I've been noticing that I've been developing some pain in my legs over the past two weeks... it's difficult to describe the exact area, the best I can say is that I feel it in the upper back and side portion of my legs. It doesn't feel so much like muscle pain, but rather something else... joints, tendons, ligaments, I dunno. The lower I go when I squat or leg press, the more it hurts. Does anybody have any suggestions?
