View Full Version : DaRooster's Hemadrol/Propadrol/Bold Log

Whats up guys. Starting the above stack today. I am using EST's Hemadrol (Halodrol 50 clone), EST's Propadrol, and IForce Bold 200. For staples I am using plain old creatine monohydrate powder and Perfect RX meal replacements. When in a hurry, I will using nitrotech drinks. I will also be using Liverlonger throughout this cycle. I also have proper PCT.
I am going to run 1 tab of Hemadrol a day (50mg), 2 tabs of Propadrol a day (60mg) and 4 tabs of bOLD 200 A DAY (800mg). This is going to be an 8 week cycle. Something like this. Weeks 1 to 5 I wil run the above three products. At the end of week 5 I will drop the Hemadrol and continue the remaining to products for the entire 8 weeks.
I have run 3 previous Halodrol 50 cycles in the past for 30 days each time.
I will workout 4 times a week, day one will be bi's and tri's, day two chest and shoulders, day three back, and day four legs.
I currently way 165 pounds. Looking to bulk up and put as much size on as I can. I am a former competing powerlifter so I dont care if i gain some fat. I will try to post everyday.
My diet is not the best but it is not the worst. Will mainly consist of chicken, steak, potatos, protein drinks, oatmeal, and pasta.

Just wanted to add a little history. I have been weightlifting/powerlifting for 12 years. I have used some type of a supplement just about the entire time. About 30 days ago I finished an X-Factor/Lipo6 cycle. It was a cutting cycle for me. I lost about 12 pounds. I got real vascular, lots of comliments. I was trying to get my abs in. Well, I lost weight and size everywhere except my stomach. Plus I hated all the cardio and the strict diet. Cutting is just not for me. Back to bulking for me.
I forgot to add my height. I am 5'6" (short). I will add relaxed measurements tomorrow.
I just took one tab of hemadrol and two tabs of Propadrol. I am leaving for the gym in a half an hour. On the way there I will take two tabs of Bold 200. The other two I will take tonight. I will post more later.

Just got back from gym. I only took one tab(200mg) of Bold 200. I will take another this afternoon. Tomorrow I will up the Bold 200 to 600mg, then Monday up to 800mg.
Today's workout was ok. Kind of weak considering I have not trained in three weeks (sick). I did triceps today (did biceps yesterday). Anyway workout went like this:
Excercise #1 kneeling overhead V-Bar cable extentions. Did five sets. Maxed out at 150 pounds for 10 reps.
Exercise #2 V-Bar cable pressdowns. five sets. I maxed out at 130 pounds for 5 reps.
Exercise #3 One arm overhead dumbell extentions. I did 5 sets. Maxed out at 25 pound dumbell for 5 reps.
Exercise #4 Smith machine close grip bench presses. Did 3 sets. maxed out at 225 pounds for 5 reps.
Overall workout was ok. I have lifted way more weight then this in the past, however, with three weeks out of the gy (sick) and that cutting cycle I did I screwed my strength up big time. Tomorrow I will be doing a chest workout in the early morning. I will text back tomorrow.

What's up guys. Just got back from the gym. I took one cap each f Hemadrol, Propadrol, and Bold 200 about 0930 this morning. I am slowing building up to 800mg of Bold 200. I also took a scoop of Creatine. I did not weigh myself this morning because I was running late. I did not feel to good last night so I did not eat dinner. However, yesterday for lunch I treated myself to a cheese steak. Anyway as far as today. All i had this morning was a Perfect RX meal replacement and a cup of coffee. Had these on the way tothe gym.
Today, I did Back. Here is the workout:
Exercise #1 Wide Grip Pull Downs. I did five sets. Maxed out at 220 pounds for 5 reps.
Exercise #2 Wide gri Pull Ups Machine Assisted. I did 5 sets. I started with 60 pounds of assistance and finished at 10 pounds o assistance for 10 reps.
Exercise #3 Close Grip Seated Rows. I did 5 sets. I maxed out at 195 pounds for 10 reps.
That was it. Quick workout today. Still dont feel that great. Later on today I wil take another tab of Propadrol and two tabs of Bold 200. Also one scoop of creatine and a tab of Liverlonger. Not sure if I am taking off from the gym tomorrow or Tuesday. Next workout will be chest. See ya later...DaRooster...

What's up guys. Just weighed myself. I am 167 pounds. That is two pounds heavier, although it is night time and should be expected. So all in all I have not gained and weight, but it has only been two days. The only sides so far is some mean diareah (spelling) that I had today from the creatine monohydrate. Two times today, boy, i have a soar arse. Tomorrow night I will do my chest workout and see where I am at. I used to bench 345 pounds, however, that was about a year and a half ago. Since I lost a bunch of weight on that cutting cycle and taking time off I will be lucky if I cam hit 225 but we'll see.
Diet today, all in all not good. Like I said, I am bulking, trying to gain as much size as I can. For breakfast I had the protein shake for lunch it was Taci Bell (three beef taco supremes and a diet coke). For dinner I had steak and spinach. Dinner was good until I had two servings of chocolate mouse for desert. That was it. I am to full and skipping my late night protein shake. Be back tomorrow.

