Wussup,

First off, I'll post info about myself. I'm 15 years old, 6'1", about 210 when I wake up, and about 18% bf. Stats are in sig. I just bought a tub of this stuff when I ran out of my Swole V2.

My current routine is a modified routine of the BFS (Bigger, Faster, Stronger) program, for those of you who don't know what that is, it's a sport training routine. I lift Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday are used for speed, agility, plyometrics, etc. I've been seeing some pretty good results on this program, sooo...

Oh yeah, and I'm taking SuperPump250 with EAS Whey Protein, Multi-Vitamin (Generic ****), Flaxseed Oil, and Fish Oil.

This was my first day taking this. It was an off day, of course. I took it on an empty stomach, about 10 minutes after I woke up. I took 1 scoop, since this was an off-day, and since this was my first day taking it. I mixed this one scoop in with 10 oz. of water. It tasted good, for the first couple of drinks. But oh ****, once I started chugging it, I had to stop about 2 oz. from the bottom. I thought, damn, it tastes like koo-laid with no sugar...(I got the Fruit Punch flavor). I'll fix that problem though, I got some gatorade powder reserved for it next time, that'll solve that bitch.

Anyways, about 20 minutes after I took it, I wanted to see what it could do. I did 99 push-ups (just messin around)...1x20, 1x15, 3x10, 1x9, 1x8, and 1x7. That was a pretty good pump, only 1 scoop, and 99 push-ups, and it gave me a pretty good pump. Can't wait until tomorrow, I'm gonna take 2 scoops, do a complete workout.

I also got a question about this, I workout at 6:30 in the morning, with the football team. I wake up at 5:00, now, how do I take this with my pre-workout meal? Or even with my pre-workout shake 15 minutes before my workout? I mean, since you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach...?

Well, today was my first time taking it on a workout day. I woke up at 5:00, took 2 scoops of SuperPump 250 at 5:45 on an empty stomach. I tried to eat something at 6:15 and drink a protein shake, but I could only eat a damn protein bar, and I was too lazy to mix my whey protein in the car. So, we ended up starting our workout at about 5:45, and here it was...

Bench- 135 1x8, 170 3x8, 145 1xBurnout (as many as you can do)
Squat- 235 4x8

Power Clean Shrugs- 170x5, 185x4, 195x3, 205x2, 225x1 (These were basically just where you deadlift it up off the floor and explode up into a shrug.)
Lunges- 135 3x10
Dumbell Military Press- 50s 3x8
Shoulder Pulls- 60s 3x10
Neck Press- 50 3x10

I think that was all. I could have done more on bench, and I felt I could have done more on squats. Then comes Clean Shrugs, holy ****, I felt like I could have cleaned 225 pounds when I picked it up. This SuperPump 250 worked, I got a damn good pump all throughout the workout, and I had a ton of energy, I didn't want to leave the weight room, in fact, the whole workout, while I wasn't doing a main lift, I was either doing push-ups or sit-ups. After the workout was done, and everybody was cleaning up the weights, I did 3x10 on dips, the energy remained during school for about an hour, then slowly started to fade away, it was pretty crazy. I'm sore right now, because I did a little more weight than I normally do and I was more intense and focused. I feel this products effect already, I'll keep you posted for tomorrow on agility day...peace!

Yea, a lot of people say it didn't do **** for em, but for others, like me, for whatever reason it works pretty good...

Wussup, well, today was agility day. Just some light conditioning, agility drills, speed drills, you know, and plyometrics. I had some added energy, and I actually got a pump when we were doing clap push-ups, and I was so sore from yesterday's intense workout I couldn't even finish my clap push-ups! Anyways, can't wait until tomorrow, I'm still debating on whether or not I'll use 2 or 3 scoop since tomorrows a lifting day, btw I took only 1 scoop this morning (today was a non-lifting day)...

5:30 Ate some oats and protein bar...
6:15 Took my Superpump 250, started the workout at about 6:45...

This plan right here worked better than yesterdays, I feel like the SuperPump 250 absorbed better, so I'll be eating an hour before my workout, then take my SuperPump 250 at about 6:15...peace!

4-20-05 National Pot Smoking Day...

Wussup, well today we lifted. I ate at 5:30, then took 2 scoops at 6:20. I think this is what I'll do from now on, it seems to work pretty good. Anyways, here's what we did:

Close Grip Bench- 155 4x6 +10 lbs.
Dumbbell Incline- 65s 4x6 +15 lbs.
Front Squats- 135 4x6 Always do 135, everybody does this, plus it kills my wrists
Push Press- 155 4x6 +10 lbs...these were easy as hell, i'll go up next time.
Power Cleans- 155x5 165x4 175x3 185x2 205x2 225x1 HELL YEA! I got 225 this time, all time high...
Step-Ups- No weight This was unusual, he wanted us to do no-weighted step ups as fast as we can, still hit the quads pretty hard though...

I think that's all we did, but can't remember. But this morning was an intense workout, I mean my focus was up, energy, all my lifts had gone up almost, so overall it was real good.

A weird thing happened though, I was mixing the 2 scoops in a shaker in the car, and it was one of those shakers where you just popped the lid on instead of screwing it on. Then I shook it up for about 10 seconds, and I was holding it in my hand, and all of a sudden the damn thing just exploded! I mean the fukin lid just exploded off of it, and the **** went everywhere, what the hell was this all about?

