Initial Comments: First of all, I would like to thank Derek and the PrimaForce guys for allowing me to test this new supplement. Thermal Rage, by PrimaForce, is an energizer/ stimulant /thermogenic ...whatever. Of importance to me, it contains Caffeine, EGCG, and Tyramine. It also contains some interesting ingredients that I've not used before: Bacopa and Evodiamine. I'm no stimulant expert, but I think this should be a good pick-me-up. I am looking for a mild stimulant without the jittery side effects for a morning and pre-workout boost(I've been losing focus in the gym lately).. I'm a fairly small guy, so I will be taking half of the recommended dose-both in the morning and pre-workout. I have not taken any stimulants in quite a while, and whenever I do, I take lower doses as my CNS is easily stimulated. I am currently bulking, so I am hoping Thermal Rage can keep my bodyfat from piling on.

I took 1 capsule before my breakfast (6ish) and 1 before my pre-workout meal(3ish). My focus increased greatly throughout the entire day. I was much more productive this morning and did not feel tired at any time of the day, yet I didn't have any jitters or fidgeting. I had been anticipating a great workout all day, and when I finaly got to it, it was intense! I moved fluently from one excercise to another and never felt depleted the entire time.
ATG Squat: 170 x 8 An improvement nonetheless.
I don't know if the splendor of the product today was resultant of the placebo-effect or not, but I guess we'll find out sooner or later.

Well, I had the darndest time getting out of bed this morning due to deads and squats yesterday (my back just loves them). When I got up, I took two capsules because I was very unalert and we have no coffee. I felt a steady boost of energy about 20-30 min later. Soon after, I headed to the gym with my dad to play some racquetball.
First off, I want to say that the old man won the Ohio State racquetball championship awhile back. He always kicks my ass, and he always will kick my ass. However, I felt much more aggressive today and was making all kinds of crazy jump shots and back-wall shots. I was more explosive and sustained my endurance very well.
I did, however, have an energy crash about 5 hours later. I couldn't take another dose as I was visiting the National Superconducting Lab at Michigan State University. I will remember to bring another dose with me next time.
Overall today, I didn't have the same crazy energy I got yesterday, but it was better than normal. Even with the full dose today, I didn't get jittery at all. Thermal Rage has pretty much replaced my cold shower in the morning, which is good let me tell ya.

I took one cap again this morning and before my workout. It went great as I beat my PR on the bench.
Bench Press: 185 x 5 A 1 rep improvement
190 x 2.9 I thought I'd try it-maybe not a good idea.
My focus wasn't as good as previous workouts, but it was certainly better than baseline.

I took the usual doses today. Today was my heavy lower body day. My back has been hurting like heck since Sunday, so I was a little weaker than I could have been. I didn't get too tired to finish the day after my workout like I usually do after this day's workout.
Squat: 225 x 5 Not a PR, but I got it on all 3 sets, barely, which I've not done before
Deadlift: 250 x 4 Could have gotten 5, but I didn't want to push it with my back.
I had a Calculus test today, and I seemed to be more "on the ball" than usual. I also felt no need to grab a diet soda :).

Today, I did H.I.I.T. on the recumbant bike along with a nice cooldown next to the hottest babe in the world on the regular bike. The H.I.I.T. went great. Nothing absolutely special, but I was dripping in sweat, which NEVER happens to me. I feel like Thermal Rage has been giving me better cardio and interval training benefits than weight training.
Tomorrow is my lighter upper body day (anything above six reps for me is high reps) and I can't wait. I haven't been sleeping well, so T-R has been a morning get-me-out-of-bed-I'm-running-late thing as well. I should have plenty of sleeping time tonight, however, so I can't wait!

30sec hard on highest level (cheap bike, cheap gym), 1 min on half way through the levels (10). I push myself VERY hard on the hard times and pretty hard still o the "easy" times. It sure is a workout. I like sprinting much better and I believe they're much more beneficial, but my knees can't take that much grinding lately, so I only do them once in a great while.

