Back in this thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=439525&page=2&pp=30 I posted a poll asking what product line people would be most interested in seeing a review of, MAN resoundingly won out. So, I waited until I was finished with my low carb/cutting diet and ordered a bottle of each, that was last week.
Today my order showed up, 1 bottle of Clout, 1 bottle of Body Octane, 1 bottle of Scorch. First thing I noticed was that the bottle of Scorch that BB sent me is the old version, which is a shame, since I was really looking forward to trying the new version. Next noticed that having all three bottles next to each other is pretty cool, they match and whatnot....sorry it's late.
Ok, so i have been back to a maintenance diet for 1 week, and started back on CEE the day I started eating normal carbs, so i'm pretty much ready to start a baseline. I intend on recording a week of lifting before starting the products, that will give a better comparison to what effects the products have.
I do a 6 bodypart, 5 days a week rotation.
I intend to continue using CEE during the course of this diet, along with that I will be taking a Multi, Joint complex, and Whey protein. I intend to refrain from using any other supplements.
Ok, I will be posting my daily diet, training schedule tommorrow or Sunday, if there is additional information you would like to see please post it here.
J-Rod, is there any issue with taking all three products together first thing in the morning? I wake up around 4:30 and work out around 5am. I have seen it mentioned that Scorch and BO/Clout may compete, or work against one another. Do you see that as an issue?

Well I've been sick since last thursday, so working out was non existent until today. However I did continue to take my supplements for the past 5 days (Multi, joint complex, CEE, Sesathin). I'm not sure if it's the Sesathin, diet, or being sick for several days, but I'm down to 242.5 lbs, which is 1.5 less then last week, I would have thought I would go up with taking CEE again but either it isn't kicking in, or I'm losing alot more weight then i'm registering. On the upside I noticed muscle loss, but I will have to evalute that when I feel better.
I'd like to put the schedule off another week to get a truer baseline, but as it is my cutting phase is begining to loom overhead, so I will need to start up the MAN log next monday regardless of how good this weeks lifts or are not.
Our workout schedule is a 6 day split, 5 days a week. I try to fit in 20-40 minutes of cardio each day time allowing. I do abs twice a week, usually on Tues, and Thurs (but not always).
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Quads
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Arms (Bi's, Tri's)
Day 6 - Hams, Calves
My typical weekday Diet looks like this:
5am - Whey shake (40g protein), 1/2 cup oatmeal
7am - Post WO shake 40g Protein, 30 g carbs
8:30 - Chicken breakfast burrito (chicken breast, cheese, egg beaters, salsa, tortilla)
11am 1/2 cup oatmeal, FF yogurt, Chicken breast
1:30pm - Whey shake 40g protein
4pm Chicken breast (or fish), baby carrots
6-6:30pm Dinner (this varies quite a bit, but it's usually lean meat, a veggie, and some carbs. I'm pretty strict here)
9-10pm 1/2 cup 2% CC, tbls Natty PB.
My weekend diets vary quite a bit more, but they will follow the same macronutrient values on average.
According to Fitday my basal caloric needs are 2332 cals. With lifestyle the daily caloric needs goes up to 3847. I'd like to target around 3500-3600 cals a day, at my current activitly level, but I will calulate out my current intake and compare that in Fitday later.
One thing I'd like to mention is this Supplement log is not a review of my workout, or diet. Please do not post critisisms or recommendations in here. If you really feel that you need to suggest something to me or are concerned about some facet of my training, please feel free to shoot me a message; I'd love to discuss it with you but not in this thread. If you have questions regarding the topic (MAN products, and any effects or questions about what results i'm seeing) please feel free to post here.
Any other information you would like to see posted in here?

Since my training partner and I hadn't worked out together since last tues (vacation, illness) we decided to pick up with shoulders today. We will probably continue with normal scheduling from here, but we may play it by ear this week.
I will be posting my exersice sets and reps like this "exersise - Weight x reps(sets)". I don't bother posting warm up sets, just assume whatever the first exersise is, we did 2 warm up sets first.
Shoulders:
Military press: 135x8(3)
DB shoulder presses: 45's x 12(1) 55's x 8(2)
Tri Set: Did these one after another then rested 60sec, and performed the set again.
Bent Over DB raises 20x8
Front DB raises 20x8
Side DB raises 20x8
Low-Pulley Side Lateral: 20x15(1)
I can tell that I'm not up to speed yet, I was sucking wind and sweating like a pig, even with relatively light weights. I thought I was going to die trying to get 8 out for the military presses, and that was lighter then normal. I'm guessing I still have a low grade fever but I can't stay in bed anymore.

