Im 21 years old. Im only 5'5 and I weight 190 pounds. I am so tired of being obese, and trying to cover up my fat with big shirts. It looks like i have boobs everytime i wear a shirt now. I dont even know what to do. I looked through so many plans but i dont know which one to choose. Im determined to lose weight, im tired of hearing things from people, and getting turned down by girls.
This is my typical daily schedule
M- Class at 12:00-12:50, Work from 3 to 8
T- Class at 9:00-10:45, 4:30 to 7:45
W-Class at 12:00-12:50, Work from 3 to 8
T-Class at 9:00-10:45, 4:30 to 7:45
F-Class at 12:00-12:50, Work from 3 to 8
S- Work 8:45 to 3
S- 9-4

I know im fat, but is it possible to lose all the weight and become toned up and skinny? I just want a flat stomach, and some toned up arms...Can anyone relate with me? With all the weight loss plans out there, i dont know which one is right for me, Can someone help me figure out exactly what to do? I just hate being down like this..
