I have received my bottle of Blue Rhino and will be recording my results in this thread. I will be running this product for 30 days (60 caps @ 2x a day).


Starting Weight:
180 lbs


Bodyfat %:
Estimated 9-10%


Height:
5'10"


Lifting Experience:
I have been lifting 6 years now, 3 years VERY consistently while only missing 3 weeks of training total during that time.


Training Routine:
Currently under the training of Bobo ( owner of www.anabolicminds.com and www.flanutrition.com ). It is a time under tension routine with 5 days of intense training and 4 days of low intensity cardio. I am on his weight loss program losing roughly 2-3 lbs a week.

Monday: Chest & Abs
Tuesday: Back & Calves
Wednesday: Morning Cardio
Thursday: Triceps, Abs, Post Workout Cardio
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Biceps, Shoulders, Calves, Post Workout Cardio
Sunday: Morning Cardio


Strength:
Since I am doing a TUT program the weights are low. Here are my current lifts:
DB Bench: 95 lbs x 8
Arnold Press: 65 lbs x 8
DB Curls: 50 lbs x 10
Seated Rows: 140 lbs x 10
Squats: 205 x 12


Diet:
Calories: Ranging from 2900 (cardio only days) to 3400 (leg day).
Fat: All very clean fats from eggs, flax oil, and mozz cheese: 55-70g
Carbs: All low gi carbs from whole grain breads: 230-300g
Protein: 3 scoops of Optimum Whey and rest from chicken, cottage cheese, egg whites, and fat free turkey chili: 350-380g


Supplements:
Vitamin C, E, CLA, Flax Oil, Optimum 100% Whey, DiArginine Malate, CEE, Amino Vital (during workouts)


I begin my first dosage today and will report in every other day with my experience. I know my body very well and when there is a change in strength, endurance, etc. Since I am cutting I will gauge the effectiveness of this product based on my strength gains. Took my first dose yesterday about 1 hour before my workout. Had great energy in the gym and sweat more than usual. I felt mild chills and jitteryness from the yohimbe working. I took my dose around 4pm and had no problems getting to sleep around 11pm. It's way too early to make any conclusions but so far so good.

Weighed in yesterday at 176 lbs. Strength is still good and am having great workouts. I am not noticing the effects of the yohimbe anymore although I'm sure it is aiding in fat loss. I am looking lean from dieting/cardio but nothing out the ordinary so far.

Weighed in at 177. This is interesting; since I am cutting I should be losing weight. Nothing too significant to report yet.

Weight was 176.6 today. Strength is up slightly on triceps which is a pretty big deal considering I'm using TUT training and my weight rarely increases. I am looking leaner by the day and feeling great.
