i would cut out any cold cereal. look through the boards, especially on the paost your keto diet thread (or something like that), it posts samples on what everyone's typical day looks like. for dinner you can have steak, fish, ground beef, wings, turkey, etc... with some veggies.

Hey there,

What im going to tell you is my suggestions from my successful experience so far. Take it or leave it. You can read my journal for some good food choices. 5 meals or so a day, spread out around every 3 hrs or so is good to keep metabolism rockin 24/7. Drink water all the time. No sugars. No cereal, breads, candy, pasta, anything with carbohydrates in it. You will take in carbs, but from certain foods.

You want to eat lean meats (ham, turkey, chicken, seafood), certain veggies, almonds, eggs, turkey bacon, cheese (dont go overboard) -- here's the key-- in portions! Like I mentioned, check out my journal and others'. There, you can find some valueable information.
