well I may not be a mathematition but..
325 x 4 = 1300
200 x 4 = 800
30x 9 = 270
Sum = 2370...not 3250.
I hope that you aren't working out for 3 hours.
I might suggest having the solid food meal at 3:30 and then having the creatine and whey as your "pre-workout" about 20 min before you walk into the gym.

Eric,
You are correct I made a mistake, I had copied this info from another word document I had and then modified it but forgeting to change the total calories.
As for the change is meals, I don't like training with anything is my stomach, therefore the shake does the trick for me. My workout is about 2 hours long, from 5-7. I finish work at 4:00pm and the rest of the time is spend driving to the gym.

Thats what I was saying, Don't lump the whey and creatine drink in with the solid meal. eat the food alittle earlier and the whey and creatine just be fore you hit the gym (as your driving over)If your products are of high quality, 20 inutes should be more than enough time for them to actually empty from the stomach and enter the blood stream exactly when you need it the most.
whey isolate, dextrose, glutamine, creatine is the ideal pre work out drink and it will leave the stomach litterally in minutes. If you get an upset stomach from you supplements when you take them right before working out, then you might want to think about switching brands.
