Alright guys first would like to thank Joey for allowing me to test out Man's Clout . I started taking it yesterday. I will take one dose per cardio in the AM with a scoop of whey . Also am am taking another dose preworkout at 2pm with my preworkout meal.
Current stats I am 167 in the afternoon about 8%BF currently lean bulking. I am taking in about 3800cals trying to get 500carbs 350gs of protein 60gs of fat. Other supps currently taking, Scorch, Sesathin, EFA's along with whey protein blend Ultra Peptide by Xtrem formulations and all other vitamins etc Vit, C, E,Mutli,B-complex. I have taken bulk CEE, Swole V-2 to compare this too also. I am looking forward to seeing what results I get beings Scorch has been a great product for me as well when I took bodyoctane.
My current workout routine is a 6x day lifting program I know its seems like alot but I am loving it as of now hitting each BP 2x per week. I don't feel like I am overtraining cause everything is spaced out enough for enough recovery. I am focusing on both lower volume weight and also in the 6-10 rep range and 3-5 rep range for core exercises. I do cardio in the AM and lift at 3pm as of now. I will keep daily updates on how I am feeling and any increases in strength, enduracne or over all well being/
I took the first dose last night and the taste overall was not too bad, a little tangy etc. I did notice a slight tingling sort of like what I felt when I took bodyoctane. Other then that I did legs last night so I felt pretty good I did 6 sets of squat in the 6-10 rep ranges , leg press 3x 3-5 , SLDL 3x3-5 along with the LEg extentions and Leg Curl etc. It kicked my ass for sure.
Doms this morning was not as bad as it usually is, I did my 35min of cardio sprints on the ellpitcal and felt pretty good energy wise. I took the Clout 30min before cardio this morning and felt very good combined with scorch. I will post my entire routine later today.
Goals shooting for to be up to 190-195 by July hehe

Six days is too much, bro! You cannot space out anything hitting each part two days per week. You will not be able to sustain this pace for very long without gear.
Your diet looks good, but cut it down to five days. I personally only lift four days per week and that is just right.

Cool, looking forward to the log...I was going to start my CLOUT with X-Factor (which I started today) but I think I am going to do CLOUT afterwards and probably keep using BodyOctane throughout the X-Factor cycle. Can't wait to see results that people get from CLOUT.

Six, you told me you were gaining man, 167 is DOWN from where you were. You've got to lay off that morning cardio so heavy man.......I know it's good for your heart, but so is an off day here and there. :) I look forward to the log. I just started on Dymatize's Xpand on Monday and will be considering Clout in the future depending on my results with Xpand and other's reviews of Clout.

He set up the workout for me etc, I do the cardio on my own etc. I highly recommend his training techniques and ideas very different then what I was used too

Are you still taking GXR. If so, great. I originally had 300mg of Regular ALA (could only afford to put that in and not the R, R-DHLA, or K-RALA versions that are superior), but it just burned the hell out of your throat so much.
So not only would CLOUT have a tarty and weird after taste, you would be itching like hell from the Beta-Alanine and your throat would literally burn!
Some of the prototypes were disasterous.

Regardless, get your ALA from elsewhere. Very solid ingredient list and a great writeup for what each item does Joey, I will look forward to the log.

Yup Joey I am taking 3 caps per day, one post cardio, 1 pre workout and one postworkouts. Its a staple for me etc. I have found it to be very good for me being type 2 diabetic etc. I look forward to the results

Well took my dose today around 2pm before I hit up my chest, shoulder and tri workout etc. The taste is ok nothing to ride home about lol but I could care less about the taste I just mix a scoop with water and down it. I took it with my preworkout meal which was 1/2 cup oats, 140grams cooked sweet potato and 1.5 scoops of whey isolate. I also took one cap of GXR with this. The guess its really too early to tell I had a very good pump going as I was lifting on my prep hour from teaching at school. My rest periods are about 50 seconds to 1 minute. I hit up chest then hit up shoulders and triceps rotating from a shoulder exercise to a tricep exercise. My workouts usally last about 45-60min. My stamina was very good I just felt "ready" and wanted to get on too the next set.
I am not sure if this is a good thing lol as my heavy sets 3-5 rep range I should prob take a longer break beings they are heavier sets. I am trying not to train to failure and stop about 1-2 reps shy of that but its hard not too thats for sure.. Overall pretty good workout I am will be waiting for the strength increases for sure. I need to hit all my macros as I have been coming up short. I do alot of cardio etc so its even more important I hit the numbers 450-500carbs all complex no sugars besides natural ones
Tommorow is AM cardio and abs is my only off day , friday Back, traps and biceps

