Don't have time to read up on every product out there. Way too much info. See each company has reps that know about their company's product line. If a rep can give me some info on which product they feel works for lean gain, muscle recovery, best meal replacement, etc... I can sort through and run a month on that company, keep log. Not looking for freebies, but, no bull either.

Go to the local butcher shop and buy some BISON and lots of it, if they don't have BISON ask for some MOOSE steaks. I like to use these as a staple in my diet when it's affordable for me.

Yes, it can. I have an appointment next week with a specialist to iron out the diet. But, I am eating right and working at enough protein to hit 240. I most likely will not get there by April 2008, but, I am going to try.

To any one else: Look I read plenty, I thought this forum was for sharing information. I wanted some company reps who believed in their company's products enough to take them themselves as well as share their success stories with me. If an admin/mod tells me this is in the wrong place, fine, we can delete and press.