I took my usual doses today. I, again, felt more alert. However, I felt a bit fatigued from yesterday's H.I.I.T. session and was not able to put forth maximal effort. I guess I just need to get into better shape (I didn't really do anything other than lift until 2 weeks before this started). I performed the same as I did last week on every excersize, except that I got 1 more rep on weighted pullups with the same weight. Tomorrow is lower light day, and my legs feel great, so I'm hyped! Til' then...

I'm taking the recommended dose from her on out. Today, I was pumped about doing lower body as I haven't felt this fresh in a long time and my back is feeling better. My workout went great and I set a new record. I also think that my recovery time in-between sets has improved, albeit very little.
ATG Squats: 180 x 7 No, it wasn't crappy form, either! I was surprised.
I also did better on my deads, sldls, and shrugs, but not abs or calfs (they were pooped hehe)
I don't want to attribute all of this to TM, as I've slept a little better recently and my back is feeling better, but TM is definately helping. I can't wait to hit my legs heavy on Monday! God knows I'll be sore tomorrow, though.
Edit:
End of Week Stats: 140.5 lbs and bf looks the same, but I'll have the actual percentage next Friday. Remember, the short-term changes are not as important as the long-term, just a reminder.

Today I played Racquetball with my dad and he kicked my butt again, but I'm gaining on the old man hehehe. My performace, recovery between/during games, endurance, and focus was quite a bit better. I have also been taking the full dose. I would also like to add that my ass is severely sore from yesterday's ATG squats, and I think I hurt my back again with my crappy squatting form when I tried 185. I will start wearing my belt when I feel like doing something "risky" from now on.

Took the recommended dose today. I woke up half-rested, but I felt pretty strong, so I had good momentum going for the day. My performance in the gym was nothing short of outstanding!
Bench Press:185 x 5 Hard, but not masochistically hard
190 x 3.9 Good God!, Lost my balance on the last rep, or else I would have had it! Still, a one-rep improvement over last week.
Many of my other excercises went up, too. My Militery Press went up 10 lbs (pulled something, though).
Overall, I felt very energized and it seems like something is "kicking in." I can't wait till I find my bf%. I think it's actually a little lower.

Excellent day. I had a presentation this morning, and my focus was amazing. My performance in the gym was also good.
Squat: 230 x 5 New PR Got this for 2 sets, and 230 x 3 for my last set.
Deadlift: 250 x 5 New PR
My energy has been improving more and more lately, like something has been "kicking in" as I've said before. It's weird. My rest time between sets has dramatically decreased, which is awesome as I was spending 1:20 in the gym and I'm down to an hour on a long day. Any questions, concerns, or quagmires, feel free to post.

Awesome. I hate feeling "crashed" after a thermo loses effect. I've felt no loss of the effect since I've been on TR.
Today, I decided to do 10 x 100m sprints. I haven't done sprints in a long while due to my knees, but I always try to do something similiar. My wind was fairly good and my endurance was surprising for not having done them in quite awhile. I ran around 15s on each. This is pretty good seeing as they were hill sprints at a 35 degree incling (to the horizontal). My best was a 14.89.
My energy was not as good as it has been today, but I believe much of that has to do with yesterday's lower body workout which has left me sore and drained. Still, my energy and focus was above baseline. I'm very happy with the way TR has helped my endurance and stamina. I also love that the effects are not fading whatsoever.

My calfs are still sore from lower body day and the sprints I did yesterday, which is worrying me about working them tomorrow. Other than that, I feel great. I took the usual doses today and performed well in the gym. I only got 6 hrs of sleep, too. My focus was good all day. I pumped out an extra rep on the Bench Press and 3 extra reps on pull-ups. I also moved up a weight and still completed all the reps on rows :O. Man, today was great for my confidence.
Overall, my energy is still great, and I've felt no side-effects whatsoever up to this point. My lifts have been slowly but surly breaking out of my previous plateau, and my mental alertness and focus has been good to great.