Wussup, today I woke up at 5:00 like usual, and I ate at around 5:45, and took 1 scoop of SuperPump 250 at around 6:20 since this was agility day. I'm starting to feel added focus, and also more endurance. Basically we just did the basic plyometrics, agility drills, speed drills, etc. you know. I felt good, but something I am feeling, is a lot of soreness. Idk if this is from the SuperPump 250 or what, maybe it's from the more intense workouts I'm having now...idk, peace out!

P.S.- Tomorrow I'll take 3 scoops, I'll see what happens then...:)

Today I took 3 scoops of SuperPump 250, and I just about went crazy, in a good way. Here was our workout:

Squat- 235 1x6, 255 1x6, 295 3x6 (HELL YEA!!!)
Bench- 175 4x8

Hex Bar High Pulls- 135 3x6
Behind-The-Neck Press- 105 4x6
Neck Press- 50 3x10

Not a long workout at all, but it was good. I hit an all time high on squats, before this day I could barely get 275 for 3x6, so I'm pretty happy about that...BUT...

Side Effects Noticed 4/17-4/22: Not nothing big, slight acne, but something I did really notice...was some slight pain in maybe the kidney? I don't know, it's like right above my waist-line (my real waist, not my damn belly button), and it's on both sides of my abs. At first, I thought it was just ab soreness, but now I notice every time I cough, it kind of hurts...just thought I tell you...peace!

P.S.- I MIGHT update the log over the weekend, but only if some more side effects pop up or something, I'll be taking 1 scoop both Saturday and Sunday...

Wussup, well today I'm back, and I didn't take any SuperPump 250 over the weeked, alright so I took 3 scoops this morning, I don't recommend this! I think it caused my body to overload on all the stimulants or some ****, because normally I can get all my reps, but this time I didn't:

Power Cleans- 145 1x5 155 1x4 165 1x3 175 185 1x2 205 1x1
Push Press- 155 3x6
Hex Bar Shrugs- 135 3x12 (This is all the weight we do; don't know)
Neck Press- 50 3x10

Bench Press- 165 1x6 175 1x6 185 3x6,4,4 - This is what I normally can do for 3x6, but my arms were dead.
Squat- 275 4x6

Next time I will only take three scoops, it seems to work better that way, well, peace...

Wussup, today was agility day, and I took 1 scoop of SuperPump 250. We just did some agility drills, plyometrics, etc. Tomorrow would normally be a lifting day but the coach wanted to give us a break or some ****, so tomorrow we're just getting our pads and all our equipment. So that means we're going to lift Thursday, Agility Friday, and then I'll lift by myself on Saturday, so I'll c you then...peace!

EDIT: The pain above my waist has disappeared, but another maybe side effect of this product is my aggresion, it's went up. Maybe this is because of the NO releasing the hormone cortisol? But maybe not, maybe it's just something thats happening right now...

Well sorry guys yesterday was an off day so I didn't post anythingm, but I took 1 scoop yesterday.

So today I woke up at 5:00, ate some 2 cups of oats, and a protein bar an hour before my workout, this loading up on carbs seems to work btw. Anyways, I took 2 scoops at 6:20, and started working out at around 6:45 or so. It was a pretty good workout:

Squat: 240x5, 280x5, 3-300x5(GREAT! I added some pounds.)
Bench: 4-175x6 (All my reps this time, added pounds.)

Hang Clean & Press: 4- 135x5 (This was easy as hell, I didn't expect it to be this easy, next time I'll do 155.)
Behind-Neck Push Press- 3- 135x6
Hang Clean Shrugs- 3- 205x10
Neck Press- 65- 3x10

I think that was it, it was a great workout. I had energy through the whole workout, non-jittery. I noticed an OK pump, but not nothing real special. I think 3 scoops is just a waste, wasting the product, plus I think it becomes ineffective because you may be overloading your body with all the stimulants or some ****. 2 scoops is what I will take from now on, even on agility days, and on weekends I'll take 1 scoop. Anyways, the product is working...so I'll c y'all tomorrow...peace!

Hey, today was agility day, I took 2 scoops like I said I was going to, and I defnitely noticed increased energy and I didn't get tired until later on in the workout, so it's working...

NOTICE: Increased vascularity! Noticed it last night in the mirror, I'm noticing bigger veins on the top of my hands, wrists, and veinds running through my forearms...peace!

Wussup, sorry guys for the delay, I didn't have access to a computer this past week, well, I got about 6-8 more scoops left, I started taking 3 scoops on lifting days, and 2 scoops on agility days. Yesterday I took 3 scoops, great workout! I got 185 4x6 on bench not easily, but it wasn't hard neither. I also did 330 3x4 yesterday on squats, and all my auxilary lifts have gone up.

Sides noticed on this cycle: Not much really, slight aggression increase, increase in acne (this was the biggest side effect;not too bad), but something I didn't like was a jittery kind of energy, it was 3 hours after my workout during school last week and I was still shaking a little bit...but nothin major, great product, I'll give it a 9/10

Next log will prolly be either X-Factor, HMB, AnabolX, something in that category, might stack either one of these 3 with Ecdysten and MHC 750...peace!
