I have decided to do a log for Rebound XT, its my first log so bear with me. :)
I have never done AAS or PH before, but I have gyno since puberty. It isnt as bad as some of the stories I read about gyno on here, but it is enough to make me worry a lot about what chics think, because I would have a great physique without it.
I have used 6-OXO before and was pleased with it. It did not reduce gyno at all, but I did feel more "manly" and my strength and size went up whilst losing some fat. Felt no side effects.
My hope is that Rebound XT will do the same, but also make the gyno shrink somewhat.
Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 6'7
Weight: 280
Strength:
Bench: 360
Squat: 420
Power Clean: 240
I play football and am trying to increase my speed this offseason so I can play TE next season instead of OT.
Typical Week:
Mon: 30 mins Speed AM, 50 mins Back/Hammy's PM
Tues: 50 mins GPP/Strongman AM, 30 mins Bi's/Abs PM
Wed: 30 mins Plyo's AM, 50 mins Power Cleans/Chest PM
Thu: 50 mins GPP/Strongman AM, 30 mins Tri's/Abs PM
Fri: 30 mins Speed AM, 50 Mins Legs PM
Sat: 40 mins Chest/Shoulders
Sun: Rest
My diet is pretty solid, I eat a lot of small good meals. And I use ON Whey Protein.
I will take 3 capsules a day.
I look forward to this, been thinking of using it for my gyno too.

DAY ONE:
Great Workout today. Running wasnt that great as there was light rain. But lifting in the evening energy was way up, maybe cause I ate really well today. Deadlifts were awesome felt like I could have worked out a lot longer.
Obviously nothing on the RXT yet.

DAY TWO:
Nothing much to report yet still. Although I was horny as today, probably not the RXT. Had a great day of training for GPP did some sled dragging, farmers walks and pushed a car some. A lot of fun!

DAY THREE:
Had great workouts today, new Power Clean PB and 17 reps on the 225 Bench which is pretty good had no spotter so maybe could have got 19. Im feeling very strong, and nothing noticable yet on the gyno too early for sure.
Im taking one with my morning tea, one with dinner and one with my night time meal.

Give RXT about a couple of weeks. I take 100mg a day. Non PCT.....Strength up, libido up, Gyno has definately shrunk.
At your size you might have been better off with 4 a day IMO

Give RXT about a couple of weeks. I take 100mg a day. Non PCT.....Strength up, libido up, Gyno has definately shrunk.

I think theres a decent chance it will help you with that, from my experience and what others have stated on AM forums it will tighten things up a bit. I 'll know more in 2 weeks when Im done my cycle.

DAY FOUR:
Not much to report on today, workouts were good not great. Really big day for me tomorrow, timing my 40 and going for new squat PB. Hope to really notice something in a week.

DAY FIVE:
Thought I noticed a difference with the gyno earlier today but I looked now and it was just wishful thinking! Had a good day of training sprinting was good not great, but squats felt really good but just not good enough.
Cant say Ive really noticed anything from it after 5 days, ive upped to 4 a day. When I was on 6-OXO I was definately very horny a lot! But havent had that yet with RXT.

DAY SIX:
Still not much to report. Just when you think its making a difference it goes back to what it was, so I think its just in my head. If its the same in another week ill get a lil disappointed then. Training was ok today. Found out I made the Australian National Team to go to Germany, thats pretty awesome. :)

Just to clarify, I have puffy nipples. They arnt at all "man boobs". My nipples are larger than they should be and puff out about 1.5 centimetres.

I am in the same situation dude with the puffy nips. I am running Rebound after my ergo cycle is done in a couple weeks.
I would give the Rebound 10-14 days to kick in. I am dosing 3 capsules a day to start and tapering to 2 pills per day starting the 2nd week.
Just to clarify, I have puffy nipples. They arnt at all "man boobs". My nipples are larger than they should be and puff out about 1.5 centimetres.

DAY SEVEN:
As far as the gyno same to report. I look in the mirror and it looks like its improving then I look again 10 minutes later and its back to what it was before.
My test has definately incresed. I have had a number of erections out of the blue. But however, masturbating has NOT been as pleasurable as usual, and I feel like I can go again right after im done. Weird.
Today was a rest day, work sucked tho, it was hard.

DAY EIGHT:
Not too much to report. Had a good day of training, lots of energy. Nipples still arent much different, just sensitive. They go rock hard whenever I touch them. And test is way up, thinking of going back down to 3 tablets.

DAY NINE:
Still nothing to report on the gyno. Getting a bit disappointed.
Training has been good. Havent felt sick at all as some people do on Anti-E stuff.

thats only a week and 2 days dont get discouraged? are your bulking or cutting whats your bf%? Also you get another bottle?

I have found a nice little groove for myself where I am gaining strength and losing fat, and mildly getting bigger. I thank the GPP work (sled dragging, keg tosses, hill running etc).
Body fat I really dont know. I have next to zero bodyfat on my legs. Little on my arms, some on my back, and a bit around my waist although im losing there slowly.
The gyno which isnt really that bad compared to some bad cases on here, is the only thing that would hold me back from proudly showing off at a beach or something.

DAY TEN:
Still nothing to report on the gyno. Couldnt beat my max on bench today which sucked. Havent been sleeping great, wake up starving and with hardons that are getting kinda annoying haha. Also plyo's werent the best. Still got a bit out of the day but im thinking of having changing my training up just for next week to give my CNS a bit of rest, maybe do some bodybuilding stuff.

Nothing major to report on, I guess its a tiny tiny bit better if anything, nothing too impressive. Had a great workout today despite being tired. My Balls are not hanging as low as they were. Wanking still aint as good as it usually is.

Ummm, why were you balls hanging low? Were they hanging to low?
Also if you balls are starting to pull to you all day even postworkout and after a shower when you are warm, they are trying to increase test production and maybe shutting down.

They are just fuller, all the time, rather than half the time.
Had the same thing with 6-OXO. I dont think its anything major.

One thing I have noticed is when I take off my shirt and work out or something (I have a home gym) they look normal and good, then I put my shirt back on and 5 mins later they are puffy again.

What is your BF%? At 6'7" and 280lbs I would imagine your BF is a little high. If you are 12% or over is a good chance your gyno is actuallly fat. I had a little puff to my nipples that went away as I'm cutting.

You know this has enterted my mind.
Id say im around 16-18% just estimate.
I should try and get a photo, when my nipple looks "normal" and not puffy, it still sticks out a little bit around the sides of it.

take a picture of your puffy nipples, you can tell sometimes wheter its gyno or fat.

Not to cut in on your log but I been takin this rebound xt stuff for 4 or 5 days now. LOL I've had a hard on for the past 4 or 5 days. This stuff is preitty good. I think my natural test is a little low, I take about 25 pills a day (perscription), some I suspect drop my test. So aside from the hard on thing and wanting to spank it 154 times a day this stuff is preitty good so far. I feel I have added energy, motivation and aggression.

DAY THIRTEEN:
Had very little sleep but still managed an awesome workout. I think the effects are starting to wear off. My nipples are the same although they harden much more often than before.

Nice bro, could you do a log too. The more we get to log this the better, gotta try it on different body types. Iam 16 and cutting now, Iam afraid I have a slight case of gyno, but cant confirm it til Iam done cutting. Hopefully it is all just fat. Yall can follow mine in my journal in my sig. Good Luck I hope yalls gyno goes away, I understand how embarassing it is, especially when the rest of your body is ripped up.