Well, my calfs and quads were a tad sore. So, I decided to lift my balls off anyways :D. Today was awesome! Took the usual dose, but I felt MUCH more energetic. I did get more sleep, though; just puting that out there.
ATG Squats: 180 x 8, 2 whole sets, baby :)
My focus, time to exhaustion, endurance, and stamina were all out-of-mind today. I would have only been in the gym for 45 mins, but an old friend and I got to conversing once he recognized me. One more surprise for the day is....
End Of Week Stats: 141 lbs, 8.2% bf! My god this was awesome to see! I am going to up my calories by 200 next week since everything is going so well.

Well, today pretty much sucked. I don't want today's entry to count as a legit trial day for any readers. To start it off, I only got 4 hrs of sleep because of these birds that made a nest in the attic. Then, I had an allergic reaction to something as I played racquetball with my dad. Then, I watched some girlfriends play baseball and I hate 4 Sloppy Joe's washed down with 2 Capri Suns. I did this as it was the only way to meet my caloric needs at the moment.
As far as the racquetball, I cannot make a fair assessment of TR's effects as I had an allergic reaction and was only concentrating on breathing. I'm doing sprints tomorrow, which wasn't planned, but I didn't have a productive day at all today. And BTW, the birds are now dead- very, very dead.

At that point, yes bro, and I don't count a single gram of fiber and I eat 3 cups of veggies and don't count that. I have a fast metabolism :). Right now, I upped my cals to 2900, but I'm taking out the cheat meal each week, so the overall cals should be the same, but there should be better nutrient partitioning. Good luck with your log, bro.

Today was hill sprints. I had to do them first thing in the AM as I have to study for my AP chem test on Tues. and throw together a presentation. I haven't worked out after only one meal in forever, so it definitely felt weird, but a good experience as this is what I'll be doing all summer. The workout was awesome and I even increased my speed a little despite feeling a little nausiated from the junk I ate yesterday. My best time was 14.36! I made sure to give myself 3 minutes between each sprint, so they were all a little better than Wednesday's. My recovery has also been amazing.

I tried measuring the distance with a bike computer and it came out to about 90m, I thought it was like 80m. The hill is at about 35-40 degree incline, so it's pretty steep. I feel it takes a lot of pressure off my knees when running up hill. They really get my heart rate up and keep it elevated for quite awhile, just as weight training. I believe they are helping my stamina and endurance in the weight room, too.

I take longer rests so that I can achieve a fast sprint every time, which is what makes them effective and anabolic. I run up, spend about 1 min walking down, and wait for another minute or two(at the end). It all takes 40 min max.

Do you guys find that the sprints allow you to hold onto more lean mass than say a 30 minute (or longer) cardio session? I've got an old issue of a magazine called "PUMP" that came and went, but is had an article on doing wind sprints etc for fat loss. Bascially the article says that sprinting is EPIC for getting rid of BF.
I've always done the old elliptical or stationary bike thing, which can be boring and tedious as hell. I wonder if I can get these old bones out to a track for sprints! LOL.
I'm assumming you guys do the sprints/hill and then wait 2-3 minutes and repeat? The program I was reading had you running the straight portion of the track, then walking/jogging the curved ends of the track, then sprinting the straight portion again.
Any input you guys have is appreciated.

Well I do the 30 min thing also but I mix it up I do interval sprints on the treamill and I do ellitptical sprints also 30 seconds hard 30 moderate off an on for 30min which kicks my ass, I do the same on the bike, this keeps it more interesting, I never go the same old intensity on any cardio machine. The track is nice for a change of pace,

Sprints (actually sprints where you are on the ground moving) are probably IMO the most efficient way to lose fat while maintaining lean mass.

I've actually kept or slightly lowered my bf% while bulking since I started doing sprints. As Dreek said, they're hard! But, that's what makes them anabolic. I feel they make my whole body harder. Hill sprints also keep the pressure off my knees. I sprint about 90-100m give or take a few, then walk back down, then wait for awhile. You want to make sure your sprints are at their best, as this makes them so beneficial in raising metabolism for days and causing hypertrophy in your legs (even your whole body). I take really long breaks between sprints to ensure I can exert maximal effort/speed/power on each sprint. Doing one sprint as hard and fast as you possibly can is much better than doing two sprints at 90%.

