I have recently started taking Sesathin, however, I am looking for some other supplements to stack with that in order to get the quickest, most efficient results.
Can you suggest anything else to stack with that for weightloss?
I have two bottles of EAS Thermo Dynamx that a friend gave me, however, I'm not too sure how efficient this product is.
I've read a review of someone not being able to sleep for over 36 hours while taking this.
I also have H.E.A.T. coming in the mail...
Anything else that anyone can suggest will be VERY much appreciated.

You probably don't want to hear it but the quickest, most effecient method for fat loss is nutrition. I promise you that if you are eating every 2-2.5 hours of clean foods in the proper proportions, with proper pre-WO and PWO nutrition, you will get amazing results.

Aside from the obvious diet and exercise, I was thinking of trying out a yohimbe/guggul/forskolin stack to see how potent a stack it is then report the results. Anyone have any comments?

Haha, oh no, trust me, I've heard and know that. I'm also going to be hitting it hard starting monday. I've lost over 40lbs since Christmas, but, it's getting a little harder for me to shed the pounds.
I'm just looking for something to aid me WITH the diet/nutrition.
I'd like to lose another 15-20 by end of May/early June.

OK, I've heard of yohimbe... but are you sure you haven't made the other two up? I wouldn't eat anything that sounds like foreskin...

Good luck to you!

I think you should stick with an EC/ECY stack. best results for a great price.

Get your diet in check. Make sure you're eating clean and coordinate your calories. Do your cardio and get your hands on some lipo 6, i've had very good results with that product. Never tried the ephedra free version though, although it looks like i'll have to sometime in the future. I've also heard guggulsterones work well when combined with a thermogenic stack. BTW, I too have tried thermo dynamx and lean dynamx from EAS, I guess it all depends on the person but I had absolutely no trouble sleeping while using it.

Have you noticed any side effects from the Lipo 6? I was considering picking up a bottle of it...

When I first started taking it, for the first week or so I would feel weird for about 2-3 hours after I took it. My mood would kind of change, I wouldn't be as happy. Since you'll be taking the non ephedra version then I dunno what side effects would come from that.

They are two common ingredients in weight loss products.

I think the Lipo6 and Vasopro stack is a favorite around here. Combine that with the sesathin, cardio, and good diet, and you should be pretty good.