3:45AM I took one serving of Clout with one serving of Man's Scorch with a one scoop of banana whey isolate. I did 38min of cardio on the treadmill doing my intervel workouts starting at 6mph for one minute up to 7, 8, then 9 mph for 30sec then back down to 6mph. Very good workout I did notice some DOMS in my legs that I worked on Tuesday lol, but I had not started Clout on Tuesday yes so I cannot that Clout did not help. I however have no DOMS from yesterdays chest, shoulder and Tri workout which is very good, My legs are always more sore 2 days after the actual workout so the soreness today does not suprise me . Overall today had a very good cardio workout, Heart rate was between 145 and 170 most of the time. Tommorow is back ,bicep and trap day. Today is my only day off from lifting , may hit up an incline walk at 15%grade at 4.5mph after teaching today.
I will take another serving this evening etc with GXR and my dinner
I will weigh in every monday also measurements.

SP, what is up with the excessive cardio? Today is your day off and you may hit an incline walk later? Even though you already did your usual (and still excessive) morning session?
When is the marathon man?
Seems to me 3800cals won't be enough. What's Derek position on this?

2. For J-Rod: Joey, do you actually have any literature indicating an r-isomer-only blend of lipoic acid to provide better anti-oxidant protection than a racemix s/r-blend?? I'm willing to surmise that the potassium-r-ALA offers benefits above and beyond other forms, but that's about it.

I think all ALA works, it is just a matter of getting the best cellular build up of the R.
I certainly would rate K-R-ala up at the top. But I read a good article on the R-DHLA on lef.org.
I have not had the time or motivation to read any of the studies referenced, but I tend to find lef as a credible source.

As mentioned I had 300mg of regular ALA in each serving of CLOUT based off of the Marangoon and co-workers studies of 31 healthy adults who took 600mg of ALA per day (2 servings of CLOUT would of given you 600mg) for 8 weeks and showed a resultant decrease in oxidative damage.
Another reason why I wanted ALA in the formula was to work with NAC.
Nevertheless, in the future, when I am able to do much larger runs in CLOUT and have been able to secure better pricing on the raws, I would like to include a form of R.
To me it is a matter of supplying enough active in order to produce the effect. I want to use doses that are supported by the literature. Otherwise, I am better off hiding in a corner, hype my product to death and start coming out with proprietary blends so I can list cool compounds for the FECK of it.
I want to point out in this thread I am not bashing a blend, as there are plenty of reserached backed and effective blends. It is just if I am going to promote a compound for an effect. I want to show my consumer the dose being used is what will work.
So based off the price differences with all the ALA versions, the only one that I could afford to put ALA in at a dose that matched the studies and would support a claim would be regular ALA.
Sorry for rambling...i took 3 SCORCH, 2 servings of Neurostim + C and 2O mg of Synephrine, so I am sort of zooming!

Let me add to this discussion, that you can do cardio and gain weight.
I will also admit, that I have not seen how much cardio Justin is doing.
How much do you weigh now 6 as compared to when you started CLOUT. This would be interesting, seeing as how active you seem to be and your goals to gain weight.

Definitely not debating that. I too gain best doing sprint-work twice a week. But I am definitely willing to voice my feeling that aerobics every single day on top of a strength training split is more detrimental to systemic anabolism, protein synthesis/adaptive response(s) to strength training, and anaerobic work capacity than it is complementary or additive in bestowing benefits.

Yes you could.
But it is important to make sure you are using 2 servings of CLOUT daily to make sure you get cellular build up of the actives in CLOUT.
Not only creatine, but also muscle carnosine, and mineral deficiency. The doses and formula is built on 2 servings daily.

No doubt about it, but Justin can't be talked to about his crazy cardio routine. 7 days a week working within the 160bpm range of interval cardio for 30+ minutes is not only detrimental to systemic anabolism, it's not even a good idea on a cut. I agree with Loki here, the good lord himself would have trouble talking J out of this..............hence the 100% Clean bulking under his name for 6+ months and a gain of 5lbs. ;) Just messin with ya J, but seriously, a rest day won't make ya lose those abs.

Don't do that man, you're one of the industry good guys. :) Just choose testers who aren't cardio junkies. Six, you gotta start hitting those macros and drop some of the stims/thermos if you're gonna keep with the heavy cardio routine. Perhaps a good carb up is in order........shoot for that 1000g of oats. ;)

damn six i didnt know u did that much cardio. if u get up to 190lbs by june or july with as much cardio as ur doing then u are definetely the man!!!