No issue using BodyOctane, CLOUT and SCORCH during the same cycle is fine. It is what I am doing now.
Take your SCORCH around 4:30 and your BodyOctane/CLOUT around 4:45.
The main issues is with the paresthesia from high doses of Beta-alanine. Some people can tolerate 3.6 grams of Beta-alanine. I can very easily. If this is too much of a problem, take the BodyOctane and CLOUT with some metamucil or food high in fiber, to slow the absorption down. Or you can take 1/2 a serving of each, 4 times a day, until you rtolerance to the Beta-alanine is developed. It usually takes no more than a week to get accustomed to the Beta-alanine.
Let me know if I am unclear (am doing a few things at once right now).
I am interested to see how lean, strong and muscular you get in the next 3 1/2 weeks on this stack.

No, that sounds clear I will try normal dosing on the first day, and if that is too much I will switch to the "loading" method.

Are you saying you want to see my body? I didn't know you cared ;)
Actually I'm just doing a baseline this week, I will be starting the stack next Monday. I'd love to do something like an 8 week log, but I have to start cutting in 4-6 weeks, and it seems like this product really is better suited to someone who is trying to bulk or maintain rather then cut.

I woke up this morning with a resurgence of my sore throat. I really didn't feel like beating myself sick again, so I'll just make up the workout on Saturday.

Today was pretty good. We decided to shake things up a bit and hit 3 supersets for arms, It was okay until my stomach gave out.
Arms (Bi's & Tri's):
Superset 1
Close grip bench 135x12(1) 185x8(2)
Barbell curls 95x12(1) 115x12(1) 115x8(1)
EZbar Preacher curls 55x20(1) 75x12(1)
EZbar nosebreakers 75x15(1) 75x12(1)
Overhead Cable Curl 40(each arm)x12(1) 40(EA)xFailure(1)
Cable Tricep Extension 50x12(1) 80xfailure(1)
I'm not sure what the last set was but I think they were somewhere around 12-16, it seemed like my training partner just kept saying 1 more...
At that point I started to get queezy, so we called it a day.
I also did 20 minutes of cardio beforehand.

Weight - 241!?!
Ok that may not seem like a big deal to anyone but let me break some history down for you. roughly 6 weeks ago I weighed 258lbs. I had been trying to cut some weight for about 2 months, and not getting anywhere. So with my motivation slipping I decided to take drastic measures, and began a modified version of the velocity diet (goggle it). in for grueling, painful weeks I cut down to 244.5lbs. 13 pounds is a pretty respectable amount to lose, and I was feeling pretty good. Then I started cycling creatine back on and eating how I was before the diet. I think I may have lost another .5-1 lbs, nothing huge but at least not a rebound. Last week (Friday) my order of MAN products, and Sesathin came in. I wanted to see how the sesathin tasted and reacted before I started on my MAN only test, so I started taking that right away. he last seven days I have apparently lost roughly 3 lbs... And the only thing I can think of that i'm doing different (Other then my cold) is the Sesathin. I don't think this was do to the ilness, I was very careful to eat pretty normally while sick, and I wasn't exerting myself, so if anything I would expect weight gain.
Loki- Is this sort of response what you would normally attribute to starting Sesathin? and if so, why isn't this stuff a public service? Really you should consider your duty to mankind first! ;)
Either way in 6 weeks I have lost 17lbs roughly, I'm pretty stoked...I hope it's not a fluke.
Ok, back to your regularly Supplement log.
Friday -Quads
I hate quads day...it's just hard to motivate myself for gut wrenching pain, add to that my training partner bailed on me today...dammit!
Squats 180x8(1) 230x6(1) 200x8(1)
My knees were hindering me more then anything, legs are probably going to be the most difficult thing to gauge in terms of gains with this product. Mainly because I find my joints tend to hinder me more then anything.
Leg press 180x8(1) 360X8(2) Not sure what the sled weight is, but not factored.
Leg extensions 140x12(1) 200x8(1) 240x8(1)
15 minutes of cardio

