I'm not sure what I find more impressive -- that you're doing a competition or that you're 17 and doing a competition.
Your attitude is amazing...when I was 17 I don't think I had the chutzpah to get up on stage, even if I had the muscles. Heck, I'm still not sure I'm not too shy for competition...I am SO impressed by your focus & dedication.
54 days, you're going to do AWESOME.

Thank you. I appreciate the kind words.
I hear of alot of women being to shy but the only shy problems I have are with taking pictures but when it comes to being on stage...let's just say I'm not hiding behind the curtain. Hopefully I'll be able to get this lat spread figured out so that it becomes second nature...I thought the dieting would be the hard part but I was proven wrong. Anyways, I just had breakfast and am getting ready to head to school so I'll post todays meal, which isn't much different, when I get some free time at school.

Just curious...those seems like really low cals on that diet..is that what you'll maintain all cutting phase and the same foods everyday?
sarawood6
04-20-2005, 11:29 AM
They dont have a novice class so I have no option...
And supposedly the guy who wrote this out is going to change it as the wees pass to fit...I know nothing so I just put my trust in him.

Hey guys. Sorry it's been forever...
We'll I got down to like 13% and realized I'm not ready to commit to this lifestyle yet. I'm just too much of a kid. Graduation is coming quick. A week from today actually. So anyways, my schedule isn't predictable anymore from all the long days on the lake wakeboarding and skiing with all my friends. I'll try it again next fall...
I disappointed myself but I'm having a great time with all my friends so that means more to me anyway.
Noticed I lost like 63 rep points? Oh well, I haven't been online much with summer here but what can I say? It's so much prettier outside...

Don't worry too much about the rep points - We'll get to know you from what you do post as opposed to how much you post, and will judge from there.
You are YOUNG! You are more than right to enjoy yourself - There is lots of time to get serious about this lifestyle; Just keep your goals in the back of your mind over the summer and in fall you're probably be eager to get back to it. :) Take care!

Enjoy your summer!! Don't be disappointed in yourself. You will be able to reach your goals when the time is right. Also, you didn't lose any rep points. Everyone's points were cut down by 1/10 because some people were complaining about the rep system or something so they changed it.

Thanks you guys. I actually hurt my neck trying to show off wakeboarding the other day so I haven't been able to really workout much lately but I'll be back in there before Friday I hope. By-the-way, I'm GRADUATING Saturday!!! I'm so excited. Anyways, I'll try to update my logs soon and hopefully get back in the gym and make some new ones. I hope everyone is enjoying the weather as much as I am. I've been on the lake everyday for 3 weeks now. Have a great summer everyone!!!
