I was selectioned to test these produts of lmr sports

E.C.S (cee)
Nitro Juice
Blue Nitrous

I am currently

5'9 170lbs at 10-11% BF
im trying to get to 8% without actualy 'cutting'

im hoping to break the 80lbs dumbell bench, 200lbs bb row and hoping to do 21's with 75-80lbs at the end

As far as the taste goes, these 3 are the worse ever which usualy means good stuff in the medecine world(i have had so many meds in my life)

the CEE made me gag about 7-8times so its really pure

At the moment the placebo effect is giving me a boost in energy
i will be doing back/bicep tonight and will come back with results

Im off to the gym for back/biceps, just took the supps
im at around 4litters of water atm and its only 4:40

Ok well today was real rainy. Worse day of the year, i felt like **** all day and started working out at around 6pm (woke up at 6:30am)

yet i still had energy in the gym which is probably a placebo effect because it cant act this fast

If it did well thats what helped getting pr's on barbell curl and 21's and db curls(had more endurance with less rest)

The cee is actualy pretty good in juice along with a big glass of water, i still dont feel any thirstier

Did 195lbsx7 @ bb row with very good form and rom PR

(logs will get more detailed when it kicks in)

The Citrulline Malate takes a while for full effects to kick in, but CEE and rutaecarpine both are both effective within minutes.

could be why i had more energy to finish my last rep on most sets
especialy on the seated row
now im off to the gym for shoulder/traps
we'll see if i get any pr from CEE
i havnt felt this energetic for MONTHS (except when i drink) even though i just had a 10hours day at college, yes 10hours and played golf

wow energy at the top after 2days

did 135lbs on standing military press, i usualy do 125 for 6, i could of done 135 7 times.
when i was about to fail some energy came out of nowhere to finish the rep, probably the CEE, liked it very much

Can't wait to see what it does to legs tomorow

Bammy is correct about the CEE and rutaecarpine, but I think the liquid delivery does make a difference because I've had many people use the BLUE NITROUS and feel it right off the bat. I even felt like I could feel a difference from the citrulline malate in the NITRO JUICE the first time I took it because I noticed a reduction in lactic acid. I also know someone who was already taking BLUE NITROUS and when he added NITRO JUICE he called me immediately after the workout to say it made a huge difference in his energy levels, so it seems that many individuals do feel the anti-fatigue properties the first time they take NITRO JUICE. The thing I like about our current line is that most people really do a feel a difference the first time they take them. That's also another reason why we aren't jumping on the non-hormonal testosterone booster bandwagon as quick as we could, those raw materials will take about a month to fully kick in. I do like it that Com-Shuk is skeptical though and does realize that it could be placebo.

my pump in my shoulder was insane after the military press

why am i not getting much water retention as with other creatine products

Supposedly the water retention from other creatines is due to the fact that they don't absorb into the cell completely, and since creatine attracts water they end up attracting water outside of the cell. CEE should be completely absorbed so all the water gets absorbed inside the cell and your muscles appear fuller but not bloated.

Friday was my leg day

I managed to train hard even though i was hungry as hell, the products are really kicking in, my endurance is getting out of hand

added 2 plates each side on the leg press and i wasnt sweating at all, when i tried a third i was too tired so i got stuck but im pretty sure ill be able to do it next week

went 2 more reps than usual on the leg extention (full rack+2 45's plates) 10 clean reps
For the first time ever i had a pump in my leg, it felt awesome and today im not sore at all
except in the abs, i worked them way harder than usual thanks to the products

im down about 4lbs since last week, i can flex a 6pack and my measurements are the same and my weights are going up

I have also noticed that other creatines and no product makes my stomach upset and even give me diarhea and pimples. These product did not make me feel sick once and no pimples at all
i love them

Do you have any Medium Racer back or tshirts with your website on it? i'd be glad to get you a few customers from my college ;)

Right now we only have Large and XL polo-type shirts with the what I refer to as the green blob LMR logo (appears on NITRO JUICE). I can probably get you one of those, just E-mail me.