Ok so today was my first day oon Scorch, Clout, and Body Octane. Other then that I took a Multi, and joint complex. I will be taking the Scorch at 1 pill 3x a day for the first couple days. I will be taking the normal dose of Clout and BO 2x daily.
Clout- This stuff tasted pretty good until the medicine aftertaste kicks in. It a light fruity taste, but overall it pretty bareable.
BO- This stuff taste like sucking on a lime. no aftertaste no hint of anything, just a big ol' lime brick to the face. really after having taken alot of other supplements it's pretty standard lime masking type flavor, nothing you won't be able to hanlde i'm sure.
A note on the effects- the paresthesia is pretty distracting at first but i'm sure after a few day it will become less noticable. I'm not sure it it is just going back on the Scorch, or a combined effect of all the products, but i'm sweating like a pig (Oink). I was just dripping during my workout today.
weight- 244lbs (not sure if Friday was a fluke, or if I gained back...whatever we'll see)
Monday - Back
Hammer Strength Rows- 180x12(1) 270x12(2)
Rack pulls - 225x8(1) 315x8(2)
Superset:
Cable rows - 90x12(1) 150x12(1) 150x10 (1)
Lat pulldowns 90x12(1) 120x10(1) 120x8(1)
Reverse Flys (pec deck machine) - 120x12(failure)
Not too bad, I probably could have done more, but as it was we ran late. I liked the energy I had today, I never felt like I was dragging. Other then that nothing huge to say so far.

I was one of the people to vote for body by man.
It's too bad you didn't get the new version of scorch. Anyway, how is your energy? Normal or are you feeling more amped up?

My energy is good. Nothing phenomenal, but my understandng of these products is that I will notice more energy as the product "builds up" in my system. Obviously I'm feeling the flushing, and i'm warm as heck, but I will probably start to feel more as time goes on. The big problem is that I work out early in the morning, so unless what i'm taking has nootropic effects, I rarely feel psyched up.

My training partner bailed on me today, the punk. Chest is one of those bodyparts that it really helps to have a spotter, oh well. because I was flying solo, I decided to go at it from a slightly different angle, and hit more iso type movements. Call it a "toning" day ;)
Chest:
Hammer Strength Iso lateral press- 180x12(1) 270x8(2)
DB bench press- 55'sx8(1) 70x8(2) almost dropped them at 6 on the last set
Incline db Flyes- 45'sx5(1) 35'sx8(2) Lost control on the first set, forgot to let go, and almost twisted my shoulder backwards, before getting the weight in.
Low Cable flye's- 40 (per side)x12(3)
ABS:
Hammer Strength crunches - 180x15(3)
Again, I was sweating like a pig today, but I felt pretty good. The flushing was less noticable today. If this keeps up i'm going to have to wash my hat before the end of the week. Drinking the Clout and BO together is pretty doable, it's not the best thing I have ever tasted, but it could be alot worse. The tastes actually compliment each other enough that it isn't twice as bad as having them seperately :)

Hams/Calves
Single leg curls- 25x10(3) (pause at top)
Laying Leg Curls- 70x12(1) 120x10(1) 150x8(1)
Leg press (high and wide stance) 315x8(3)
Standing calf raises 200x12(1) 300x12(1) 405x10(1)
Sitting calf raises 145x8(3)
not much to say today.

OK, here is the deal. I'm going to have to stop this log for awhile. I found out yesterday that the contest I have been preparing for has moved from late July(last year) to June 25 this year. with 12 weeks I figured I could squeeze this in before starting serious cutting, but dropping 4 weeks makes me re-evalute my progress. Ok my progress so far sucks, that's easy to evaluate. 8 weeks!!!!
I will be starting this log again on the week of July 5th, and I'm thinking this might allow me to extend the journal to 8 weeks instead of 4, so at least there is a silver lining.

I can do that, I just didn't want to mislead people with logging this product while on a restricted calorie diet. I can continue the log but obviously the numbers will probably be less impressive then if I was bulking.
Sore throat this morning, I didn't train. I will be doing cardio this evening.