Bench Press:190 x 4, 190 x 3 I could've gotten another rep on the ast set, but I didn't want to push it as I'm hitting each bodypart twice a week.
TR 's effects are good as ever and I'm still very pleased with the endurance benefits I recieve from it. After a poor sleep pattern, TR picked me up yet again without any sides.

Today was full of surprises. First of all, I had an AP Chem test. I was forced to eat like crap again, but I managed to keep my calories the same. I ate mostly peanuts(mmm) as they were one of the only alotted foods. Let me tell you, I took an extra pill of TR before the test, and I was good as gold! My focus was outstanding. Well, enough of that- on to training! I did awesome again in the gym, even though my blood sugar felt weird resultant of the poor eating earlier in the day.
Squat: 2 x 140 x 4, 1 x 234 x 4 Another PR!
Deadlifts: 250 x 5, 250 x 4 I actually went down a rep on the second set from last week. I stopped because my back was failing. I don't want any more back injuries.
I had a great day today and I believe TR played an articulate role in improving my day. I've never had as much focus during a test.

Good god I woke to find myself in an abismal state of soreness. I had to lay in a steaming hot bath for 30 min just so I could walk. However, I did hill sprints anyway :). Needless to say, today was not an improvement, but not a setback, either. My best time was 14.37, which was really, really close to my last time, so I'm not complaining. My energy was good all day. As a matter of fact, I was able to rant more profusely than I thought possible when I found that a white car slid across my door in the parking lot. Did I ever blow up! Back on topic...My energy levels and focus were again good today, but my stamina and endurance were a little lacking during sprints. I attribute this, however, to my intense workout yesterday and a sleep negligence brought on by my inconsiderately lets-be-loud-until-midnight family.

My lifts are still going up and my energy is remaining good. I never feel any crashes throughout the day. And I am most honored to present my........
End of the Week Stats:141.5 lbs, 8% bf!!!!!!!!!!! WOW I am amazed. I cannot express my feelings in words. All this when I even upped my calories to 2900 at ~140 lbs. I guess the cals will be going up again. :D
I'd also like to add that I'm hoping to post some pics at the end of next week, but I'm in the midst of some technical difficulties/expenses at the moment. If I can show it, I will ;).

I'm still taking the usual dose. I didn't play racquetball today as my back is extremely sore(but not injured). I still did some sprints, though. It was rainy up here in Michigan, and my gym doesn't have a track, so I did them in the rain. It was actually pretty fun. However, I was still ticked when I finished the 10th sprint and it stopped raining. Well, my times were definately crappy today, but it was very slippery(my best excuse). My best time was 15.02.
My energy has been great so far today, but I'm feeling a little sluggish due to the extra calories I'm taking in. No energy crashes, and my appetite is gone. I have to force myself to eat every meal other than breakfast. I love not feeling hungry, but this effect would be much more favorable whilst cutting. I will definitely use a product like TR while cutting(if I even need to...hehehe).

Damn I would think the extra cals would not make you feel sluggish, interesting

Not sluggish on energy's behalf, but I just feel bloated. I just need to adjust to the volume of food in my system.

Took the usual doses today. I felt very weird today- like extra strength came out of nowhere. Hell, I'm not complaining. Today was upper body heavy. It went awesome! I went up on every single lift- especially back lifts.
Bench Press:190 x 4.9 retard spotter helped last rep when I needn't any
195 x 3 Maybe could have gotten one more-didn't push it.
Overall, I felt amazing today. I also had a chance to show off to some ladies;) in the gym. My energy was through the roof. However, I appear to be a little bloated since upping my calories again, but not extremely. We'll see how this pans out.

I've been traveling a lot lately but have been following all of these logs on my Treo (portable web browser, email, cell phone, proctologist).
I must say that I am more than impressed at the results people are achieving while using Thermal Rage. I knew it was a good formula, but it seems like we've taken three components: energy, mental focus and fat loss, and combined them all in one formula at a great price.
For me, the focus from Thermal Rage is awesome, and even more pronounced when combined with Neurostim.
Thanks for reviewing this product honestly and thoroughly.

Thanks, Mark. I hate to pimp a product, but I certainly will pimp this one. Definately worth the price, which is good anyways :).

