This isn't really a Keto recipe, so don't read on if you miss your carbs! :)
1 Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich
1 Scoop Chocolate Whey
1/2 c. FF Milk
Toss them into a blender, or if you like it chunky like I do,chop up the ice cream in a bowl, toss the powder on top, add milk, and mush up. Then pour into a tall glass and enjoy!!
3.5 g Fat
41 g Carbs (3 g Fiber)
30 g Protein (depending on the whey)
