I want to thank Ulter for allowing me to test his products and working with me past some shipping issues.

I will be taking Cardio Breeze about 30 minutes before cardio. Today will be my first day. I did use thermorexin as part of this test and noticed with thermorexin an increase in sweating and cardio did seem easier to do.

I am 18 years old.
6'2 around 190 lbs

Supplements:
Whey
Multi
Flax Oil
CreEthyl Thunder/CEE
Taurine
AAKG
cAMPHIBOLIC

I will take two capsules 30 minutes prior to cardio and then post back results afterwards.

ok well I did my cardio. I did the elliptical machine which will be my preferred method of cardio as I have knee problems.

Noticeable effects:
-I was not tired at all, I felt very alert
- I did 20 minutes on it and sweated like I had been doing 40 minutes at a very high intensity

Because of all this sweating, I will have to increase my water uptake greatly.

I did some cardio this morning after taking two pills and did really notice anything besides extra sweating.

However, last night I was using the bathroom more and I did not remember this effect from Thermorexin. So I guess this product has more of a diuretic effect.

Also, I am waiting to get an accurate weight measurement. I worked out at two different gyms and yesterday at one I weighed 191lbs and today I weighed 184.5, wearing the exact same clothes.

Just got back from some cardio. I was only planning to do 20-25 minutes. When I got to the 25 minute mark, I just felt like I had to keep going. I was not tired at all and probably could have gone longer if I had the time.

you think you could take this stuff while you are on San Tight?

Yes I definitely think you could take it while on Tight, if you are not overly sensitive to stimulants.

Update for today: Took 3 caps prior to cardio. I had to be dragged to the gym, however once I started doing Cardio I had so much energy and intensity that it was a great workout.

For anyone who hates cardio, this product is definitely worth a shot. It makes it seem so much easier.

did 30 minutes of cardio this morning. I had a little harder time getting through it this time. I seemed to be just counting down till the end.

However, I was sweating more than the previous time I took Cardio Breeze.

sorry that I have not updated this log in a little while. I have been sick and busy with work.

I took 3 caps today prior to playing basketball. I had the energy to play but I just could not really get going as my throat hurt from breathing. So I limited to only playing for 20 minutes. Hopefully will get better over the weekend.

feeling better than before.

I took 3 caps 30 minutes prior to cardio. Then did the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. Nothing new to report, lots of sweating and the time went by pretty quick.

alright, well I am almost completely over my cold.

I took 3 caps today prior to 30 minutes on the stair stepper. I sweated so much during the workout it was ridiculous.

Also, I finished taking cAMPHIBOLIC. I have not been taking the AAKG or Taurine for about a week now.

I weighed in at 188 lbs. I think my weight earlier was a fluke because it went back up to 190.

sorry I have not updated this in a while.

There has not been any new effects to report. One day I forgot to take Cardio Breeze and had a harder time getting through the cardio. But the next time, I took it and it was a 'breeze'.

I did cardio today, about 35 minutes and wanted to keep going because I was just in an 'elevated' state of mind. I had noticed this before but it had not been as pronounced as this morning.

Ok well the bottle has run down so I will post my final thoughts:

-Definite increase in sweating. So carry a towel and take in plenty of water.

-Has mental effects that put you into a "zone" that allows you to continue working out without realizing how long you have been going.

-Overall, if you struggle with cardio as I do this product would be a wise investment.

I too tested this product and noticed the same thing, however I liked the Thermorexin more, probobly due to the yoshimbie HCL or whatever it was in it. I checked my empty Cardio Breeze bottle and that doesnt have any in it. It does help with cardio though, solid product pre-workout in my opinion.

Peace
