ok i wanted some motivation so i am posting a log.
I am a little rich so i have the money.

supps i take:
whey isolate
kre-akalyn
x-factor(just started 2 days ago)
fish oil and sesathin (when i am off x-factor)
multi
NAC
vitamin c
grape seed extract
clen
NeuroStim + C
joint support
coq 10
taurine, potassium(for the clen)
b12
ZMA
Glucophase XR

those are the supps.

This is my workout split:

chest & back-
chest press
lat pulldown
incline press
rows
dips
dumbbell rows

legs & lower back-
squat
deadlift
lunges
leg extention
leg curls


shoulders & arms-
millitary press
barbell shrugs
behind neck shrugs
lateral raise
dumbell curls
preacher curls
skull crushers
one arm triceps extention

so what you guys think ?

ok first let me say i definatly notice the increased soreness right after my workout from x-factor.
my first workout was legs. i started lighter to get perfection on form.

my first leg workout on x-factor
squat-185x6x4
deadlift-255x6x4
lunges-65x7x3
leg extention-125x12x3
leg curls-90x12x3

i was a little tired so i onl did 6 reps for squats and deadlifts.

I am not a pro bber or anything or a bber really but why would you work 2 major muscle groups the same day? Like your back & chest...Then do legs & lower back?
Anyhow wow you are taking a lot of supps. Good luck on the X-Factor...I just started my X-Factor today.