345AM - I took 2 scorch with 1 serving of Clout with a scoop of whey isolate. I guess I could really "feel" it this morning. I did the bike this morning and I really felt the thermo effect and endurance kick in etc. Energy levels were very high and my stamina was also better. I did 38min on the bike. HR was between 140 aand 160. I was sweating more then ususal. I also do abs after cardio, This morning did upper abs which consist of exercise ball crunches with a med ball and rope pull downs 5 sets of each to failure . I mix up weighted exercises with bodyweight. I do abs everyday hitting upper, lower, obliques and just rotate them . I have seen great results with this. I am hitting up back ,traps and biceps this afternoon. Will post results after my workout .
I will be taking another serving of Clout 45min preworkout with 1 cup oats, and 1.5 scoops of whey isolate. Also 2 scorch or EC stack.

On my review thread, I received the following question:
Can I bother you to tell why caffeine is the "sworn enemy of cell volumization" or whatever? We've all heard how it supposedly counteracts creatine but then many of us have also seen the studies showing this is not really the case. Not saying that I don't believe you, for obvious reasons, but rather I would like to know more about the mechanism by which this... becomes a problem, I guess you could say. I'm a big fan of pre-workout caffeine (& avoid it the rest of the day) so I'm very curious.
To which I gave this answer:
Adenosine at nanomolar concentrations inhibits adenylate cyclase activity via the A1 receptor. Chronic caffeine intake a.) upregulates A1 proliferation and b.) antagonizes adenosine. Adenosine antagonism will signal to a cell that adequate ATP is present (when in reality this may well not be the case), which subsequently shunts glucose uptake and causes cellular dehydration (1).
Now, with that in mind, peep these "righ' 'cheah":

- You say you are doing cardio to improve blood-glucose levels. Do you know caffeine & norepinephrine are both additive in impairing insulin sensitivity, prompting partial skeletal muscular insulin resistance, and worsening blood-glucose levels?
- The synthesis of new contractile (re: skeletal muscle) tissue is an energy-dependent and energy-intensive process that creatine helps to speed along because cell-plasticity, volume, and ATP-state all factor fundamentally into the protein synthesis process. So what is the logic of taking a cellular diuretic that will antagonize the effects of CLOUT, to burn more calories doing cardio on a daily basis that could otherwise be used to foster systemic anabolism and tissue repair??

Yes I am type 2 diabetic the GXR works wonders for me and my blood sugar levels,seasthin is great for overall health, the thermos I take to get kick before I do cardio which is at 345 AM and before I lift for a energy kick I take the EC. I do abs everyday why? Cause it works for me. Guys I am doing a log here if you want to bash everything I do don't respond this is for Joey and who ever else is interested.

Im with Loki and the rest on this one, you want to gain weight and don't seem to gain any, back off the cardio a bit (max 2-3 times a week) and all those termo's while bulking aren't necassery either... that's just my opnion though, im not bashing or anything :)

Exactly, I do not feel someone with diabetes should take caffeine and some others stims. There are other/better options for pre-workout energy (i.e. neurotropic supps).

Sixpack, you are under 170 lbs, no offense but why arn't you focusing on eating and staying away from cardio? You got so many supps you are using its like they are your focus for gaining mass, gain some mass with some food and cut out the cardio or you arn't gonna make 190.
Then again I don't know your goals so its wrong for me to assume you want to gain lots of mass but eh you seem to be obsessed with being lean. you can maintain fine blood glucose levels without such high levels of cardio.

Alright thanks , I am focused on eating etc I am know nutrition is the most inportant part of it, I am a nutrition consultant so I know what it takes so you don't need to question the supps I take and my diet, My diet is as clean as can be . My work ethic is great, I have a postive attitude. Keep up on the log if you wish, if not that fine also. I am happy with my supp schedule

I have to take small steps. etc. I know I need to cut back cardio and hit macros etc, its just now doing it and not being intimidated by anything etc. I gotta get that out of my head. Had a very good workout today, I took one serving of Clout at about 230 with my preworkout meal. I guess today was the first day I could really feel it kick in. It seemed to kick in better when I took in more food with it. My endurance was very good at the gym and once again the sweating was more then usual. It was about 85 here today in AZ and the gym was a little more warm then normal. I went up 5 pounds on my BB rows everything else pretty much stayed the same. I am taking about 90 seconds rest between my sets of 3-5 and about 60seconds between my sets of 6-10 reps. I was anxious to get to the next set etc so energy levels were high as well as focus. I will see how DOms is tommorow and how the leg workout goes. Overall 8-10 on the workout today.

