ive noticed alot of talk about how a protien shake may throw one out of ketosis. But what about ISOPURE 0 carbs 0 fat just straight up pure protein and the way its made it absorbs quicker (or so they say). Sounds perfect for that after workout refuel to start repairing those muskles and keep in mind from what i have read that fat intake after a workout screws up that repair cycle.

theres sugar in many shakes alright. The one I use ON 100% whey has only 3g of carbs per serving. Minimal in Ketosis.

PWO is fine for whey shakes, what we mean is at other times of the day. That's when we're saying not to use whey.

pure whey on its own can cause an insulin spike, carbs or no carbs, whether it knocks u out of ketosis or is bad for u during ketosis is a case by case basis. also depends on what else u've eaten recently (high fat foods etc)
