4-AD Ethergels with 1-T Ethergels

Can anyone help me with an appropriate dosage on 4-AD Ethergels and 1-T Ethergels?

4-AD - 75-100mg/day (75 is fine)

1-T - 75-150mg/day (100-125 is plenty enough)

How much do you weigh?

That is by far the best PH combo you can take.

If you have enough, I would take it for 1 month on, followed by 2 weeks off, followed by another month on.

That is what I did and had great results, no side effects, not really anyway.

for the 1-T, they are 25mg and give the same instructions.

my stats strangely are almost exactly yours, 5'10" 205-210 @ 7-8%BF.

but, my buddy's gonna take some too and he's 5'7" 160 @ 10%BF.

I know for a fact you shouldn't go above 200 mgs for ether gels on 1 test. I would say something like 100 mgs for each, but this isn't something i am an expert on, i am better at dermals and most orals, but not ethers

200mgs will give you wet dreams like every night.

that is way too much unless you weigh like 350lbs.

For a guy that weighs around 200, 100-125mg of 1-T is sufficient and 75-100mgs of 4-AD is good.

That seems a little underdosed. Normal 1-T Ether caps I used 400-800mg a day with 600-1200mg of 4-AD caps a day.
Now for the gels of 1-T I did 400mg a day and 900mg of 4-AD (not gels). I personally don't think that is too much.

I was taking BSN Testabolin 1-AQ - 3 caps/day = 225mg of compound (not gel)
Molecular Nutrition 1-AD Ether Gels 2 gels/day = 50mg

Sci-Fit 4-AD (not gels) 4 caps/day = 400mg

I almost wanted to run through walls a couple times at the gym.

That could be the deciding factor. Mine was 4 weeks on/ 2 off/ 4 on.

That could be the deciding factor. Mine was 4 weeks on/ 2 off/ 4 on.
I used SAN T-100 and A-100 (4AD) and then halfway through I switched to Nutrex 1-TU Gels...I ran it for about 8 weeks. No sides.
