LOL.. WOW.. i am SO glad you researched creatine before you went and bought some :rolleyes:
And by the way, NO you WONT loose your results gained from using creatine.

I will tell you from the experience I had after quitting NOxplode which is similar to Xpand. Noxplode is a preworkout drink in case you didnt know. The day after quitting NOxplode I noticed a decrease in pumps and my workout energy was awful. I tried taking ECA for energy but after 2 weeks I decided to go back on NOXPlode since my workouts were suffering so bad. It kinda sucks cause IM hooked now and the ****s expensive, but it does work!

Oh yeah, since my energy and pumps dissappeared, I got all depressed and lost my strength and about 5 lbs over that 2 week period even though I was still taking creatine.