Very good workout today workout from hell. I took Clout along with my preworkout meal which was 1/2 cup oats and 1scoop of whey 45min before legs. I felt very good today, endurance was very good as my partner and I were moving through our workout. As soon as one was done we would jump right in prob 1min break between sets. I felt a tingling type feeling similar to taking BO after taking clout. I actually like the taste of this stuff for sure. Strength was up 10 pounds on Leg press I got all sets of 5 so time to move up next week. Prob water weight but I am up 2 pounds since taking Clout so things are looking very good. This is my 4th day taking Clout. I will stay on the current program cardio in the AM and lifting in the PM as Joey wants me to stay on the current program. I will be interested to see how much DOMS I have in my legs Sunday. Usually I am pretty damn sore after leg day so we will see. Chest, SHoulders, Triceps Sunday.

Why are you so focused on DOMS?? It really has nothing to do w/ muscle growth or strength.... hell, if I wanted reduced DOMS, I would just use ETS (or so they say)

Great day today moved up in a few exercises for sure. I took one serving of clout in the AM pre-cardio and 30min pre-lifting with my preworkout meal.
Felt very energized and endurance once again was great. I had a huge pump in my chest and Triceps
Workout:
Incline BP- 3x 3-5 reps= 175x5 175x5 185x5- I will start with 185 next week
Flat DB- 3x 6-10 = 80x6 for all 3 sets(moved up 5 pounds on these was at 75lb last week)
Cable Crossover- 2x 10-12= 50x11 50x11
DB Shoulder Press- 5x5= 60x5 for all 5 sets , will move up to 65's next week
Lateral Raises -2x 6-10 = 30x6 30x6
CGBP- 5x5= 155x5 165x5 165x5 165x5 165x4(****) will start at 165 next week moved up 10lbs on these.
Skull crushers- 2x 6-10reps= 85x6 85x6
Pushdowns- 1x 10-12 reps= 80 x10 , parter and I did 5 drops sets in a row for the hell of it after this.
Overall great workout felt very good moved up in 2 exercises. DOMS from yesterdays leg day is not bad at all, but usually it hits me 2 days after lifting legs so I will see how they fell on Monday. Tommorow is back, trap and Bicep day. So far very impressed with clout and the endurance its giving me only on my 5th day

Energy was very high as well as endurance. I feel more "full" you could say and my focus feels like how it was when I was taking bodyoctane. Weights also moved up in 2 different exercises. I am sweating more then normal when taking it for some reason. I took one serving of clout with one serving of San's Tight.
Workout
BB Row- 3x 3-5 reps 175x 5 for all 3 sets , time to move up
Lat Pull down 3x 6-10 reps 170x6(up 10 pounds) 150x 8 150x8
Seated Row 2x 6-10 - 150x6 130x8
BB Shrug- 2x5= 285x5 285x5(pausing at the top)
DB Shrug-5x 6-10 reps=110DB's for all 5 sets. I got 6 reps on each set
Machine Shrug-1x 10-12 reps= 236x 12 reps up 10 pounds
BB Curl 2x5= 90x5 90x5 up 5 pounds
DB Curl 5x 6-10 reps= 40x6 40x6 40x6 40x6 40x6 40x5( Time to move up on the first set
One arm cable curl = 1x10-12 reps = 40x11 40x11
Overall great workout I am feeling stronger etc and overall alot better. I am hitting my macros which is very important also.

Once again I felt an overall rush for the most part took 2 scorch with it also. The strength gains are increasing bit by bit it seems , Today I hit highs on SLDL for the most part was the main poundage increase on the lifts, Also got 2 sets of 205 for 10 on ass to the grass squats which I did not get last workout either.
The 6 sets of both Curls and extentions kicked my ass , I was only taking about 60 break between all exercises except Leg press I took about 90secs. I can tell I want to take less time between sets. I fell ready to "go" after each set.
Leg Press 3 sets 3-5 reps = 455lbs for 5 on all 3 sets(up 5 pounds)
Squats 2x10-12 = 205x12 205x10
SLDL 3x 3-5 reps= 205x8 215x7 up 10 pounds on the last set

Thanks LOki also the vasopro alone bro worked out very well, I felt actually alot better without the "C" added to it, not a crash at all etc, I felt more hydrated etc and overall better. Thanks for the comments getting er done , well trying to up cals etc and hit my macros.

