Hi guys,
Ian "freaker" Matthews just sent me his company's Mass Muscle Cycle to do a log on here at bb.com. This will consist of:
ECS (Esterized Creatine Supreme) - straight CEE powder
Blue Nitrous - AAKG and Magnesium Peroxide in a liquid delivery
Nitro Juice- this is the product I am most interested in; Citrulline Malate, Di-Arginine Malate, and Rutaecarpine. I am not sure what the deal is on rutaecarpine if Loki or any other genious wants to share some knowledge it would be most appreciated.

And while not an actual component of the Mass Muscle Cycle I will be taking LMR Sports' Redzone Capsules as my thermogenic. The capsules have a collection of some solid ingredients.

These are Ian's dosing instructions that I will be following:

"Pre-workout: ½ scoop ECS in 8 oz water or juice, 6cc BLUE NITROUS, 6cc NITRO JUICE, plenty of water

In-workout: ½ scoop ECS in 8 oz water or juice, plenty of water

Post-workout ½ scoop ECS in 8 oz water or juice, plenty of water (you will keep the pump until you go to sleep if you drink plenty of water)"

This means half-dosing the Blue Nitrous and Nitro Juice which I am wary of since I am pushing 240, but more does not always equal better so we'll see how it goes.
For the Redzone I'll be taking 2 caps in the morning and 2 caps in the early afternoon, but I will try to keep it a few hours from my workout so as not to hinder cell-volumizing.


I will be following a 4/5 day split. The program I am following is bodybuilding, but leans towards building upperbody strength as well. I'll take pictures tonight, and post up my measurements as well.

my goal for these next 8 weeks and to finish burning my fat and keeping or building some muscle
goal is to lose a pound a week of fat at least

I am not going to really list my leg day workouts because they are a joke. I got a bad knee and my quads grow from walking up steps, so I am not real intense. Basically, I am just trying to hang onto some mass and strength. Anyways, good workout. I did notice some veins popping in the forearms and whatnot. Was it the Mass stack? Maybe

Softball Tourney
My team went home with the cup today. Good stuff I took the blue nitrous and PumpJuice before our first game, but we won 40-1 and its hard to gauge endurance in a game like softball that doesnt involve constant running. I did notice that I had some newfound strength this year which I was pleased with.

Thoughts
I believe the ECS is legit. Tastes like garbage, dissolves clear, and I piss like a racehorse. Also, very little bloating that I can see. The Blue Nitrous and PumpJuice also taste bad, but I was amazed to see veins popping the first time I used them. The Redzone caps give decent energy with no crash, but at the same time it wasnt crazy energy like I expected.
So far so good. Tommorrow is when I will start to crush it with this stuff. Bench Day

OK I tore my hand open pretty badly putting down the 105 DB at the end of rows, so my workout after that was pretty half-assed. Felt pretty strong on bench day.

Thoughts:
I am weighing in at about 232 with some strength increases.
I like Redzone. I wasn't feeling it so much at first, but during my 4 days off from lifting (where I was eating complete crap) I actually came in a pound or two lighter and my strength was up from last week (I attribute the strength to the ECS). The ECS (CEE) is legit IMO. I take it before, during, and after the workout and by the end of my workout I am up 5-7 lbs (I drink at least a gallon of water during this time period). I notice better endurance and overall greater explosiveness. Not noticing a greater pump than usual yet.

Height: 6'4-5''
Weight: 234
Chest: 48''
Waist: 38''
Biceps: 17'' (these refuse to grow)
Legs are about: 26'' and 18'' but like I said I dont really train these hard, so I am looking to maintain size. If I start feeling frisky and change my mind I'll let you guys know.

Great log so far. If you are having trouble getting your arms bigger, I'd suggest supersetting triceps and bicep. Larry Scott 3-way-killers on the preacher bench are also awesome for getting size and peak on your biceps.

Okay today was a lightweight day; just need to throw the weights around a little bit to relieve a little stress

Preacher Curls: 80 -10, 80 -10, 80 - 7(and 3 forced reps)

Thoughts:
Got a great pump today; the blue nitrous and nitro juice have definitely begun to kick in (but I did take the full does on both products)

what are 3-way killers?

Superset these 3 exercises back to back on a preacher bench
1. DB curls (both arms at same time)
2. EZ or straight-bar curls
3. Reverse-grip EZ curls

You also want to do as many full reps as you can on each exercise, then burn out with some half reps at the top. The original program recommended 6 full reps and 4 half reps. On the half reps really focus on squeezing at the top. You'll unquestionably get a sick pump, so make sure to really stretch out between rounds on this. You might even try suppersetting this with decline extensions for triceps to get your whole arm pumped. On the decline extensions you can superset DBs to an EZ bar and then burn it out with some close-grip presses with the EZ bar.

Thoughts:
I had some pretty huge strength increases in my bench lately and this was just another great day in that regard. Last week on the bench my last 3 sets were forced (2,1,1). Today everything was all me. Got another big pmup, but not as big as last time (I only used the half doses today on the nitrojuice and Blue Nitrous). Right now, I am loving this stack.

Thoughts
OK, I weighed in yesterday at about 231, so I've lost 3 lbs since the start while my strength has increased. Overall I felt todays workout wasn't that great, because my joints were horrible. I've had shoulder surgery and I seem to be developing tennis elbow. Played some basketball for cardio.

Hey guys realize this is pretty late, but I was going through my old logs and realized that I had never posted the finished review for this. Well better late than never I guess.

Sorry for not posting for so long guys, but with the end of school and moving back home, things have been very hectic for me. I have been able to still lift pretty regularly, but cardio and diet went out the door for the most part.

Measurements beginning is the first measurement, after is the second
Weight: 234 - 234
Chest: 48'' - 48 1/4''
Waist: 38'' - 37 7/8''

Strength Increases
Bench: 270X1 - 285X1 (last sets on bench)
Lat Pulldown: 160X10 - 170X11
CG Bench: 225(+8lb chain)X3 - 245X3

Thoughts
I doubled the dose on the Blue Nitrous and the Nitro Juice(which is the actual recommended dosages) fairly early on. After doing this my pumps have been pretty unreal. I also seem to experience much less soreness. The ECS seems to be working really well for strength, but it does make me piss like a racehorse. The Redzone caps gave me good energy, not great, but they were a big help during finals. They also seemed to work well regarding fatloss.
Thanks to Freaker and LMR for the opportunity. For natural supps, these products worked very well.
