Hey all, here to let all of you know how my Novadex XT experience goes. I stocked up on 4 bottles, and will be going 4 caps per day for 8 weeks. In addition to the Novadex Xt, I will finish up a bottle of Anavol within the next couple weeks. I also take a multi in the morning.

I am 5'11" at 170 lbs (starting 4/18 morning). I will check my weight every monday morning, lol helps me keep sane throughout the week and also helps me see improvements as apposed to thinking im getting nowhere checking every morning. I have been working out for about 2 years, but recently blew out my knee playing lacrosse and had to get surgery on 2/11. I was 180 then, but after 3 weeks dropped down to 163....ugh. Most of it was in my right leg, but a noticeable amount also came from my upper body. Since then, I have been hitting the weights harder than ever, and getting my diet in shape.

I work out 6 days a week (mon-sat). Mon, Wed, and Fri are dedicated to physical therapy, and dont do any upper body those days. The other days of the week I split up my upper body. I am not going to outline my workout right now, because we will get into that as I get more into my log.

I will explain my diet though, because it is roughly the same everyday.

7:30 - 4 whole eggs, 2 slices wheat toast w/ peanut butter, milk.
mid-morning snack - usually protein bad
lunch - some chicken breasts, complex carb, and fruit/veggies
mid-afternoon - usually some more chicken, or if I feel like eating out, I go to a healthy cafe that rocks the chicken breasts and stuff (personal fav is Fitness cafe)
post-workout - 50 grams whey shake.
dinner - lean red meat/poultry/fish, veggies, no carb.

My goal with this is to take in enough protein while trying not to bloat up on carbs. that is why i dont have carbs at dinner, dont want them sitting in my stomach when i go to sleep. I also am pretty easy going with it. If I can't/dont want to go with my chicken at lunch or something I will choose the healthiest alternative (but always keeping protein priority).

Thats about it. I just took my first dose a few minutes ago. I'll let you all know how the stuff goes, I'm not expecting any sudden gains overnight, so I'll just have too wait and see how it goes, hopefully it will be a good 8 weeks with many changes.

Hey all-

I had my first dose of the stuff last night. Felt the same as any other day. Tonights workout was pretty good, got a great pump and upped some of my weights. It wasnt anything from last nights dose, just got a good one in tonight.

Started off 15 min on stair master...thats always fun.
Reverse Pec Dec - 4 X 20 (rear delts weak point, making them priority)
Clean and Press - 5X5
Hammer Strength Shoulder press - 4X10, 8, 6, 6
Lat Raises - 3X10

E-Z bar Curls - 4X8
DMBL. Hammer Curls - 4X10
superset with
French Press - 4X10

Close grip Barbell Press's - 4X6
Dips - 2 X max


So tonight i got a good workout in, just took my second dose and going off to bed in about 15 min. See ya later.


Oh ya.....what does that "subscribed," that Mestup mean? I have never heard it before on the boards and dont know what hes talking about....anyone? Bueller?

it means i subscribed to your thread. It's an option that makes it so i can see if there have been replies to this thread since last time i looked and i can easily access the thread through 'User CP'

Oh cool, I didnt know about that subscribe thing.

Solid - I have been on anavol for about 3 weeks, pretty decent gains but doubt I will be doing it again. LAHALAHALAH!!! I feel you needed that.

Worked out today....first time ever with a training partner. It felt great, definatly more focused and intense, dont want to look like a tool the first time training with someone so u try ur hardest...ya know?

Anyways we did Back, and he wanted to get arms again, so why not....

Hey all-

Last night before I went to bed, I noticed 2 pimples on my upper back, wierd because I havent had any in like 5 months. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it was a random flare-up, or if it related to the Novadex Xt. Hopefully it wont get any worse.

This morning I just slept through my alarm by like 30 minutes, and I felt like death....I went to school, but came home at 11 and slept until 130, then went back for my sixth hour. At four when I came home I slept until seven....ugh. I have no energy and my throat is incredibly sore. I also had noooo appetite, which sucks.

I was going to work out but decided not to and try and get over this as soon as possible. Hopefully this Novadex Xt is not the reason for decreased energy. I know M1T causes lack of energy and appetite, but hopefully this will not.

Gonna go to bed, and we'll see how I feel tomarrow, I'll keep u posted, see ya later.

Hey all....been gone for a few days, sorry.

I came down with a cold on thursday, which took me until saturday to recover from. I couldnt workout until sunday, and on sunday I golfed with my pops.