Actually we were talking about the NFL draft and the strong man contest at the pro bowl. My friend La Roi Glover of the Dallas Cowboys won. We went to junior high and high school together. Him and I played High School Foot Ball and wrestled together in high school and he was a BEAST then.
Anyway, me and this guy who is just one of those dudes that was just born with Herculean strength decided to try it on Friday, which is typically arm day for us. The first week I got 36 and the next 39. He did 48 reps both times. And the dude is 48 years old and clean. He might pop a couple of SCORCH pre training but that is it. Nevertheless talk about a pump and burn!
Now, my shoulder is a little jacked so I have to hold back a little on the intensity.

He is and never gets the propers he deserves. At this stage in his career he does not lift like he used to. Mostly runing, cardio, Yoga and Pilates.

Cardio day only today took one serving of Clout about 30min before cardio with 2 scorch etc. Very nice cardio workout did 36min on the treadmill doing an intervel workout .ONce again the sweating was more then usual. The endurance I am getting during my cardio workouts is unreal. i feel i could go longer etc and maybe harder but I know I don't need to . I feel very recovered after my workouts and have an overall feeling of well being during the day. I will have to say this is working out very well so far. TOday is my only non-lifting day. I will be hitting up back, biceps and traps Friday. I have 4 workouts left on Dereks program then will be switching to 2 bodyparts per day 2x per week etc. So far so good with Clout.

That is what Derek has me doing right now, I will be switching workouts in 2 days. My last 6 weeks I had both Dips and Chinups in the program. I switch routines and exercises every 4-6 weeks.Thanks for checking in Ripped. I am glad to hear you also am loving Clout. What is interesting in your opinion about chinups rather then pull downs? How is everything going training etc with ya?

I am glad to hear you also am loving Clout.
Just returned from a WO. One of my best in quite a while! I'm very excited about Clout and looking fwd. to the next training session.
What is interesting in your opinion about chinups rather then pull downs?
The former exercise is for men. :)
I'd use lat pulldowns towards the end of the workout, when there is little strength left.
How is everything going training etc with ya?
It was a downward spiral for the last few months motivation-wise, but all is starting to pick-up once again.

Alright my workout today was the last on my current program and will be switching to 2 bodyparts per day hitting each BP 2x per week.
4-16-05- Quads, Hams and Calfs
Well for the first time is sometime I almost puked during this workout, I took on serving of Clout along with 2 scorch preworkout etc. Today was my 6 set Squat day so its was a fun one . Here goes
Squats 6x 10-12 reps, 205x12, 205x10, 205x10,205x10,205x10, 205x10, (Up 10 pounds first time getting 10 reps with 205 ATG
Leg Press 3x 8-10 360x10 for all 3 sets I was dying here
SLDL - 3x8-10 reps 195x8, 195x8, 195x8 (Up 3 reps from previous)
Leg Exten- 3x 6-10 reps- 90x6 , 80x 7 , 60x10
Leg Curl- 3x6-10 = 90x6, 70x10, 80x7
Seated calf Raises = 2x5 =250x5 250x5 (up 5pounds)
Standing Calf Raise- 3x 6-10reps= 140x6 140x6 100x10
BW Calf raise= 2x20-30= bwx20, bwx20
Overall a very good workout. My legs were jiggling after this and I almost hurled lol, I was taking about 60 sec rest between my 6 sets of squats and for all other lifts. Strength went up on squats which was great. I will prob be splitting up hams and quads on my new workout etc. I will weigh in again on Monday to see where I am. I need food right now before I pass out. CLout continues to get me through my workouts etc. I will see how DOms is on Sunday. Chest and Shoulders Sunday!!