Took the usual doses. I am feeling a little sick and my nose was a little stuffy this morning. However, depite the antihistamine, I didn't feel very groggy. In fact, I felt pretty good. Workout went well. Also, I had my squats analyzed by the peanut gallery, and by watching myself in the mirror, found out that I have, in fact, been using sloppy form and not been going down far enough for my liking. So, I eased up on the weight and focused on form.
Squats: 3 x 5 x 225 Worked on form, last reps were still very hard.
Deadlifts: 2 x 5 x 250 PR plus they were easy. Def. moving up next week.
Despite being sick and on antihistamines, my energy was OK, and my focus and stamina were little below OK, but far better than past days on antihistamines. I also feel like I caught the cold in time and took enough antioxidants that I'll be fine tomorrow. My workout went very well and all but my squats and shrugs went up(forgot my straps).

Usual doses. Day went great. I did, in fact, get over the cold I had. That's a new record-beating a cold in one day!!! Well, I had a strenuous day, details of which I'd like not to discuss, but I got through it very well. My focus was even better than it usually is-I got myself out of a lot of messes. I did sprints today, and they went great! My recovery was AWESOME. They were also a great way to alleviate my stress. My best time was a PR of 14.20! I'm glad I'm increasing speed again. My recovery in-between sprints improved by ~30s on average. I almost had to hold myself back from going again.
Overall, energy is still better, as is focus, endurace, stamina, and recovery.

Took the usual doses. I didn't get as good of sleep as I'd have liked, but I managed. My energy and focus weren't as good, but I'm sure it was due to the lack of sleep. My workout did go very well, however. I went up on pull-ups, got another rep on db incline bench, and got another rep on db curls. My recovery between sets was terrible, but again, I attribute this to bad sleep.
I could tell that TR picked me up far better than I would have otherwise been, but I can't really give a fair assesment today. Also, I'd like to note that I'm looking just a tad higher in bf since last week resultant of my caloric increase(carbs add bloat), but my strength gains have been much better this week. My bf% will be posted most likely Sunday, but maybe Saturday, as I will be leaving to watch my Aunt's bb competition! I'm so proud of her :). I will be eating as clean as I can, but she will want to do a little splurging after she's done.

The competition was awesome and my aunt placed 3rd and qualified for nationals! I tried to control my eating, but it was hard!
Took the usual doses today and did sprints. My best time was an amazing 14.13!Even with the cheat bloat.
My energy is still good as well as recovery-my recovery and stamina were through the roof today. My last day will be sometime this week- I'm not sure when. This is because I started at half dose for a week. Final assesments will be made then.
From Friday's workout:ATG Squats:185 x 8 x 2sets, 180 x 9
Again. minor but steady improvements.
I don't have my bf% but will have it in the next couple days-I'll probably post it in the last log entry.

Took the usual doses. Today was full of work, but I seemed very tentative. My energy was alright-not as good as usual, but quite a bit better than baseline. However, I only got 6 hours of sleep last night due to extreme humidity in my room. My workout went great...
Bench Press:195 x 4 x 2 PR yet again;however, my form was terrible
Most of my other lifts improved as well. However, I need to work on my form on many of them. It certainly isn't as poor as the average Joe's, but not as good as I'd like it to be.
My energy is still god even up to the last of the bottle. None of the effects are wearing off. I'm still very pleased.

Yes, that's sounds like a very good stack. I mean, you get so much more than just energy from both those products, it would be great... I think I'll try that out.
One question: will there ever be a reduction of caffeine or maybe a caffeine free version of Thermal Rage? 250mg of caffeine is a lot when you're have two servings and especially if one plans on using it for more than a few weeks... which they should in my opinion. TR could easily be a longer term supp if the caffeine were cut down to like 75mg per serving.

It is a novel idea, but unfortunately it would not sell well without caffeine. Neurostim + C outsells regular Neurostim by a ton.

Well, if I can scrounge up the dough I'm gonna try the TR+Neurostim (orange-pineapple, yum) stack and log that badboy... see how it compares to R4W considering they come out to be about the same price.