What's up guys. Today I took one tab Hemadrol, two tabs of Propadrol and 3 tabs of Bold200 (Total 600mg Bold). Also took spoonful of creatine monohydrate powder.
For breakfast I had a large bran muffin and coffee. For lunch I had chicken parm and broccoli. Late afternoon I had a Perfect Rx meal replacement shake. I am just getting ready to eat pasta for dinner. Weighed myself this afternoon, 168 pounds (forgot to check in am). I will check my weight again in the morning.
I went to the gym about 6pm. I did a chest workout. The workout went like this:
Exercise #1 Flat Bench Chest 5 sets. Maxed out at 225 pounds for two reps (weak bigtime).
Exercise #2 Incline Smith Machine Bench. 5 sets. Maxed out at 225 pounds for 2 reps.
Exercise #3 Seat Chest Press Machine. 5 sets. Maxed out at 180 pounds for 5 reps.
Exercise #4 Kneeling cable crossovers. did 3 sets of 30 pounds each pully for 15, 12, 10 reps.
Felt a little tired today in the gym. Nothing to exciting yet to report. It's only day four.

You said you took Hemadrol before. how long does it take to kick in?

It took abot two weeks. It definately is not as strong as the Gaspari halo 50. I am going to either up it to 75mg a day within the next week or run it a week or two extra. I have enough of it so I am not worried. I might switch to GXL Original HD which I think is closer to gasparis Halodrol 50.
Not to much to report today. Took off from the gym. Going back tomorrow. Today I took one tab hemadrol and three tabs Bold200. I will take my Propadrol and creatine before bed.
Diet today not to good. Large bran muffine and coffee for breakfast. Had salad and pizza for lunch, late afternoon Perfect RX meal replacement. Having Chinken and rice for dinner.

What's up guys. Yesterday I was going to train but I felt like I was getting sick again. Plus I got stuck working late and would have missed the gym anyway. Yesterday I took one tab Hemadrol, one tab of Propadrol and three tabs of Bold 200. Today, By mistake I took two tabs of Hemadrol. I also took 4 tabs of Bold 200 bringing it up to the full 800mg. I chose not to take any Propadrol today. Also, I stopped taking the Creatine Monohydrate. I think it was bothering my stomach.
I am going to completely stop the Propadrol. I am going to use only the Hemadrol and Bold 200 from here on. I may up the Hemadrol to 75 mg a day. It means I would have to cut the caps in half. Might be a pain in the butt. Whatever, i also have GXL Original HD which is 25mg Halo clone so I might take the two together. Oh well, we will see. As far as the creatine, today I used NO Explode before my workout. felt pretty good. I might stick with it or go back to the mono powder. See how it goes.
weight is 168. Like I said, I did not feel to good yesterday so my caleries were down. Today I ate better.
workout today was shoulders. I felt pretty good. The workout went something like this:
Exercise #1 Pre-made barbell shoulder presses for 5 sets. I maxed out at 80 pounds for 5 reps.
Exercise #2 Front dumbell raises. I did 5 sets. Maxed out at 30 pounds for 5 reps each hand.
Exercise #3 Seated side bent over laterals. did 3 sets of 10 pounds each hand for 15, 12, then 10 reps.
Exercise #4 forgot what it is called. I used a 25, then 35, then 45 pound plate and pulled it to my chin. Maxed out at 45 pound plate for 10 reps.
Exercise #5 Machine shrugs. I did 3 sets. maxed out at 225 pounds for 10 reps.
Overall good workout. MY strength is still way down. I am hoping with hitting the 800mg of bold 200 and upping the Hemadrol I will start noticing the effects.