Anyways workout today started a new split and workout goes like this:
Sunday-Heavy Chest, Shoulders- Light Biceps
Monday-Heavy Back-Traps, Light-calfs
Tuesday-Heavy Quads- Light -Hams
Wednesday-Heavy Triceps, Biceps- Light Chest and Shoulders
Thurs-Cardio only
Friday-Heavy-Calfs, Light back-Traps
Saturday-Heavy Hams- Light Quads
Well there is the setup the bodyparts that say"heavy" will get 2-3 exercises about and about 8-9 sets , the bodyparts that say light will get 1-2 exercieses and either 3 straight sets or 1 double drop set. Reps ranges will vary . Heavy days I may go in the 3-5 rep range for the first exercise then 6-10 rep range for the 2nd exercise. I want to hit all muscle fibers etc.Light bodyparts days are not lighter weight the weight is still heavy but the rep ranges are between 6-10 maybe 1 set of 20 etc.
So today workout is as follows
DB Bench 3x6-10 -90x6 ,85x7 80x10
Incline Barbell-3x 6-10 = 186x6, 175x7, 155x10
DB Military 3x 6-10= 60x6, 55x7 50x9
DB Laterals 3x6-10= 30x6, 25x8, 25x8
Skull Crushers 3x6-10 , 85x6 75x8m 75x8
Pushdowns 3dropset- 70x10,50x10, 40x10
DB Hammer Curl -3x 8-10= 35x8 for all 3 sets
One-Arm cable Curl-Drops set 40x10, 30x8, 30x8
Well overall a very good workout , I had a great pump going in my chest and shoulders etc. Overall endurance was very good. Doms today in me legs was pretty bad I was sore as hell both in my quads and hams. Feeling better now though after doing cardio in the AM etc. I will weigh in Monday etc. I have about 1/2 jug left of Clout. I have been taking 2 servings per day one before AM cardio and one 45min before I lift with my preworkout meal. Tommorow Back and trap day.

about 60min max, I take 60 sec break between sets, remember light bodyparts its only 1-2 exercises or 1 drops set for 1 exercise

My legs are still sore from Saturday so DOMS is an issue. My focus and concetration seems to be very high still. I will weigh in tommorow. The workout

Not saying this speaks poorly of CLOUT as it's ingredient profile is definitely solid, but it does speak poorly of mega-stimulant use and daily cardio in terms of bulking.
Hey Joey, are there any logs of clout that you know of on the various boards with people who are REALLY bulking? Loki's review makes the product sound very impressive, and as I'm almost out of Xpand I believe I'll be in the market for a new Creatine product in the next week or so.

If you are truly trying to put on quality lean body mass, considering what we know about you, I would keep cardio to only 20 minutes of moderate intensity and 3 times a week.
Also, keep the thermos to strictly preworkout. I want you to SWOLE-Up on us bruv!

Todays weights increased on my squats for sure I have also upped cals etc. Hockey brother you are too damn hard on me man give me a holla this evening please.

Leg Extention 3x 6-10= 90x6(up 5 pounds ), 70x8, 50x 10( f
Leg Curl 3x10= 70x10 all 3 sets (drops set 1x 40x10)
One-legged Curl 3x10-12= 40 each leg x10 for 3 sets then drops set to 20 x8
Once again I am really impressed I felt great this afternoon I took one serving of Clout with a serving of scorch preworkout. I will see how Doms is tommorow etc. I have heavy arms and ligth chest and back Wednesday. I can tell since upping my cals and lowering my cardio I feel more recovered etc and overall better. Haha J, I'm just lookin out for ya, trust me, I know how hard it can be to cut down on the cardio. Having been very overweight as a freshman in college and cutting way the heck down it is always a struggle to gain weight because I fear getting fat again........but once you have the knowledge and dedication (as you do) ya just need to cut back a little bit and let yourself grow with the knowledge that any unwanted stuff can be trimmed off when the time is right. :)

I am most interested in starting weight and ending weight. And starting lifts and ending lifts during the cycle.

Pretty good workout today for the most part energy levels were very good . I took one serving of CLout 45preworkout with 1 cup oats and 1.5 servings of whey.
Workout-
CGBP 3x 6-8reps= 195x6, 195x6 185x8,
One-Arm DB extention= 3x 6-10= 30x8, 30x7, 25x9 (up 5 pounds)
Pushdowns= 3x 8-10= 70x9, 70x9, 70x9
One-Arm Pushdown=1x12-15= 40x12
BB Curls= 3x6-8 = 85x6, 85x6, 85x6
DB Curls= 3x 6-10 = 40x7, 40x7, 35x10= UP 5 pounds
One Arm Cable curls= 2x10-12= 40x10, 40x10
Pec Deck 1x10 Drops sets 90x10 3 drop sets 70,50, 50
Upright Row= 1x10 = 85x10, 3drops sets 75,55,55
Very good workout I took about 1min between sets etc. I had a very good pump going in my arms damn it was unreal . It was heavy arms day on light chest and shoulders where I do one exercise on "Light" Day with 3 drops sets. Endurance was very good again. Doms was not an issue today in my legs after hitting em hard yesterday. I think cutting back on cardio is really going to make a difference in my recovery. Calories are at a steady 3700 trying to get in 4k. Other then that tommorow is just cardio day and Friday will be Heavy calfs -Light back and traps.