Arms-
I forget how nice it is to workout later then 5-6 in the morning, I went into the gym feeling more focused, and ready to kill some weights.
Barbell Curls 95x12(1) 105x8(2)
Preacher Curls 125x8(2) 125x7(1) missed the last one
DB tricep extentions 70x12(1) 80x10(2)
Tricep cable pulldowns 80x12(1) 120x12(1) 150x10(1) This is one of those pulley setups so the weight is actually probably about half that, but the one I usually use was surrounded by idiots and bags.
Dip Machine 200x10(1) 240x8(1) 240x6(1)
Concentration Curls 40x8(3) missed the last rep on my last set with the left arm.
Drag Curls 60x8(1) 80x8(2)
Seated Dumbbell Palms-Up Wrist Curl 25x25(3)
then 10 min cardio, I might try to do some more tonight.
I took the normal dosing of all three products so we will see how this works low carb. I have gaming today and tommorrow, and if you ever have been hobby gaming person (computer or paper&pencil) you know the normal diet is Mountain Dew, and Ho Ho's, with a liberal application of Doritos in there. I have bought two bags of beef jerkey to help me combat the snacking urges.

Any noticeable ergogenic effects thus far?
Iron Draggin

With Monday and Today being off days, and yesterday being a pretty different routine then we normally do, I don't think I can assess too much in ergogenic effects so far. I will comment that unlike other products I have used this product combo doesn't seem to "plateau" in percieved effect as much. Meaning 10 days into it and I'm still getting noticable effects (energy, flushing, increased sweating) every time I take it.
I will try to match exersice types to what I did last week, during the rest of this week. That might give a better comparison in terms of strength gains.
I will mention that if you look at the DB inclined Flyes from last week compared to this week, there is a marked improvement. the DB presses showed a slight improvement also, definitely noteworthy if that trend continues.

SLDL: 135x8(1) 225x8(1) 225x4(1) lower back gave out on the last set.

Standing Calf raises 300x12(3)
Donkey Calf raises 270x12(1) 360x12(2)
It seems like my lifts are pretty good, but not using a preworkout stimulant is killing me. I wanted to try just using MAN supplements, but boy is this rough. I'm used to taking something in the morning to give my brain a kickstart, but none of these products are what I would consider "energizers". They seem more along the lines of performance enhancers to me, which doesn't translate to wakey wakey effects necessarily.

Tues 5/10 - Back
I love back days, I love moving big weight (for me) and my back is pretty strong. Unfortunalty my lower back has been sore all week, I'm not sure if it's related to the test booster but It means that we refrained from doing compund type back excersises (like barbell rows).
HS rows (I did these one arm at a time) 90x12(1) 135x10(1) 180x8(1)
DB rows 60x12(1) 70x12(1) 80x12(1) I think I could have done 90x10 or 8 but I chickened out. Next time
Cable rows (wide grip bar) *not sure, I will edit later after I ask the training partner.
Wide grip Lat pulldowns 120x12(1) 140x10(1) 160x8(1) this is where having a sneaky bastard of a training partner is good, I said 140, he set it to 160 and told me afterward. Just as a note I tried to do pullups before doing the lat pulldowns, and was only able to get 1/2 way up. Apparently I'm not able to pull my 241lbs up yet, but eventually I will be able to lift myself 8 times. Count on it.
One arm cable pulldowns - 80x12(2)
One thing to note, I woke up late this morning and ran off to the gym without taking any BO or Clout. I felt pretty good, but I will end up having to take it later. I'm almost out of both of them, and I have to say that I feel I maintained my strength (and improved a little) pretty good considering my currently diet. I'm guessing by looking at the bottles I will be finishing both products this week. I will try to continue logging for another week past when I run out. This will allow me to gauge wether there is an immediate noticable difference, or if it sticks around for a little bit.

I have to look back at those dates to even realize there is a difference. It just feels like i'm lifting what I was before, but then I look back a month a think "what the hell, I'm not really lifting more am I?"
The DB raises were better then a month ago also, but they are less noticable because i'm moving the weight up each set. I don't feel "Stronger", I just am it's very odd.

Those look like to be pretty good strength gains. Keep up the good work.

