I worked out this morning before work (never done that before) had a speed stack drink. I'm starving right now. Its almost lunch time and I get a 1/2 hour to go out and get something to eat, they're cooking sausages and hotdogs which unfortuantly are not a part of my diet. The problem is around my area there is only fast food. I need some quick ideas for lunch.

P.S. theres a mcdonalds (of course), wendys, subway (which im sick of), chipotle (sick of also), chickfila. So what should I do?

Tuna in a whole wheat or ezekiel tortilla.
Chicken in a whole wheat or ezekiel tortilla.
Brown rice, tuna, and brocolli.
Brown rice, Salsa, and Tuna.
Grilled chicken salad.

Be creative. It's not that hard to think of things to bring.

Alright I'll do that next time. I'm about to go for lunch in about 20min so maybe if you have some sort of idea on what is healthy at a fast food place (if that isnt an oxymoron!) OH and I hate tuna

Can't help you there. Haven't eaten fast food in 3 years.

try a chicken salad with no cheese and no dressing. that's the best choice for fast food.
