Hi, thought Id give this a go so I can receive feedback on diet and exercise and keep on track myself. Also someone might be interested in reading it (LOL)

Oh I might aswell reply to myself.

I have been exercising sporadically for the last few years however unable to kick any weight as I have a strong sweet tooth and busy social life.
This time I plan on being very serious about reaching my goals.

My goals are to lose fat and gain muscle.