Friday - Arms (Bi's and Tri's)
My partner and I had decided that we haven't done a "Fun Friday" in awhile, so today was Superset (giant set?) day.
Close grip bench press 12x135(1) 8x185(1) 6x225(1)
Camber bar curls 12x50(1) 8x70(1) 8x90(1) (bar not counted, what do those weigh?)
Incline bench DB curls 25x12(1) 30x10(1) 35x8(1)
one arm tricep extensions 25x12(1) 30x8(1) at this point my left elbow started to really hurt
DB tri extension 60x15(1) too low of weigh, I could have gone up probably 20lbs
Tri cable pulldowns: 70x8(1) 90x8(2)
Alternating Hammer DB curls 35x8(2) 40x8(1)
Above the head cable curls 40x12(2)
DB kickbacks 20x10(2)
I felt like crap today. Not enough sleep, and this nagging lethargy is begining to really show. I like this stuff, but I would have to recommend using a pre-workout energizer with it. you can definatly feel the flushing effect, but I don't seem to get an energy boost. Not that these products are necessarily designed for that, they are obviously performance enhancers, and in that area they seem to be shining.
*4/12 - Close grip bench 135x12(1) 185x8(2)
* Barbell curls 95x12(1) 115x12(1) 115x8(1)

ok, one bit of oddness today. This morning I has side effects like when I first start taking creatine mono. Intestinal discomfort, expelling liquid the whole thing. I could understand if you got that at the begining, but not after several weeks. I've been trying to think of something different I did this morning, but I ate the same things last night, and this morning. I drank the same amount, and supplemented the same.
I'm going to chalk it up to random occurance, but it was so similar to the initial CM sides that I thought I would note it.

Felt pretty good considering I didn't get much sleep.
*From 4/15 - Leg extensions 140x12(1) 200x8(1) 240x8(1)
a 40 pound improvement on my leg extensions doesn't sound too bad. I thought I could do more today, but I didn't want to make my training partner feel bad. Fankley I still have some difficulty realizing that I'm using more weight, it just sort of feels like what I have been lifting.
My diet has been pretty on again off again in terms of caloric intake. I have been trying to cut, but I'm not a strict as I really need to be if I have any intention of doing a show at the end of June....which I may or may not do.

Yesterday was a rest and relaxation day. I was pretty wiped out, and with the weather I figured it was a good day to make excuses. ;)
Wen 5/18 - whatever
My training partner skipped out on me today, and I was feeling unmotivated I decided to do some fill in work. I'm not sure what has been going on, I think i'm bordering on overtraining/burnout since the last break I took was in December, but with the contest coming up, I'm really trying to put off taking a break until July.
HS Rows 180x12(2) 270x8(1) 270x6(1)
Lat pulldowns 120x15(1) super slow
Back extensions BWx12(2) 25x12(1)
Forearm curls 25x20(3)
HS Ab curls 180x12(3)
It wasn't really a back day but I love doing the rows, so I figured I would hit something that made me feel good.

Light day, nothing big to say, other then today will be my last serving. I plan on logging in here for about another week, to track what happens with the lift weights. after that I will probably log in the journaling area, to bridge between my next log.
I'll start posting thoughts and impressions pretty soon.

Took Friday/Weekend off
Monday 5/23 - Shoulders
In an attempt to work on my lagging Traps, I decided to move those to the begining of my shoulder workouts.
DB shrugs 100x10(1) 120x10(1) 140x8(1) 100x15(1)
BB upright rows 45(Bar)x12 95x8(3)
*DB Lateral raises 25x8(3)
*DB front Raises 25x8(3)
*DB rear delt raises 25x8(3)
* Tri-set, completed in rotating order, each exercise started the set once. no rest between sets.
Military Shoulder press 95x10(1) 135x6(2)
Still feeling pretty good, but I will continue this for awhile. Now i'm back to Whey, Multi, and finishing off the rest of the bottle of Scorch. I may use R4W to help with motivation, but I'm going to forgo creatine for a couple weeks.
Weight- 242
I will mention that the body composition changes I noticed at the begining, have stuck around. I haven't lost any additional weight, but I do "Look" slightly more cut. I notice more etching to my forearms, and calves then when I started. This shouldn't seem odd if your considering that I have been on a somewhat cutting diet, but add to that that my weight hasn't really gone down in several weeks, and that makes the appearance changes somewhat baffling. I can only assume that I might have gained some lean mass while losing some of my fat, but this is only a guess.

Really low volume day, but I still got a pretty good pump in my arms. The Tri pressdowns were just a brutal way to start the whole thing off, by the time I was doing the Bi's superset my arms were so full of blood that it felt like I had cramps.
Multi, joint supps, SAN tight, R4W this morning.