Monday 25 april: Chest Tricep

Well im down 6lbs into my cut, i have a 6pack (yeah already) my cardio consisted of beer and dancing in a catabolic state

Best thing is. I was sure these supps with my good test levels would keep my muscle and strenght even after parties.. and i was right
came in the gym

warmed up db bench with 50's
then i load the 80's do them 7 times with very good form(had a hard time last week) with 6 less lbs and ****ty sleeping paterns, i can do 85's im pretty sure
the pumps were AMAZING especialy after the 6 dips with 75lbs attached to the belt, my whole body was pumped especialy the chest tricep but even my lats,bicep,shoulders veins were coming out and my energy was really up, didnt need much rest

The Sex is way better for some reason

im close to 160 from 170 and my measurements are about the same except my waist is down 2" at 30.5"

Tuesday 26 Back, Biceps

Lots of energy more than usual, Hit my 21's way easly, i can finaly up the weight to 70lbs which is a lot for my worse body part

I managed to add 5lbs to my seated rows and had way better form than usual which i attritube to the supps for giving me lots of endurance

Did bb rows with 205lbs, felt like i could of done 50sets, loved the energy especialy when i need to cheat a rep

Also my rest time has reduced of about 1min

up 2pounds
im back at 166? and i look more learn (in the morning with no water,food)
guess im gonna go back to 170 while losing BF

Thursday 29; Shoulders Traps

Weight is 166lbs in the morning, that means im up but still leaner

I pr'd on the military press AGAIN

140lbs x 5
135lbs x6

last week i finished at 135lbs x6 + x5

Upped my Lateral Cable raise from 50lbs to 60lbs both side, right side is doing 8reps left 5-6
30lbs db's for bent over rear raises are as easy as 25lbs's now (good form)

Product is still doing great except it finaly gave me high blood pressure(get that easly with stimulents) sucks but i think i can last untill they are over
anyway hbp = easier to get lean and build muscle for me
Id need some haw berry but i cant find any
And would anyone know where to get cheap elbow wraps for my left elbow, im gonna break it one day doing extentions, it really hurts

It sounds like you may have some tendonitis in your left elbow. I'd advise you not to fully lock out your triceps because that places a lot of stress on the elbow. Also, stretch it quite a bit between sets.

good log so far i enjoy reading it everyday, i am going to be out of commission for awhile due to gall bladder surgery so my LMR review will not be updated for awhile.

friday: skipped
im gonna put my legs on monday, so now im on a 3 day off

but instead i did cardio
2hours of biking, half of it with a dead cat weighting 25pounds in my bag

think i burned about 2000cals

well im poor at the moment, need to find things to do that are cheap you know
again today did my cardio on a dance floor on ****ty music
burned my cig on a whore that tried to flirt with me 2 time(by mistake)

i see the pounds dropping off almost literaly when i dance
plus the endurance gives me lots of energy even in a catabolist state
love it

monday:

WEll since i hurt my legs on friday i cant really do them
so i just went and did 225 a couple of times
then lots of back of the legs machine and some 6 plates/each side calf raise on the leg press and a couple leg raise for lower abs
ill start legs back next week
and i slept about 4:30hours so i wanst into it, thats what u get for quitting smoking because you're out of money.

tuesday: Chest, Triceps

Better workout today, i had a smoke in the afternoon because i felt too ****ty to workout without a little nicotine

so anyway i felt just regular when coming in yet i get on the benchs and start doing some dumbell press

80x7
85x5 <-pr of 5lbs, they were VERY clean, more than the 80's

inclined(with a bar) 165lbs +10lbs pr (im really bad on the incline because i havnt done them for almost a year)


12x70lbs
7x90lbs
each side onn the crossover, the 90 is a PR, VERY clean reps which i dont usualy do


then dips with 45lbs(6) and 75lbs(6)
no pr there but still damn hard.


since im "cutting" and pushing very hard on the chest movements especialy dips i decided to only do cables for triceps isolation

so 3 sets of reverse ez bar pulldowns
didnt know what weight i could use so i did 80-90-90(hard pulley not those easy ones that u can do 150 easly)

then 1 regular pulldown @ 100lbs 6times got pumped enough
my pump is still here

whats working the best is the E.C.S and endurance thing in the no
i reallly feel the extra strenght and endurance pr'ing during a cutting cycle is AWESOME
3weeks:
33" to 30" waist
arms:14.6 to 14.5
legs: still 22
chest about 42.5 down from 43.5
calves are still 16"
