The title is obviously my question. I was just wondering because I read some threads about what some people are doing and it just didn't seem to super extravagant to me while everyone was like, "Wow, that's great." But maybe that's just because I've played football for 4 years (not consecutive). So I was just wondering if some of you guys would just post your numbers for me. Thanks.

145 lb clean and jerk at 130.
the hard part for me is the clean, i could jerk more weight if it was racked up high for me.

I clean 315 for about 10 sets of 1 rep...Im not sure what I would do for a max....
I can only Jerk 275 sadly

225 is the most i ever got, and that was 3 months ago, i don't know what my max is now since i injured my wrist in a accident.

205lbs power clean at 160lbs.
trained it for about a 2 months. FINALLY i saw a video that taught the technique right and it jumped straight up.

Wow, great post. The vid was amazing, I don't think I've ever seen a better powerclean. I love how it was by a girl too. (No offense.) Reps

my best powerclean is 225 pounds, took a while to get the technique right but once i got that the weight shot up quickly.

I've done 200 powerclean and about 205 hang clean for 4 reps at 195 bodyweight. My form sucks ass on these, normally I do them exclusively with dumbells. But that's the most I've gotten on a barbell.

So you hangclean more than powerclean too?
Can someone with this problem tell me why that is? Is it just poor leg drive/explosive power or what?

I do with a barbell, but with dumbells I can do more from a full clean. My barbell form is just crap...

hang clean 155 at 160, my best was my clean from ground 185 at 150...i gained alot of weight over summer and didnt lift much...overhead press 155x5(so thatd be where my jerk is at)

Ya know, I can snatch 40KG'S per arm......but I can't even get 115LBS right on my bb's

My PR is 205 lbs at weighing in as around 145 for a full clean. The most I've done w/o dropping under for the full clean was 185 I think, I usually full clean though.

Full clean w/dropping under to a full front squat was 155 @172 the other day- yeah I just started doing O-lifts and am working on form.

I can full clean 220 for 2 reps, almost got three today. I have really horrible form, so I may be able to get 230 soon. My coach was watching me and said my whole body goes forward whenever i clean so it's taking a lot out of my pull, which he also said is halfway of what it should be. So yeah.
220 Clean for 2 reps at 179 pounds, 15 years old. I'm really weak, it sucks.

At 150 I cleaned 70 Kilos which is some where around 150.
Edit: my best was 160

I did 245 a couple months ago (power clean), it's not an exercise I do though I've probably done it 4-5 times in the past year and a half

Cleans from the high hang 115: all day long
135 from the low hang for 6-8 reps
145 for 3 reps
And 155 for 1 sloppy ass rep that i almost missed
And power clean+ press is 165 when pissed off lmao
Still cant PC 175 tho, it always dies at nipple level

If that's your problem then it's obviously not a strength deficit. You need to "shoot" your elbows out and push upwards with them. I have a friend who can clean a weight when it only comes up to his belly button. It's almost bad form 'cause he never lets the bar get up. But if you can get the bar up that far, then that means you just need to drop down more and shoot those elbows to catch the weight and you'll be fine.

Thx for the tip man. I dont have a coach so im trying to learn the o-lifts by myself. But right now im working on getting my squat variations up by 100lb before getting serious with the o-lifts again