I would be that afor mentioned training partner . . . .
What our good friend fails to mention is that I have been dieting hardcore for our upcoming show. I think I was sitting around 50 - 100 carbs a day that week. That aside - I would not feel bad - I just use it as motivation!
Anyways - Iron Draggin has been making HUGE progess over the past few weeks. I for one am very very impressed - and that is saying alot coming from a conceited bastard like myself!

Thur 5/26 - Chest
Today was a pretty quick day. I felt ok, but I didn't end up taking any of my normal supplements before hitting the gym (running late), so I will take them when I get home.
Incline Barbell Press: 95x12, 135x10, 175x8, 215x6 185x6
*PecDeck Machine: 120x12(1) 150x10(1) 170x8(1)
*Decline HS Press: 90x12 180x10 230x8
*Superset
Flat DB Flyes: 25x12 35x10 40x8
Abs:
Decline bench crunches BWx15(3)
Leg Raises 15(2)
I still have a few Scorch in my bottle, so I took 3 when I got to work. I'm guessing I will finish that bottle tommorow. I think tomorrow will be the last time I post in this log, I will start a log (and link to it) in the journaling section, just to mark my progess. I intend to do another log in mid july so this will be a good way to bridge the two of them (since i'm planning on doing another body by log). :)
*just a quick note, way back when I made this comment:
A note on the effects- the paresthesia is pretty distracting at first but i'm sure after a few day it will become less noticable. I'm not sure it it is just going back on the Scorch, or a combined effect of all the products, but i'm sweating like a pig (Oink). I was just dripping during my workout today.
I lied, the effects never went away and the parethesia is always there, it's always noticable. I continued to sweat more then normal. take it for what it's worth.

Friday 5/27 - Back
I love back days, I have pretty good back strength. It was Friday so we decided to up the intensity a bit, essentially only allow enough rest time for the other person to complete their set, by the end I was sweating like a pig and pretty worn out.
HS Iso Rows - One handed: 12x45, 10x90, 8x135, 6x180, 6x205 (The last few reps of the last two sets were assisted, 2 then 3-4 reps consecutively)
Superset One:
Pull Ups: 4 + 4 assisted, 2 + 4 assisted, 1 + 5 assisted (something like that the numbers may be off, but that is pretty close)
DB Rows: 12x60, 12x70, 10x80
Superset Two:
Cable Rows: 12x90, 12x120, 12x140
Wide Grip Pulldowns: 12x120, 12x100, 10+2 forcedx100
One Arm Pulldowns: 12x40, 12x40, 12x 50 The last set was forced on the end.

OK I have begun journaling workouts here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=5884795#post5884795
Thoughts:
I have to say when looking over the numbers, and remembering back over the last month or so on how I felt; I'm really pretty impressed with this stack. Most of the negative things I remember would be attributed to environmental things, and other supplements. While I can pretty safely attribute a majority of my strength gains to Clout/Body Octane.
On the downside I stuggled with motivation all month. While finding trying to find motivation to go to the gym at 5am is something I've become accustom to, I usually take something to give me a kickstart. The MAN stack really fell short in this area for me. I know some people mention that they get a nice energy kick from scorch, but after 2 bottles of it I can safely say that is not an effect I get, I get really (really) warm, but not much in energy. If you have problems with motivation/pre-workout energy you may consider picking something else up along with these products to give you the boost. I will say the MAN has a new formula for Scorch and that may be better suited to energy, but I really can't comment there. I'd check another review on that product.
Of course the other consideration when looking at this stack is cost. Frankly this stack is pretty steep for someone to invest in month after month. At roughly 125$ from bb.com it's a pretty hard pill to swallow if you plan on buying multi's, whey, and anything else. I think you really have to consider what your goals are, and tailor from there. If you were bulking I would stick with just the Clout/BO, as your not really worried about losing fat. If you are cutting BO/Scorch might be the way to go, but that is something you would be able to determine yourself.
Something that has been dawning on me over the last few days, and that I never really discussed during the journal was the recovery effects. Really they are so much of a "stealth" benefit that until it goes away you don't realize you had gained them. This week I have begun to get sore again after workouts, nothing major but yesterday my chest and abs were a little sore, today my bi's, back and abs are a bit sore. In fact my bi's are alot more sore then I would have thought warranted it from the workout.
In conclusion, I would have to say I'm really pretty happy with these products, I think Clout is a solid addition to MAN's product line, and I will most likely continue to use the various products. I don't think i will stack them in this fashion, but I will use them in a manner more closely fitting my goals.