Thank you, it is very appreciated.
I took the usual doses today; I slept for a full 8 hours last night. Energy was through the roof. I was loving every minute of it. My focus was great all day. I nailed a presentation and finally won an argument with my friend (about Keynesian and Supply-side economics) :D. In the gym, my endurance was awesome and I could keep full power on every single set. I also was able to keep form better than usual while increasing weights on everything but abs, which I didn't only because I didn't want to hurt my hip flexor as it was feeling just a tad "iffy" at the end of my workout. To the workout...
Squats:3 x 5 x 235 And I went almost ATG on them! Last set I kinda cheated on the last 2 reps.
Deadlifts:2 x 5 x 255 Great form and they were a little too easy!
Still, none of TR's effects have worn off, and are in fact getting a little better. I will hate to get off of it. I will be posting my End Of Week Stats tomorrow in my final entry and give all observations/recommendations/etc. So, if you have questions, please ask them now. I will probably start a new log for something soon afterwards, though I don't know what I'll be using-maybe just a plan old bulking log.

Took the usual, final doses today. My energy was good all day and my sprints went great. I set another PR with a time of 14.08. I had great focus, stamina, and endurance. I also only spent 30 minutes doing them including my 400m-ish warm-up.
The effects of TR have stayed effective up until the last dose. I felt awesome today and will really hate to stop taking it.

Thermal Rage vs. 300 mg caffeine
I took a little more caffeine from the caffeine pills but it was only 50mg more; but this is like comparing a smart girl to a smart girl who's sexy, has a great personality, and is great in bed. The caffeine enhanced focus and gave me better power and endurance in the gym, but TR was better in every aspect and brought much more to the table.
Thermal Rage vs. T-Rex
Thermal Rage did not give me as much energy at first, but it "kicked in" and surpasses T-Rex after about a week and a half. TR did not give me the jitters like T-Rex did. I felt sick at times on T-Rex, but never did while on TR. As far as losing bodyfat, I lost more bodyfat% while on Thermal Rage than with T-Rex(in the same time period), even though I was bulking with Thermal Rage and cutting with T-Rex. As far as LBM goes, I gained like .1 lbs with T-Rex or less, but gained 2.7 lbs with TR(albeit I was bulking, bias here). I got the same stamina, and endurance effects from both, but my focus was better with TR.
Thermal Rage vs. Neurostim+C
Neurostim definately enhanced my focus more and tastes absolutely delicious. However, my endurance, stamina, and overall power output were better with Thermal Rage. TR also increased fat loss to a much greater degree. TR is also MUCH less expensive. I recommend both products, but TR is far more cost effective.
Final Thoughts/Recommendations
The effects of this product never wore off, but in fact, seemed to "kick in" more after about a week and a half, increasing slowly up to the end of a month-long cycle. I get jitters with pretty much every other thermo, but not with Thermal Rage is very versatile as you can change the dose to your liking, it is VERY stackable, and it is pretty cheap. You may not get as intense mental focus as you get with products like Neurostim, or as much all-out energy as 4 cups of coffee, but you get a nice all-around supplement. My endurance, stamina, recovery, focus, and well-being all improved while on this product. I recommend this product to those who are looking for a great all-arund product that is very stackable, or for those just low on cash. I expect that it would work a miracle and a half for me on a cut.
I WILL purchase this product for my next cut, and I may log it. However, my bodyfat even dropped, so I will continue bulking. I would like to thank Derek and Scivation/Primaforce for allowing me to do this log. It has been a pleasure.
P.S. Pics will come later tonight when I can get some help on how to use the camera and put the pics up(don't make fun). They MAY be up tomorrow if for some reason things don't go well.

Ah yes, the old grassy ass squat. Nice to know that there are people out there using them. I see so many fools claiming they can squat 300lbs but then do some kind of 1/4 rep and collapse. It's rediculous.

lol my sentiments exactly.
P.S. I'm sorry everyone, but there will be no pics. The camera software isn't working. It's never been used before lol so I guess I shouldn't have promised anything. A successful log nonetheless I think. Hopefully I'll be able to post pics in future logs.