what's up guys. sorry haven't posted in a couple of days. To start off i completely dropped the Propadrol. I am going to save it for another time. I am taking 100mg day of Hemadrol (halo clone), one in morning and one in afternoon or evening. I am also taking 800mg of Bold200. I do notice some slight headaches. I really don't like the fact of running Hemadrol at 100mg a day so I may back off to 75mg. I have taken Heamdrol and halodrol a few times before so I think to get the same affect I have to up it a bit. Anyway, I have not weighed myself but I do look a little more muscular in the mirror. I will wiegh myself tomorrow morning.
Friday I did a bicep workout, I did not have time to do Triceps. I did four exercises. I can't remember all the weight I did but for precher barbell curls I did 5 sets and maxed out at 50 pounds plus the bar for 5 reps. hammer curls I did 5 sets and I think I mxed out at 30 pounds each arm for 5 reps. alsp did standing dumbell curls. workout was pretty good.
Today I did Triceps. Went something like this:
Exercise number 1, V-Bar cable tricep pressdowns. I did 5 sets and maxed out at 120 pouns for 10 reps.
Exercise number 2 I did Overhead two hand tricep cable presses. I did 5 reps and maxed out at 120 pounds for 10 reps.
Exercise numer 3 I did single arm tricep cable extentions, I did 5 sets and maxed out at 40 pounds for 8 reps.
Exercise number 4 I did close grip bench presses. I did three sets. I finished up at 205 pounds for 5 reps.
Workout was pretty good. Triceps pumped pretty good.
I took one tab hemadrol and two tabs of Bold 200 around 10 am. I took the remianing tab of Hemadrol and Two tabs of Bold 200 early this evening.
as far as my diet goes, I have been pretty much eating what I want. I have been drinking myprotein shakes. I had two Muscle Milks today because I ran out of my Perfect RX and have to get it. I did not have any creatine today. will start creatine or No Explode again on Monday.
Breakfast today was muscle milk, two eggs over easy, and wheat toast.
lunch was turkey sandwhich and ice tea,
Dinner was grilled chicken wrap and diet coke
One hour ago has Muscle milk.
will post again on Monday night. Off from gym tomorrow, supps will be the same.

How is it going guys. Just got back from the gym a little while ago. Yesterday I did not work out. I did take one tab Hemadrol (50mg) along with two tabs of IForce Bold 200 in am (400mg). I did the same last night. No creatine yesterday. Today, I took the same supplementation. In addition, I took the No-Xplode because I have been feeling very tired, Letharic lately.
Today I weighed myself in AM. I weighed about 168 pounds. I can't figure it out because I ate a lot of food this weekend. Plus, I added Muscle Milk Redi Made drinks to my diet at 320 caleries a shot. Drank two yesterday and one today alonf with a Perfect RX meal replacement.
I went to the gym around 530 pm and did a chest workout. Workout was the best one so far since I started training again. Here is how it looked:
Exercise #1 Flat Bench Barbell.
Set#1 135 pds X 15 reps
Set#2 185 pds X 12 reps
Set#3 205 pds X 8 reps
Set#4 225 pds X 5 reps
set#5 225 pds X 5 reps
Set#6 185 pds X 10 reps
Exercise #2 Incline Smith Machine. I did 5 sets. maxed out at 225 pounds X 5 reps
Exercise #3 Seated Bench Press machine. I did three sets. maxed out at 180 pds X 10 reps
Exercise #4 Kneeling cable flys. I did three sets of 30 pounds each hand X 15, 12, and 10 reps. I pretty much ran out of gas during my last exercise. I fought through it, thats why I did not go to heavy. All and all it was a good workout, strength is starting to go up but no where near where I left off before cutting cycle.

How is it going guys. I have not received much feedback on my log so i may not update as often as I am. Today I took the same supplementation. I used Legalgar NO Infuse spray today instead of No Xplode. I worked out Back today.
My workout went something like this:
Exercise #1 Close Grip pull downs. I did 6 sets.
Set#1 was 100 pounds x 25 reps
Set#2 was 150 pounds X 15 reps
Set#3 was 200 pounds x 12 reps
Set #4 was 220 pounds X5 reps
Set #5 was 230 pounds x 4 reps
Set#6 was 180 pounds x 10 reps
Exercise #2 Pull Ups. I did 6 sets on the assisted pull up machine
Set#1 was 60 pound assist x 25 reps
Set#2 was 40 pound assist x 20 reps
Set#3 was 30 pound assist x 15 reps
Set#4 was 20 pound assist x 12 reps
Set#5 was 10 pound assist x 12 reps
Set#6 was 10 pound assist x 10 reps
Exercise #3 Seated close grip cable rows. I did 5 sets.
Set#1 was 150 pound x 15 reps
Set#2 was 185 pounds x 12 reps
Set#3 was 210 pounds x 5 reps
Set#4 was 210 pounds X 5 reps
Set#5 was 150 pounds x 10 reps
Set #5 maxed out at 220 pounds x 5 reps.
Diet today was breakfast: 20 oz Coffee and large Redi-made Muscle Milk along with a Muscle Sandwich protein bar.
For lunch I had Pasta with chicken. Drank a 16 oz diet coke
MidAfternoon had a Perfect RX meal replacement shake
For dinner I had mealball sub.