I still kept up with my doses though. This morning...monday i wiehged myself and weighed in at 167 lbs....ugh....down three lbs. The only way I can figure it is from not being able to eat on thursday friday and saturday. Hopefully I will jump back up to 170 by next week, I might check it on thursday just to see.

I had physical therapy today, added some new stuff and am feeling good. It sucks though, can't jog until around week 14, and Im at week 10, so another month to be anxious....lol fun.

I will be working out tomarrow on my chest, delts, tris. I am excited cause hopefully I gained some strength, I will let you know how it goes. I'll see ya.

Got into the gym today, first time since ive been sick 5 days ago.

Cardio - 15 min. on stair master at level 8
Incline Bench Press - 5X5 (increased by 10lbs and made all reps)
Clean and Press - 5X5
Hammer Strength Incline - 4X8
Overhead Dmbl. Press - 4X8

I felt like crap after this and still have bunches of homework so I ended it there, but was pretty satisfied with it after being sick for a few days. No side effects yet, those pimples and stuff went away after a few days, most likely a flare-up. I think I am starting to see some gains in strength (my incline bench), hopefully will continue to most other lifts the rest of the week or next.

Hey all-

Past two days have been really good, i didnt check my weight this thursday, so im extra anxious to check it on mon.

I have started to notice that some of the puffiness is going away from my nips. I dont have huge gyno or anything, but i a little from puberty and its already going down. My strength is definatly going up, today I did back and bi's and my back was stronger on 2 or my 3 main excersizes. There hasnt been any side affects that I know of yet, so I will keep you posted on that.

Hello fellas

Things have been going really good so far. Tomarrow will be the 2 week mark...and i feel good. My weights have already started to increase in the gym. On almost every lift I am either getting more weight up, or more reps...so I'm excited about that. I'm also starting to get some stretch marks behing my shoulder...awsome. Today I did Delt's and Tri's.

Clean and Press - 5 x 5 (upped 10lbs.)
Dmbl. Press - 4 x 8
Bent Laterals - 4 x 15
Upright Rows - 3 x 8
Hammer Strength Press - 3 x 8

Close Grip Barbell - 4 x 8 (upped 15 lbs.)
Dips - 4 x max (bodyweight...im getting around 15, when i used to get around 8)
Press downs- - 3 x 10

Tomarrow I weigh myself, since i was sick last week I was down 3 weeks...but I'm feeling really good and i know i got those 3 back....hopefully gained. No side affects at all, hopefully im not jynxing myself by saying that. Ill let ya'll know what my wieght is tomarrow and how physical therapy goes.

It was monday...u know what that means, weigh-in time. UP 5 LBS since last monday. I'm sitting at 172 right now. I'm loving this stuff so far.

started at 170
week 1 - 167 ( got sick remember?)
week 2 - 172

I am getting pretty good lifting in. Nice and short (around 45-hour) while the weights are progressivly heavier. At week 2 the advertisement said this is when my test is the highest, and stay at 400% the remaining time im on it. So I am hoping my strength will keep coming while a 1.5-2 lbs a week get added to my frame.

I am also getting leaner while gaining wieght. I have always had some fat around my belly, but with the stairmaster 3 times a week, and working out 6 days a week and the right diet...I think im on the right track. I will keep u posted, see ya

Back, Bi's, and Forearms today. I definatly tell that my strength is going up. My pullups are getting easier and easier each workout. Heres what it looked like today.
Barbell rows
High Pully Rows
Pull ups
Dmbl. rows.
Reverse Curl
Pulley Curl
Inclien Hammer curl
Supersetted barbell wrist curls w/ dmbl wrist curls
ab's

I got some free protein powder (ON strawberry whey) and amino fuel pills by Twinlab, so Im gonna get those in too. I like the strawberry, so im gonna be downing alot more of that.

No other news...hope this week is as good as last. Ill keep ya posted

I doubt your gonna notice big strength gains from one week of an anti estorgen... probally just placeboo. Good log and good luck with the product.

Hey all-

Ya the strength gains have been slowing, so prob placebo, but i still love placebo, lol.

Havent posted in a while, sorry busy with school and crap. Friday night won 2nd state title in a row...30-0 past two years, 53-3 past three years, now thats what I'm talking about.

Pt has been good, so has the workouts, still getting a good pump and feeling swollen all over, hehe. I weigh myself tomarrow, i think I got in another pound or two, Ill keep you posted, see ya later.

Hey all-

Long time not talk, sorry my bad

Good work outs the past few days. I monday I weighd 173, up 1 lbs, not bad. Still gaining strength on all lifts, and feeling bigger all over.

No side effects 3 weeks in, so I like it.
