I was selected to test Controlled Labs NO product called 'White Blood' I just recieved it in the mail today, no LOT#/Exp date. I'm going to be comparing this against Jacked and NO-Xplode
Directions state to take 3 capsules prior to workout if you are under 225. I'm right at 225 and since I'll be using this for a cut I'll just go with 3. 30 servings in a bottle so itll last about 5 weeks.
Some stats/info: I just got finished with a bulking cycle 1 1/2 weeks ago that started March 1st. The main supps that were used in that were BSN Cellmass/NoXplode. So I have about 2 weeks off of the NO. Started @ 205 after having shoulder surgery in September.
Along with stuff like B12, fish oils etc I'm going to be using this with Cellmass to try and cut down to 210 for baseball.
My typical day/supp schedule for this cut is going to be like this:
7AM Wake up-, 1 cellmass, protein shake (32g protein). Breakfast- 4-6 (~30g protein) eggs, glass of OJ, fat free skim milk (8+g protein).
11:30AM Lunch- Chicken breast (~25g protein), 2 serving fat free skim milk (16g protein)
2:30PM Snack- MRP bar (30g protein)
3-8PM Baseball
8:15PM 1 serving White blood
8:45PM Cellmass/start lifting
10:30PM Protein shake mix (~65g protein) Eat dinner, grapes, fruits, veggies etc.
Sleep-11
So I usually get my 8 hours.
Some basic lifting stats (I'm recovering from shoulder surgery, so some of these are down. I can't bench/dead or do alot of chest exercises b/c of shoulder)
Squat-380x8 if it doesent agitate my shoulder
Lunges 130x8 (with dumbells, cant do it normal way b/c of shoulder)
Standing hamstring curl 120x8(1leg)
Sitting calf raises 225x12
Thats pretty much what I'm confined to b/c of shoulder
Curl- 55x8
Pushdown- 175x5
Kickbacks- Cant do over 25x12 b/c of arm
Gimme a break on the shoulder things
Shrugs 90x8
DB military 45x12
Forward raises 25x8
Side raises 25x8
This isnt everything I do, I'm taking a break right now so I'll post my split and everything else when I start.
I'm training for baseball more than bodybuilding, so I focus on core with compound exercises and alot of shoulder stuff.
I'm going to try and start this on Wedesnday, recovering from a horrible cold.
