Ok, like I've been mentioning I am ready to roll with this log. We will see what happens. This is my 3rd cycle. Last cycle was M1T last year. My current stats:

5'9", 203 lbs, 24 yos., BF = ???, Lifting for 4 yrs., stayed natural for 3 yrs.

I will keep this log as detailed as possible from day to day. It will be interesting to see how I do. Here we go:

Last week I preloaded: Milk thistle, 3-4 pills per day and been taking Haw berry for the past month

Week 1: 20 mg of Ergomax, haw. berry, celery seed extract ED
Week 2: Same
Week 3: Same
Week 4: Same

Weeks 5 through 7 (Or 8): Rebound XT 2-3 pills per day, Milk Thistle, Haw. Berry continued

Goal: Anywhere from 212 to 215 lbs while cutting up a little around my waistline (hope I can get there). I have also attached some beginning pics. Realize my legs need a little work but I'm workin on that!

looking forward to it! what was your 1st cycle? changing up diet for this cycle? got any other pics? it will be hard to see changes based on what you have pictured thus far. gonna track BF%?

good size for only 4 years of training. how big them arms are???

Thanks bro. First cycle was 1-ad. Went from 130 lbs. to 185 naturally. Diet will include an extra couple small meals per day...around 4000-4500 cals.

I know the pics aren't real good but the only cam I have is on my cell. Arms are 18 3/4, don't plan on tracking BF during the cycle.

looking forward to it! what was your 1st cycle? changing up diet for this cycle? got any other pics? it will be hard to see changes based on what you have pictured thus far. gonna track BF%?

Day 1 Results:

Weight: Scale said 205, probably b/c I had a shake, chicken and eggs in my stomach though

The Gym: Pumps starting already....and I cycled off No2 and CEE about a week ago so I know it's the LMG. Drinking a ton of water, but cramps were noticeable after workout. Right wrist feels weird for some reason...

No noticeable strength increases so far....military and dumbell press felt damn good. Reverse grip bench got 255 for 5 reps on last couple sets.

Will update on Tuesday. I am either doing chest or back, haven't decided.

hey man you're a big boy as is...can't wait for your results! good luck man! hey are there any advantages to doing bench with reverse grip? i know a guy who does it, but he HAS to due to some sort of injury...i forget what specifically. let me know. thanx man.

Day 2 Update


Weight is floating around 203.5 - 204 right now. Feeling huge and invincible. Pumps were crazy in the gym.......Did back and calves today. Crushed my back and increased weight and # of reps on a lot of my excercises. Did a ton of pullups (45-50 total) and a bunch of close-grip pullups.

I wish this "full" look I have would never go away and I'm only getting started. No tiredness or anything....heart feels great (celery seed def helping). Will update Weds........either doing Chest or Bi's and Legs...haven't decided.

Day 3 Update: Chest/Legs

Was going to do Chest/Bi's but b/c of a right wrist sprain I skipped bi's and did legs instead. This stuff is really kicking in. The pumps are almost too severe in and out of the gym.....almost painful. And it's definately affecting my range of motion on such things as incline bench, etc. I am taking in about 1.5 gallons of water a day.

No huge jumps on strength with my chest. Actually only got up to 270 on incline 2nite, a little disappointed. I pounded out some leg extensions, curls, leg press, squats and lunges to finish the workout.

Here comes the weight....weighed in at 206 on empty stomach after workout. BTW, being as thick as I am already is not helping with how bad the pumps and cramping are right now....hope this improves. Thursday is my day off. Will update Friday. 27 more days on this stuff.......

I am wondering if Milk Thistle will be enough (I mean for liver protectants) afterwards as part of my PCT...some are taking Pro Liver while on cycle but I'm not.

This is my 5th day on LMG. The pumps are subsiding somewhat, feel great and sex drive is through the roof.

Weight is around 206-207 and holding steady. Legs still sore from Weds, and plan on hitting shoulders and bi's this afternoon......right wrist still sprained so I may use a wrist wrap so I can actually pump out some heavy curls.

Also starting some Liv 52 just to be on the safe side......don't think this will inhibit my gains. Will keep you updated.

If pumps become a problem take some extra taurine-5 gr pre and 5 gr post workout. Nice log, keep up the good work.

Pounded out chest and tri's on Sunday and felt pretty good. Strength is going up a bit but not much....and I know why. For some reason like I said last Monday I did something to my right wrist and it just isn't right. It is almost impossible for me to do any heavy curls or chest so I painfully made it through yesterday.

No matter, I broke my finger at college last year and still worked out so I'm trying to be a warrior but it is getting rough. I am doing back and abs tonight.

Weight is steadily going up...204 when I wake up and 207 or so at the end of the day. Probaby soaking in a bunch of water. Sex drive still crazy...took it out on my g/f friday LOL. Pretty pumped throughout the day. Still shooting for my goal of 212 lbs. by the end.......hope I get there but this injury is mentally (and somewhat physically) killing me.

Had a killer back and ab workout on Monday. This stuff is really kicking in now. I weighed in at 208 last night........I'm sure some of this is water but at least I'm making gains (which I need to keep at the end). Strength is really picking up in the gym as my wrist gets better. Celery seed keeping BP at a good level.

