Ok, just ran a three-week cycle of my own little free-t herbs and Estrogen blockers. The supps are like this:

Vitex agnus castus - Which is seen as a hormonal balancer to reduce menstrual symptoms in woman, but also is the 6-o in 6oxo. So it's an estrogen blocker. It doesn’t promote T, but it does allow for more free-T production.

Tribulus terrestris - Which we all know increases testosterone levels indirectly by raising lutenizing hormone (LH).

Avena Sativa - Which, like Tribulus, frees up bound testosterone in the blood, making it more active.

7-Keto™ DHEA - Which we all know is a fat burner.
--------------------------------
Dosage:

Vitex agnus castus = 1000 mg 2x day. One dose in the AM when I wake up and the second pre workout.

Tribulus Terrestris = 500 mg once a day. One dose in the AM when I wake up and the second pre workout.

Avena Sativa = 1000 mg twice a day. One dose in the AM when I wake up and the second pre workout.

7-Keto™ DHEA - 50mg pre workout.

ZMA - For mineral deficiency and to promote further free-T production.

**Pre workout dose taken two hours before I hit the gym.

--------------------------------------
Additional Performance Supps:
Creatine Monohydrate (5g) mixed with Gatorade
10g L-Glutamine mixed in Post Workout shake.

Caloric Intake:
I take in about 3500 cal per day with 1.5g protein per lb of body weight. This mostly comes from three whole food meals a day, two to three gainer shakes and a bar or two. This intake is my standard and I did not want to change that amount for this cycle, as I wanted to see if a natural T herb cycle would produce any noticeable results.

My Statistics:
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 205lb
Body fat % - 10.5

Gym Scheme:
Four total days per week.
M,W,T,S

Movements:
Chest - Weighted dips, Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Cables for exhaust.
Back - Rows (Bent over, seated, Pull Downs), Pull Ups, Deadlifts
Legs - Barbell Squats, Dumbbell Lunges
Shoulder - Kettle ball single arm lifts, barbell straight-arm lifts, dumbbell lateral raises.
Arms - Revise grip barbell curls (bi and forearms), close grip benches, close grip weighted dips, concentration curls, and dumbbell curls. *Just mix it all up so I don't get bored.*

Cardio - Yes I do cardio. I keep all my fat in my tummy, so I want to burn as much of it off as I can. After I hit the iron I hit 15 minutes on the bike, or stair master.
--------------------

RESULTS:
Beginning Cycle date: 3/31/2005
As of today: 4/21/2005

My CURRENT Statistics:
Height - 5'10" (hay if I grew, that would be better then putting on muscle mass. So I am still height encumbered.)
Weight - 216lb
Body fat % - 10.2

-------------------------
Conclusion to this point.

Not to bad. I am actually really impressed. 11lbs and lost some fat from the belly. My strength didn't really go up, but that isn't what I expected. I might say 10lb on benching, but I am not totally sure. Lets just say I put on lean muscle and I look a little leaner in the middle and larger overall.

Side effects - Well I get edgy and I started seeing zips after my first week of the cycle.

Other things I noticed - my libido is through the roof (the chick is diggen it), and I am more energetic. My apatite also increased by a significant margin.

-------------------------
Here is what I paid for my supps. And this could classify as a two month supply:

**All bottles are two-for-one and this is the totals for ONE BOTTLE**

Vitex agnus castus - 100 cap $5.95
Tribulus Terrestris - 90 cap $20.99
Avena Sativa - 30 cap $5.95
7-Keto™ DHEA - 60 cap $11.97
ZMA - 180 cap $22.19
Creatine - 400g $10.00
--------------------------------
TOTAL $67.05

Not bad results considering T-BOMB and ALPHA MALE are $50 - $75 each and I have three or more supps included in my plan.

That's it kids. I am cycling off for two weeks and then going to try this again. Hope this helps some of you out when you are deciding what supps to hit and what you are willing to pay.

great review and good gains.

But...

Vitex Angus increases LH, nothing to do with blocking estrogen

Tribulus- increases LH

Avena Sativa- increases free test (works nothing like trib.)
