Matt of Omega Sports has entrusted with to do a log on Power Jolt. This product looks good on paper and seems to be real good deal:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/omega/power.html
I have been off of X-Factor for about over a week now. After getting off that i got back on to Seasthin and Fish oil. I have not been on any stimulants since January in which i was testing out Neurostim + C.
Power Jolt hopefully will help me with those days that i am already beat from school and help me excel in the weight room and cardio.

I think this is probaly the best time to test out Power Jolt, for i have 3 weeks left of this semester. I have 4 finals, 2 computer projects, 1 Web book, 1 Accounting test (not the final). So all this will take its drain on me and this is where i get to see just how Power Jolt might help me.
Matt said i can use this pre workout and for finals and other school stuff that i lack energy in, but mostly this is for workout. I just thought i give it an all round test

This is only the first day, i didnt really feel anything, but then again shoulder/trap day isnt draining for me its just my easy day
My workout schedule is usually this:
Shoulder/traps
Back
Chest, little bit of triceps
Legs
Arms
Now there might be a rest day in between any of those workouts depending how my school work is going, etc. On mondays i really dont have time to train considering my last class ends at 8 so that is usually my off day

Yestraday I consumed my first 4 caps about 5:30pm (it states not to take after 6) and i could not sleep until about 3am, so i figure do not take 6-8 hours before sleeping.
Since i didnt get jack for sleep, 5 1/2 hours, i consumed 4 caps before my 11am class and i felt wide awake just as if i had gotten a good nights sleep, i even felt good too

Sometimes i do close grip bench, but i will indicate so. I usually do both for i have realized i get more out of my chest fibers, same with the 2 different flyes.
I usually try to vary off the amount of exercises i do for each bodypart/day, which means next week on chest will be simplier

I was soo pissed half way through my workout for when i was looking for the 2 sets of 30lb dbbell, these stupid juiced fools had both sets, yet they were just talking and talking, so i walked over there and asked if they were using both (hoping for a polite response of sure go ahead) instead i get YEAH, so i asked can i borrow them for a sec while yall talk? he goes yea, then one guy just glared at me with his head tilted down and rolled his eyes, i should have just ****ing busted his jaw with that 30lb dbbell upper cut,b ut that would have been 3 vs. 1, not too smart...so i used that as fuel, along with my gf telling me a constable was such a prick to her that he made her cry.
so along with all that fuel and motivation i had Power Jolt inside of me so you can imagine i had a hell of a workout

Sorry its been so long, after losing my comp and car over a week ago, everything has been harder esspecially now that i started work.
I have still hit the weight room and cardio. I worked out 3x last week amid all the things i had to do. To help me with school and work I consumed Power Jolt. I am a cashier at Target and i noticed after 4 hours at the lane my eyes just get tired so thats when i noticing it wearing off, but it does last plenty long.
My workouts last week:
Tues: Shoulders and 2 1/2 miles
Thursday: Ran across campus to weight room (roughly a mile, hills, steps) and then back. I did my legs, yet was cautious not to do squats bc of my groin. I stil feel pain in it time from time.
Friday: Chest and 2 miles running.
I seem to have plenty of energy amid all the stress from work and school. I have one week left of finals. Finals start Wed and end on Monday. It shouldnt be too bad, but I am pretty burned out from this semester.
Thanks for your patience and understanding as to why i have not updated my log in awhile, not having a comp is a bitch. (i am at the school library)

just let me know head of time, i work at target now plus i workout at the campus rec center. So your a LMR rep now, interesting....
Well guys GOOD ****ING NEWS, i got my comp back and i will be updating this log every day or so.
I been studying for finals the past week as i was ****ing sick, yet managed to make a B in Accounting test, A in sports training and a C in Bio A&P, i really feel it helping me concentrate to study and when i take the exam, i feel sharp. I seem to feel it more today for it lasted me for my exam and then for work today.
Thanks for the understanding guys. I got one more final Monday.
P.S. i think this helped me shed some BF and im still 192lbs. Also I HIGHLY Recommend buying a pull up bar for the door frame, it has really helped my back get bigger and more ripped, i love it. that is has been my main source of working out the past few days since i been sick

Saturday - I did my arms and then had work. I could tell Power Jolt hadnt run out on me, for i was still feeling by the time i got to work (Sorry i dont have the details to my workout, my workout log is at home and i am at my gf's place)
Sunday - I used this after work to help me study, took about 4pm and it didnt keep me up at all. I was focused more than usual.
Monday - I worked out my chest, did 4-5 sets of the following
Bench dbbell
Incline dbbell
Decline dbbell
Cable crossovers
Machine flyes
Close grip bench
It felt good to workout, cant say if i lasted longer, but i did feel focused during the workout and determined.
Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - I got my gf to try it out since she got 4 hours of sleep for work and she didnt say much, but when she got off at 1130 and i was just waking up, i could tell it worked for she was Wide awake and didnt wanna take a nap. She said she isnt tired.

I assume she is smaller than you (nothing wrong with it of she's not:)) and most of the time girls will have a lower tolerance for things, so it should do quite well for her. Kepp us posted.

The ALCAR does have fat burning properties, so yes, it may be helping you trim down, but to be honest, used as a stand-alone, it will not burn a huge amount or anything.

well she has had experiences with xenderine efa and hydroxycut with ephedra, but all about 3 years ago or so. I do have her on Lean Green, she is going to try a 2nd dose friday morning.

walked 200m, jogged 1/2 mile, did intervals of sprinting 100m, then walking 100m; did 8 x 100m sprints
I felt like i oculd go longer, but i knew this was enough in the weight room, but as far as cardio goes, i was exchausted.

This workout was after work at Target where i am cashier, so i was worn out, but i felt i pulled out a intense workout with this stuff

Work has been kicking my ass and i still have energy to go workout afterwards. I consume Power Jolt before work, since i usually dont get off til after 6 most the time, but when i close i take the power jolt before my early workout. I believe this has really helped me.
BTW - My friends really want another dose of this stuff for they believe it helped ever since they worked out without. I showed them where to order it and those cheapskates split a bottle, cheap bastards....
