i wasn't lifting but my left elbow started to hurt. everytime i lift heavyweights my arm hurts a lot but mostly at the elbow area.
went to the doctor and he said strained ligament near my tricep. its gotten better but its very annoying. i been off weightlifting for a month now.
anyone else go through this too?
