I just ordered these two and I will be doing a log on my experience with them. I have used several creatines in the past and I will be comparing this to...

Creatine Monohydrate
Swole V2
SAN V12
VNS Jacked

I have used Body Octane before and I like it for the endurance it gives me in the gym/pool/surfing/basketball court. It is an expensive supplement but I think it will work well with Clout. I will be taking these two together for the entire log.

I will also be supplementing with...

Substance WPI
Scivation XTEND
HFS Total EFA
Xtreme Pro 4 (Protein Blend)
Muscle Milk (Ultra Peptide when I run out)
Pro Vitamin Complete (Liquid Multivitamin)
Sesathin (may or may not use it, depends)

Stats: 6'0, 162 lbs, 18% BF.

I've been training off and on for 3 years and I started at 137 lbs. I just recently (last 6 months or so) figured out my body, metabolism and how I should train. I have some fat on me but I don't look fat at all. If you saw a picture of me you would think I was 12-14%.

Workout Routine: M-F in the AM. Following the Muscle Now Program (it works!). I will be going to "Total Failure" on all work sets.

Nutrition: I am once again following the Muscle Now Program and I will be starting at 3,000 calories and increasing them by 500 each week if need be.

Please Note: I am also going to be testing "Blue Rhino" by Controlled Labs. I don't feel that a natural test booster will in any way effect the results of MAN Clout. I am in all likelihood going to get bloodwork done for the test booster. That is proof enough as to whether that product does what it claims to do or not.

I will be starting this log on Monday, April 25th. Please don't expect much until then.

I am very active out of the gym so I would like some endurance and recovery to start things off. I am in the ocean a lot (surfing, scuba diving) and I play basketball a few times a week when I have the time. And secondly, I want some more mass and muscle definition (who doesn't?). This is where the program is supposed to come into play and it has worked so far (2 weeks in).

I am 162 now and I would like to be 170 by the end of the log. This would be approximately 2 lbs a week.

I have a question J Rod. Will there be significant water retention on Clout? It isn't a big deal if there is but I just want to know beforehand. And how should I take Clout to maximize the benefits of it? Follow the bottle instructions? What is best to mix it with to mask the taste as best as possible? Would some Fruit Punch Powerade do the trick?

I have not noticed any water retention on this. Possibly due to the electrolytes in the formula.

Fruit punch powerade could do the trick nicely. It actually tastes good, it is just the after taste.

Good luck on reaching 170 lb. With your activity, if you reach it, that would be a great testament to the product and your training/nutrition.

Glad to see you are starting your log. I'm definately interested in both the supps but unfortunately Body Octane is a bit out of my price range at the moment.

I'll probably run Clout in about a month of good luck and I'll be watching.

I am going to have to bump my calories up I already know it. I am guessing I will end up around 4k calories.

I will be impressed even if I lean out some during the log. I would love to be 175 lbs and 10% BF. That is still a ways off but if I could stay above 160 and shed a few % points of BF I would be happy as well.

Week 1: 2 warmup sets on first excersize of each body part, 4 work sets, 60 seconds of rest, 4-7 rep range.

Week 2: 2 warmup sets on first excersize of each body part, 5 work sets, 60 seconds of rest, 8-11 rep range.

Week 3: 2 warmup sets on first excersize of each body part, 5 work sets, 60 seconds of rest. 4-7 rep range.

Week 4: 2 warmup sets on first excersize of each body part, 2 work sets, 120 seconds of rest, 8-11 rep range.

Nutrition


Pre Workout (the same everyday)

1 scoop Xtreme Pro Protein (Blend) + 1 cup 2% Milk
Bagel + Cream Cheese
12 oz OJ + Bannana

(30 min later) 12 oz. Powerade + Clout + Body Octane

(30 min later) 1 scoop WPI + Xtend (on way to gym)


Post Workout (the same everyday)

1 scoop WPI + Xtend + 30g dextrose

(30 min later)

1 scoop Xtreme Pro Protein (Blend) + 1 cup 2% Milk
Bagel + Cream Cheese
12 oz OJ + Bannana


Non Workout Meals will contain 60g of protein, 90g of complex carbs and some EFAs.

Bedtime Meal will be Muscle Milk until I run out... and then I am switching to Ultra Peptide.

Wow that was fast! I got them in the mail today so I will be starting the log now. I am sipping on the Powerade/Clout/Octane mix as I write this... and it doesn't taste bad at all.

I'll keep you all updated.

Oh J-Rod... should I keep Clout in the fridge along with the Body Octane?

EDIT: Wow I can feel the extra B-Alanine. That itchy tingling sensation is creeping up on me. I actually like it. :D

I have been on this for a few days and the damn stuff doesn't dissolve at all. It sinks directly to the bottom of my juice. I might be sending it back to bb.com if I don't find a remedy asap.

The CLOUT will give you the same tingly feeling.
