Keto Choco Muffins
45g Whey ( I used On 100% 2 servings)
45g Flaxmeal (3 servings)
2 Extra Large Eggs
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
9 packets (3 tablespoons) of splenda
Combine Whey, Olive oil, water, baking powder,2 egg yolks,
Chocolate and nutmeg in a bowl and take the sperated 2 eggwhites
and beat until fluffy. Fold Eggwhite into mixture.
Bake at 325 C for 10 min.
After out of the oven take immediately out and cool, you do NOT want to overbake these muffins or they will get REALLY tough.
Eat One or Two with some nice Black/Green Tea and it will surpress your hunger for atleast 2 hrs.
Makes 8 Medium Sized Muffins