Well Today Thursday- Only cardio day today and my only day off from lifting, I took one serving of Clout 45min before my workout this morning . I did a intervel workout on the treadmill etc. Very good cardio workout as it seems like i have tons more enduracne etc. I am also not as sore in my hamstrings etc as I usually am from day to day. The last 2 days at work I have felt very awake and aware and am not crashing at all in the afternoons like I sometimes do. I just feel overall good etc I guess thats the best way I can put it. I will weigh in again on Saturday. Tommorow is heavy calfs, light back and traps.

Workout went very well today as it was suppose to be light back day but I did some extra sets etc I could not help it . Endurance was very good, focus, sweating etc were all increased. I will be weighing in either sat or sunday.

Overall very good workout endurance was very high both during AM cardio and lifting. Strength I can feel going up mainly in my legs and back exercises. THese two seem to go up the quickest . My chest is lagging behind so I am waiting for my lifts to increase . I just got the 2nd bottle of Clout today from Joey so I thank him once again for this opportunity. Heavy hams and light quads on Saturday. More to come

Thanks bro I will do so brotha I would be happy to help you out. Thanks again, my overall reveiw of the product is that its a great endurance type product. I am getting better sterngth gains then I did with just bodyoctane which is great. Pumps are ok nothing unreal etc. Recovery is alot better and overall feeling good during the day just recovered and refreshed. I look forward to the up coming week on this for sure. Thanks again guys

Well I hit some PR today for sure on everything. My legs are feeling much more recovered beings I have cut back on cardio. Endurance and strength were both up today . Also upping cals etc is helping out also. The workout

Overall great workout today. I have a bad Sciatic Nerve in my backs so I have gradually been working my way back up on squats. I am very carefull going down etc. I hate the smith machine so I refuse to do squats on the damn thing. I took on serving of Clout 30min before my workout along with an EC stack. I was dripping sweat as its about 90 outside down here in AZ and they did not have the damn air conditioner on in the gym. Overall prob one of the best workouts so far using Clout as I am almost done with the first jug. Tommorow Sunday- Heavy Chest and shoulders, light arms

Overall today I have felt the best since being on clout still taking 2 servings per day one in the Am one before lifting in the afternoon. Hit up heavy back and biceps today I am glad I am on a set routine now over debating on some things I feel better recovered and i got a number of comments today that I look bigger hehe

Overall weighed in at 169 today which is up again. Not sure if its water weight or not but I feel better, look better and strength is going up more to come

Strength gains are good mainly on my legs and back exercises the most,I am at 170 in the afternoon etc. I have cut down on doing too much cardio as i know its hindering my gains as well as my libio,strength and overall well being. I realize I can lean bulk and maintain a lower BF without doing 100hours of cardio lol.SO i exspect me doing this it can only help me etc.Its giving me more of a drive to workout etc, I love the endurance its been giving me etc. I will post final strength number when all is done. Wednesday- Cardio day only
Well I cut back on cardio time I only did 32 min today on the elliptical 30min sprint 30min light etc. Very good sweat going . DOMS was mild but it was there for sure in my quads from the day before which is normal. I feel much more recovered from workout to workout beings I have cut back etc. I can tell a physical difference for sure. I guess what I like about it is everyday I take it get the same feeling. Its not a supplement you can feel one day and not feel the next etc. Its the same tingling energy type feeling everytime I take it. Tommorow is Chest and Triceps etc so we will see where there takes me. I am will be posting the weight increases etc on lifts after my final bottle of Clout. More to come

Thursday-Chest-Triceps-Light Delts
Great overall workout today. TOok one serving of Clout 45min preworkout with 2 scorch. Once again sweating more then normal its getting warm in AZ and the gym is warm etc . I was very focused today more then usual and energy levels were steady once again and I get the same feeling everytime I take Clout. I did get some new records today for incline DB. ALso two other people commented on how much "fuller" I look. This seems to be a popular effect of Clout reading everyones log.

Incline DB 3x 6-8 = 75DB x6 for all 3 sets (Up 5 pounds)
Incline Smith 3x 8-10= 175x10, 175x8, 155x10
Cable crossover 3x 10-12= 50x11, 50x10, 50x10
CGBP=3x5= 205x5, 185x6. 185x6
Pusdowns 3x8-10= 70x10, 76x8, 76x8, drop set 40 x7
BW Dips= 12, 10, 10 (great pump going on these)
DB Press 1x20= 35x15
Read Delts 1x10 (3 drops) 17.5 x10, 15x9, 12,5 x8
Great overall pump going in my upper body. I am also more vascular then I usually am etc. I will be weighing in again on Sunday to see where I am at etc. Like I said the physical appearence you can really tell in my arms and upper chest. Minimal bloat.
Overall very impressed on what is happening on the second jug.