Entering Week 2 today. Off today but doing Legs on Weds.

Too bad I could only get my hands on one bottle of this stuff. Amazing, that's all I can say.

Lookin good. I just started my ergomax yesterday. Im in the same boat about only being able to get my hands on one bottle. Hopefully, the new max LMG will be just as good.

Day 10: Legs and Bi's

Bought a wrist wrap for right wrist. Currently cannot do st8t bar curls or EZ bar curls b/c of pain so I stuck to preacher machines and dumbells. Was hoping to increase reps of 155-160 lbs. on St8t bar curls but will have to wait, could be a strained tendon/ligament whatever.

Blasted my legs and strength was up huge on Hack squat, leg extensions and leg curls. Did lunges to finish the workout off. Did 5 different curl excercises but nothing too heavy like I said (which is really discouraging). Pumps were outrageous still.

My weight is floating around 207 to 208 and I started out 203. Not bad. Only side effects to mention are a little pressure in my head and crazy sex drive (worse than last week). Seems like I want to screw anything in the gym (of course I mean the ladies lol).

Plan on getting a good chest workout in 2nite. Hope my injury holds up, I love this stuff.

Today: Shoulders and Tri's

This is Day 13 I believe. A couple things to note. My weight is flucuating (spelling?) between 206 and 209 (tops). Mostly staying around 207. I am wondering why the weight gain has been rather slow.....I think my waistline is really trimming up and there could be some fat loss there. But that's good. No wonder is it the "Lean Mass Generator." About 2 weeks left on the cycle. Strength is REALLY picking up........here is my detailed workout from today.

SHOULDERS

Warmup with some side laterals...
Military Press: Warmup with 185. 205 @ 8, 215 @ 6, 225 @ 4
Standing DB Press: 60s @ 10, 60s @10, 70s @ 8 each
DB Shrugs: 225 warmup, 315 @ 10, 315 @ 10, 395 @ 8, 395 @ 6
Reverse shrugs (for traps): 225 warmup, 255 @ 10, 285 @ 8

*I then did a couple shoulder machines for light reps to cool down.

TRICEPS

V-bar pushdowns: 180 warmup, 200 lbs. @10, 200 @ 10
Close-grip bench: 135 warmup, 225 @ 8, 225 @ 8 *did not add additional weight b/c of wrist injury, didn't feel too bad though today
Skullcrushers: 105 warmup, 125 @ 10, 125 @8, 135 @ 6
Machine pushdown: 180 warmup, 200 @ 10 (for all 3 sets)
Finshed off with some dips, non-weighted today.

Will update on Monday. Enjoy.

Thanks....sorry I haven't updated in a while. I have 5 days left on this stuff. My weight has held solid at 209-210 and I have continued to lose a little around my waistline which is good. I assume this weight I've gained is dry and I will keep it on with my PCT.......which includes Rebound XT, Creatine, No2, milk thistle and continued use of haw berry and taurine.

My bench is stronger but not a whole lot. Wrist is still buggin me (although it is somewhat better) but my curls have been limited. I have made significant gains on Military press and chest and back excercises....and legs to an extent. My next plan for the wrist is to buy some tape and tape that sucker up then maybe I can do heavy curls.

I have upped my dosage for the last 6 days of this cycle to 30 mg per day b/c it looks like they gave me extra pills. Will try and post pics at the end....I hope many of you are still following the log. No knock on anyone else who ran ERGO, put the pics I have seen are far from impressive from those guys. Many look out of shape IMO....

Yeah, a lot of people drift towards a miracle pill as opposed to solid eating and training.

Today, Saturday and Sunday wraps up the cycle. I got on the scale at 211 lbs. last night (of course, this is before I went to bed). Felt like a cold was coming on but I fought it off.

Pounded out Legs and triceps yesterday. Wrist is feeling better but I am taking 2 weeks off from doing any bi's (which SUCKS!!!) but I think it's for the better.

On Monday, I start my PCT and I am ordering the Orthinine/Arginine combo and some grape seed extract from bb.com. - the grape seed to clense out my system from the beating it took this past month.....I'm sure my milk thistle will help too.

Strength gains have leveled off but I am pleased with this product. I am taking some time off from "pro-hormones" and I really hope I can keep my weight around 210...which I think is pretty solid for only being a little over 5 foot 8. If you have any questions about anything please post. Thanks!

Sorry fellas......it is time for an update. I finished the ergomax cycle at a solid 210 lbs. I am currently into my 3rd week of PCT and have not lost a pound. The Rebound is pretty strong and has done an excellent job. I feel a bit bloated b/c of the creatine/no2 but that was expected. Sometimes throughout the day I am even up to around 212 lbs, depending on how much water I am drinking.

I got my BF % measured for the first time the other day, holding steady around 15 %. I would like to be 12-13 soon. Most of my strength gains have held true and my wrist is doing much better and I can actually do heavy curls now (except barbell curls).

I was thinking about some SuperDrol for the fall ......but it sounds pretty harsh and since I am sure ergomax was, I may take a break for a long period of time from PH's. I am happy where I am at. Pics should be up soon, sorry for the delay.