Whats up guys. I feel like complete cr*p. I have come down with some type of cold. Have a soar throat. I can barely talk. Anyway I was supposed to do shoulders but I did biceps instead because I did not feel to great. I fought through the workout because I figured I would probably be out of the gym for a few days. Anyway I worked out hard. As soon as I walked out to my car I ralphed. I drank a strawberry nitrotech before the gym. I tossed the entire thing. The worst freakin thing was I got a charlie horse in my stomach when i ralphed. It hurt big time. I am glad no one saw me. They probably would have called an ambulance. Anyway I took 1 1/2 tabs of Hemadrol today (75mg) and 4 tabs of Bold 200 (800 mg) I probably tossed the afternoon Hemadrol and Bold 200. I used Legalgear NO Infuse right before I started working out. I sprayed it on both my arms.
Workout was good. I felt strong on the biceps today. My workout went like this:
Exercise #1 Two arm bicep machine curls. I did 5 sets and maxed out at 140 pounds for 3 reps. (I pyramid up to that)
Exercise #2 One arm dumbell preacher hammer curls. I did 5 sets and maxed out t 25 pound dumbell for 10 reps.
Exercise #3 Standing alternate dumbell curls. I did five sets and maxed out at a 25 pound dumbell for 10 reps each hand.
Exercise #4 2 arm cable (21s). I was supposed to do 3 sets of 21, however, I started feeling really sick after the second set, so I hurried grabbed my stuff from my locker and beat feet to the parking lot. Once outside that was it......
I feel kind of ferverish. I am not the only one sick in my house. I hope it goes away quick so I dont have to stop this cycle.
Diet today went like this. Breakfast hada coffee and large redimade Muscle Milk Cookies and Cream drink.
Lunch I had steamed chicken and brocolli.
afternoon Nitrotech Shake (ralphed it up).
dinner, I am trying to eat chicken noodle soup. I am going to have to start eating big time after I feel better to make up for this. I will post again in a few days.

Subbed, good luck with your cycle. I would like to know more info about your PCT though. This cycle seems like it could be pretty harsh, and I admire the fact that you still had a workout despite being sick

Whats up guys. Still feel like crap. Saw doc today. Said he think I have Strep Throat and he gav me antibiotics. I am going to rest for a couple of days, however, I am going to keep taking my supps. I might add an extra week of hemadrol. I have another bottle so I am set. I front loaded the Hemadrol at 100mg a day. yesterday I backed down to 75mg. I will keep it at 75 mg for a week and then back down to 50mg, especially if i am adding an extra week to make up for being sick. I did not train today. My diet was not good today based on soar throat so I wont bother to post it. I did take 75mg Hemadrol and 800mg Bold 200 though. I hope the antibiotics wont mess with the supps to much.
Hey "Fo" as far as my PCT, I don't want to go into detail about that. Lets just say that i have what I need. If you read other logs with PCT you can probably figure it out. Sorry, but dont want to write about that, maybe later.
I wanted to add that my strength is starting to go up, vascularity was awesome yesterday. Muscles also look a lot fuller. Bodyweight is not really going up. I had gained 3 pounds but now with being sick i am sure i lost that, that is why i am going to up the caleries big time after i feel better.

Whats up guys. I am still sick but starting to feel a little better. The antibiotics are causing havoc on my stomach and appetite. Really makes me mad. I am going to up caleries big time after I feel 100%. Anyway I have continued to take my supps. I cut back to 50mg Hemadrol a day and still at the 800mg Bold. I hope the antibiotics are not effecting my supps.
I worked out this morning. I did shoulders. My workout went like this:
1) machine shoulder presses. I did 6 sets. My max was 120 pounds x 5 reps.
2) Front dumbell shoulder raises. I did 5 sets. I maxed out at 30 pound dumbell each arm four 5 reps.
3) weighted chin pulls. I did 5 sets. Maxed out at 45 pound plate for 10 reps.
4)Smith Machine traps. I did 3 sets. I maxed out at 225 pounds x 10 reps.
5) Seated bent over side laterels. I did 3 sets of 10 reps.
That was it. all and all not a bad workout considering. I am hoping to fight through this cold and move on. I did not take any preworkout supp, other thn spraying NO Infuse on my arms.
Diet today. So far, Breakfast 2 english muffins and coffee. Lunch I had Cream of Broccoli soup and a turkey and cheese sandwich. Mid afternoon, i just had a large Muscle Milk Shake RTD.
I know my diet has not been good lately, but like I said I have been sick and i am fighting to eat and train. I dont want to quit 2 weeks in.

Forgot to add. I have been breaking out in acne on my face. Not a whole lot, but enough. I think it is from the Bold 200 because I have used Hemadrol in the past and did not break out. Also my libido has been effected in a negative way. That I know is the BOLD 200 becuase I have used Hemadol in th past and libido was exact opposite.

Due to my sickness I am stopping my cycle. I tried to work through it but i am getting worse. Training and appetite are bother suffering. I will take some timeoff, get better, and come ack with either the same stac or something different. I just purchased some M-Drol and P-Slin so we'll see. Thanks guys, take it easy...DaRooster
