Goal: About 3 weeks ago, I started to cut, what I thought, and I started getting really bad cravings for junk food and would eat it. Well I saw this stuff, and said Im going to try it. Basically, I want to decrease my bodyfat to about 6-8%.
Stats: Age 17, Weight 178, Bodyfat: ~15%(guesstimate)
Training: I will lift 5 days a week, and do cardio 3-4 times a week
Monday: Back/Shoulders/Traps
Tuesday: Abs and cardio
Wendesday: Legs and biceps
Thursday: Abs and cardio
Friday: Chest and Triceps
Saturday: maybe some light cardio
Sunday: run 6.6 miles in the morning
Diet: I will be eating a clean diet, of 35 g protein/55 g carbs/8 g fat per meal for 6 meals a day. The numbers will not be exact each meal, but I will try to get about 210 g protein/330 g carbs/48 g fat a day for 2 weeks. Then I will adjust the numbers by week according to my chart(I will post them as they change). Carbs will be mainly from whole wheat bread and oatmeal and veggies(brocolli, peppers and spinach). Protein will be from chicken, tuna, cottage cheese(lowfat), egg whites and whey. Fats will be from Fish Oil and Natural Peanut butter.
Dosage: It says for people under 20% bodyfat, not to even take it, but I am doing it anyways(why waste $44.99?). So I will take 1/2 serving in the morning before breakfast, and 1/2 serving before dinner.
I have before pics, and when I am completely done with the jug, I will take after pics and post them both up at the same time.

There is the link for those who have never seen the supplement before.
1st Day
I took it at 530 this morning and drank the 16 ounces of water immediately after. When I went to eat my breakfast at 6, after my bowl of oatmeal, I already felt stuffed. I liked it. I had to stuff my egg whites and cottage cheese down. At school, whenever I drank water, the full feeling came back. I think this is going to be a promising supplement for those who are in need of dire weight loss.

Took it this morning like regular, didnt notice the fullness as much as yesterday. I just figured oh well, I read I should wait 1-1.5 week to feel full effect of it.
I took my serving before dinner, and I felt like I was going to throw up. I barely finished the 16 oz of water I felt so full. Man I had to go lay down so I didnt throw up.

Satiety is good a sign, a very good sign in fact. Although if you're truly at 15% bodyfat you might actually be slightly leaner than ideal for Rebirth. Still, it definitely should help you in some regards, appetite suppresion "& then some".

Also, if you want to accelerate your weightloss, ideally, you should replace the natural peanut butter with lecithin granules. Yes, I know natty-PB is rigloriously delicious, but the phospholipid/nutritive content and emulsification properties of the lecithin granules will give you even further benefits in terms of leptin sensitivity and metabolic augmentation. Plus lecithin is pretty damn yummy too: it's got kind of a nice buttery-taste thing going on.

The basic probably wouldve been better for you to use and you couldve but two of them for less than you paid for rebirth. Either way, hope it works out for you.

Lecithin is an emulsifier-slash-badass-source-for-phospholipids-and-integral-nutrients.
Considering emulsification of lipids is necessary for the optimal activity of hormone sensitive lipase (HSL), which is the rate-limiting step for lipolysis in the human body, I'd consider it a worthy investment right there. Plus it positively modulates fatty acid oxidation and lipogenic gene expression and a few other things and is pretty much the bomb and the general shiznit.

Chris:
Is there a specific brand or product of lecithin granules you recommend. I love the avant labs products but I hear the employees are real poo poo heads.
P.S. Leptigen Basic is friggen awesome, especially combined with sesathin. I have been taking my sesathin with oilve oil and I would like an alternative fat source to take it with.

You can just use NOW's Lecithin. That ones fine by me.

Can you expand on "poo poo head"...? And does this characterization extend to me?

Definitely lecithin.

Sarcasm doesn't work well in writing. I was referring to you.....sarcastically of course. You are in actuallity quite the wealth of information (no sarcasm). I find the majority of your posts quite informative and follow you on a couple of boards. And when your posts are not informative, they are a good source of comedic relief.

Agreed. One of the tastiest additions to a bowl of oats, and very budget friendly in addition to all it's great benefits.

Oh. Yeah, that didn't translate well I guess. But I mean, then again, now that you mention it, Spook can be kind of a dick sometimes when he gets on his "thiol/redox high horse", and Justin just never seems to want to cuddle after meetings...

Well I took it today, nothing really exciting. I did notice something today though, since I have started taking this stuff, I have had no cravings for junk food. I thought that was pretty cool. Before when I saw my friends eating pop tarts and candy, Id get hungry and get some. But now I dont even think about it.

I love the way this stuff makes me not have cravings for junk food. On fridays, they serve Pizza Hut pizza, and my friends always eat it. And usually I would crave it so bad when I smelled it. Today, nothing. I loved it.
And today, It looked like I was starting to get more definition. 1 week weigh in tomorrow.

1 week weigh in: 179. This is probably due to the diet change, but I still feel awesome. I cant wait for the weeks to come to see how this supplement helps.

It's probably mostly fluid gain at this point. IP6 generally causes a lot of intracellular water-retention within your muscle cells, so it's most likely a slight myrofibrillar/volumization gain.

I lowered my calories today, from 2500 to 2250. I will eat that for about 2-3 weeks, then lower them to about 2000. We'll have to see if this stuff helps curve the carb cravings that usually come when you eat lower carbs than normal.

It should. It's designed to increase leptin sensitivity a fair bit, which means your body will comparatively think it's getting more "fed" from the food you eat than a less sensitive individual's brain would be able to perceive.
The abs will come.

since this stuff causes water retention in the intracellular way or whatever you said, could that cause my abs not to show? just curious

Today was a special today at school. After we did our thing, they served pizza. I didnt want to eat any at all, but since I paid $2.00 I figured Id better eat some. I ate 1 piece(tried to find the smallest piece I could). Normally after this, I would be the first to run up to get more. Not now. I was satisfied with one piece. I guess before I would listen to my head and not my stomach. Now I listen to my stomach and not my head.
