri.- Not much to report. Weight gain still crawling up, weighed 207 yesterday but that was after lunch. Still strong still huge. I am holding more water than I would like in my mid-section, at the same time may be losing fat, hard to tell. Alot of people are PMing me asking for extra, I don't mind responding but I don't have any extra, sorry.

That's encouraging, thanks. With the M1, I've come off (run PCT) and loss almost all my weight, like 10lbs or more. I've also kept 80-90% of my gains afterwards as well. Is there any good reason why I shouldn't be concerned with similar results i.e. losing almost all the weight?

I don't think so bro. Just make sure you keep your cals high through a proper PCT and intensity in the gym the same as on cycle. You may lose some of it but you'll probably keep at least 10lbs or so. Great job BTW!

I didn't lose any. I dropped my cals to about 250 above maintenance and all was good. Actually, I lost 3-4 lbs after a couple days, which I assume was water. Then picked up about 2 or 3 through PCT, so I don't really think I lost much. Didn't lose an ounce of strength.
One last thing, I hear people saying "I did feel this or that after my ergomax cycle and so I only did 2 or 3 weeks of PCT." BULL$HIT. Do the whole 4 weeks of PCT and don't even think of cutting it short. It's best for your gains and your body. I'm the first guy that'll start cutting stuff here and there, but not on PCT. I want to keep all my gains and get everything back to where it needs to be. Be on the safe side, do the whole PCT and don't think twice. Not that you wouldn't anyway, but I know you'll be tempted ;)

3 Wks.- weight gain has stopped. Weighed 206 today after eating plenty over the last 3-4 days. I think I'm about ready to start PCT, I really wanna get this water out, I had worked so hard to get my abs out, I miss them so. I enjoyed logging this info, thanks to all for the input, I'll keep it going for my PCT.

How long did you run it and where the results? Seperately, thats like the second or third time you have contributed something positive to this log, thanks man, they need more people like you on these boards. The elitism I've encountered from some is childish.

no prob man. i had really good luck with ergomax and can't say enough about it, and no, i don't work at ****... lol
i ran it for 4 weeks, gained 20 lbs. i upped my cals after 22 days and noticed it jump-started the gains again. my PCT was Rebound XT, Lean Xtreme, Nolva (though who knows if it was needed).
my lifts were WAY up. bench +40, squat +50, deads +50, etc...
during my PCT i lost 3-4 lbs right away, then gained 2 back during PCT. i assume the initial loss was water. strength kept going up during PCT and i attribute that to Rebound XT. Designer Supps stuff has always been top notch. My total PCT was 4 weeks and I really don't know how suppressed I was. I felt fine after 10-14 days but kept going with the PCT to be safe. Acne acted up a little during week 3 of PCT, but that's about it.
overall, one helluva product. like i've said around the block, i wish i had another bottle of ergo as I loved the stuff (hint hint, for those who don't want theirs anymore...) -- boy was that blatant! anyway, best of luck as you continue!
EDIT: I noticed I posted most of this info before, but regardless, here it is again... keep liftin heavy and hard. oh, one other thing i noticed is that recovery seemed quicker...

PCT day 3- Actually kinda overlapped the last 2 days I was on. So I'm actually wantin to lose some weight. I hope to push out 4-5lbs of water I figure I'm holding. Well, third day off and I've gained 2 more lbs, now at 208. PCT is novadex extreme, rebound XT, tribex and expand. Strength still up, maybe rising.

Are u using both Novedex XT and Rebound XT? If you are then you are way overdosing on the AI's. The two are essentialy the same compound. I bet your estrogen levels are nearly nonexistent. This could also lead to poor recovery as AI's can be hard on the lipid values and the ERGO being a methyl hasn't done them any favors. I would pick either the Novedex or the Rebound if i were u, not both.

Right now just 1 rebound mid day, than 5 novadex before bed. At 5-6 a day, the novadex only lasts 10 days, then I'll use rebound at 3 a day. How does that sound?

You can read up on the Novedex and Rebound thread over at Avants board. Is three a day the max recommended dosing on Rebound? If it is then i think you'll be fine. This compound seems to be really effective and many user over on AM have dropped to 2 caps a day of rebound, but if you're feeling fine, no sore joints etc...then i would just run it at whatever dosing you choose. Some are also recommending tapering off the dosing in the last week or two to prevent the estrogen rebound that might occur when levels are driven low, although I'm not sure if they are using this protocaol during PCT or not. ..........Good luck and great gains on cycle. I'm thinking of using some of my stockpile of LMG here in a few weeks. I would love to gain 10-15 clean pounds.

PCT day 6- Haven't lost weight, water or strength. Calories are still high. Still at 208. How long before I'll lose some water? With the M1 or other PHs I usually see immediate weight (water) loss.

Who knows, but many think it IS actually an illegal substance. Regardless, it REALLY works. Stuff is crazy good.

Didn't max bench but, bells went up from last set of 12@100 to set of 8 with 120's. Probabaly coulda went to 130's but tendanitis keeps my chest workouts in check. I saw marked strength increase in all lifts, more so than with the M1.

So I think I'm still gaining weight but it doesn't matter. I broke my arm last night, clean break through the humeros (dont think thats spelled right), arm wrestling. Unfreaking believable. I'm much bigger than this dude, we were at weird angle on a high table and snap! It sounded like a limb breeaking. All I could think about, aside from the pain, was not being able to lift. I'll finish running PCT, but I'm looking at 6 wks in a cast plus physical therapy before I can lift any upper body. I got glutamine and creatine I'll stay on to help try to preserve muscle. Any advice is welcome.

Dude that sucks im really sorry to hear that. I broke my wrist a few years ago and couldnt lift for 4 weeks so i know what your going through. Try to get a lot of good clean foods while you are down. Also ive read that fish oil can help to maintain muscle so I would start consuming a lot of that. Anyway good luck bro
