Controlled Labs Green Mag? Or how about creatine in general? I have been taking it a little while and my mouth always seems so dry no matter how much water i drink. Does anyone have any suggestions/reasonings behind this?

do you keep track of how much water you drink? you may think you're drinking enough, but you may not be. Keep it between 1.5-2 gallons of water a day.
