My joints pop a lot. They have been that way my whole life. If I close my hand into a fist all my knuckles pop everytime. When I move my shoulders they pop, and my knees too. I take Osteo Biflex, but it doesnt seem to do anything. Should I be worried? What could be my problem?

it depends from the fact that you have no balance between the muscles at any side of the joints...
for example..your pecs and lats are stronger than your external rotators (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor) and scapula retractors (romboids, mid traps)
so what do u have to do now? first of all starting to work on your soft tissue. muscles and fascia , to get rid of trigger points and adehesions, breaking the more scar tissue you can.. u can do by yourself with trigger point therapy using a tennis ball against a wall, or going to a therapist..also for the fascia you can use AIS stretch , and to break adehesions u need active release therapist that u can also do rudimentally by yourself with a tennis ball against the wall or with your fingers on the muscles u can reach with them..or go to a ART therapist
THEN u have to radically change your training balancing it on the vertical and horizontal plane...so same amount of volume between pecs and romboids... pecs-lats and external rotators.. so specific work on the rotator cuff and scapula retractors..like L-flyes... YTWL circuits etc etc...

oh..i did not mention that the popping is simply gas explosions caused by the not proper allignement of bones segments due to muscles that have different strength ratios between them and that are made disfunctional by years of not proper work and so microtraumas build up
