Heya folks,
Kinda been holding off on posting this but I dunno if this was the right section. I'm at the gym 4-5 days a week and it's weird. I always have chest cracking urges, especially after the day of doing chest destruction. Do any of you have the same problem? :D It feels real good. It just cracks randomly when I for example open the frig or lean forward from sitting. I don't have any medical condition or anything. Sometimes I get a bad urge to crack the chest and it just won't crack. Then I just let it chill and usually the next day it cracks when I wake up really nicely. I'm wondering, is it normal? I thought, hey it's maybe a good thing, sign of chest growing. :)