Heavy Legs today-Light Hams-Saturday workout 65min
Well today had a great workout took one serving of CLout and 3gs of CM preworkout. Energy and focus was spot on once again. No DOMS today at all from back day yesterday which is good sighn so we will see how my legs feel tommorow.

Squats 4x 5-6= 185x8, 225x5, 235x5, 235x6,235x5, 235x5 etc I cannot go real heavy on squats cause of my sciatic nerve etc. So I got ATG for the most part.
Squats Drops set 1x20= 135x20
Hack squats 3 X 8-10 reps- 90x10, 90x10, 110x8 (up20 pounds on last set)
SLDL- 3x8-10 reps= 205x8. 205x8, 205x8
Leg Extention 3x6-10= 90x6, 80x8, 80x8, drop set 40x10
Leg Curl 3x 6-10= 90x7, 80x8, 80x8 drops set 40x7
Stand Calf Raise 3x10= 100x10 all 3 sets time to move up
Seated calf raise 3x 6-10= 100x7, 90x9, 90x9
Overall great workout moved up both on squats and LEg press. As you can see I am rotating every workout doing squats one workout and Leg press the next etc.
Overall Like I had mentioned I am so impressed with Clout I bought another bottle but will finish the second jug and began testing another product. But I bought another jug cause Clout is something I will continue to use. I don't normally do this but its been a great addition to the lifting and cardio routine and overall feeling.
Tommorow is heavy chest and shoulders-light triceps

Great overall workout today hit some PR's in a couple lifts. Took one serving of clout with a E/C stack for some energy. Felt amazing throughout the workout and felt I could of gone longer, I did a total of about 23 total sets

BB-Bench 3x 5-7= 195x6, 195x6, 205x5 (Up5 pounds on last set)
Flat DB Bench= 80x7(PR) 75x7, 75x7 (up 5 pounds on DB's)
Cable crossover= 60x12, 60x12, 60x11 (up 5 pounds)
Db Press= 3x 5-7= 60x6(up 1 rep) 60x5, 60x5
Lateral Raises= 3x8-10=25x8 for all 3 sets
One Arm DB Lat raises 1x20= 12.5 x15
Skull cruchers 3x 6-10= 85x8(up 2 reps) 85x6, 75x 10
Hammer Curls 3x 6-10= 35x8 for all 3 sets
Had a unreal pump going in my chest and arms etc. As you can see I moved up on almost all exercises either in weight or reps> My overall feeling of well being is at a all time high right now I think. I am getting more recovered every workout and motivation etc is also very good. Tommorow is heavy back and traps and bicep day.

Nice workout today I did not get the same pick me up as I usually do from Clout today. I still am noticing an increase in sweating etc. Strength gains are steady no PR today but overall I got focused once I got into the gym etc. WOrkout

Lunges 3x8-10= 50lb DB's for 3 sets of 8 got all 3 sets this week
SLDL= 3x 8-10= did not use straps today so I let up on weight, 195x8 for all 3 sets
Leg extentions 3x 8-10= 83x8, 73x8, 60x10
Leg Curl= 3x 8-10 83x8,73x8, 53x10
One Leg Curl 2x 8-10 - 30x10, 20x10

Well overall great workout I am not sure if I am doing too many sets for quads during the week . I am hitting them on Tuesday then again on Saturday etc. I will have to think it over a bit. Well today was light day , what I mean by light is higher reps etc not lighter as in taking it easy. Damn this was a tough workout. I had a great pump going in my chest and triceps, going lighter weight and a littler higher in rep range got it going for sure. I was dripping after the workout I think its be caue of the added CM to the Clout I added.

Final Results had very nice Leg workout today to end this Clout Trial etc. I once again would like to thank Joey for allowing me to test Clout. I will try this again in the future for sure. So Maxed out on some main exercises the past 3 days to really see how far I have progressed etc. Joey puts out top notch products and I cannot say enough about the quality service and great products he has put out.
Start Bench Press- 205x2----------End BP- 220x2
Flat DB Bench Start-80x6----------END- 90x6

THose were the main lifts I tried to concentrate on , I wish I could go heavier on squats but I have to be carefull, I try to make up for it by going heavy on Legs press and going ATG squats etc. Overall I am very impressed what this has done for me I ended weight at 171 in the afternoon and started at 167 so not too much of a weight gain but strength gain for sure.
