I would like to keep building muscle, but im halfway afraid of doing cardio becuase ive heard it can actually reduce your gains. Im not fat, my eatings entirely clean, but at this moment with as much as im eating to build mass, my body fat level is simply just maintaining. I take Carnitine and CLA to assist and keep it low, but how can i finally start showing those abs? Should i purchase a commercial fat burner while trying to put on mass? or should i wait until i go into a "cutting phase" to do that. any information would be great guys.
